Great Place to Stay!!!

We stayed in this beach house for a golf trip. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and layout!! We each had our own room, tv, and bath. We loved having the elevator and the two car garage also! We reported an issue with the TVs that was promptly and professionally addressed. We would recommend this beach house and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house, it is exactly how the pictures show minus a charcoal grill. Easy to get to but if you have an extended cab vehicle it will not fit in the garage unless you keep the garage door up while you’re there. But other than that we will definitely be back.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed for preparing meals. Just enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. The only complaint is that the pillows were not comfortable and the mattress cover appeared soiled in the bedroom downstairs. Overall we would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent the four days after Labor Day in the property. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were to our liking. The house is very spacious which allowed everyone to be comfortable. Beds and bathrooms were exactly what we needed for 4 married couples and an additional single traveler. We loved that each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. Management responded promptly to questions and concerns, and acted quickly when garbage left behind outside by previous occupants became a nuisance. If we were to recommend a change, it would be to find a way to access the garage without having to get in and out of your vehicle to go inside the garage to raise the doors from the inside.

We had to do alot to the house when we arrived. We had to purchase things because the house did not have it. Property management was not good and not friendly!!

Nice Home. Nice Location.

This was a lovely property. It was overall very clean. We loved that every bedroom had its own bath PLUS a half bath on the main floor. The kitchen was well appointed. As winter guests, we would have appreciated more space to gather with family, but I imagine that’s never an issue in summer when people are out and about a bit more. We would stay again!! One warning - parking is TIGHT! We had a sedan, a Yukon XL and a 2500 4 door longbed pickup. Garage parking is a must for 2 of the 3 vehicles. We couldn’t shut the garage door with the Yukon inside. And there was no way the pickup was going in.

Great Home Nice location Near Everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is beautiful as always. However I did notice that the linens and bed comforter & pillows are the same from a year ago when we stayed there. I was very put off by this. We know these are not washed as frequently as the bed sheets. They really need to be changed at minimum yearly if not more. Also the sleeper sofa in the downstairs bed needs to be replaced, the mattress is in very poor condition. No one can sleep on this. We want to book again for next year, so we hope to see these improvements.
