There was absolutely NO parking even though when I booked, the unit was advertised with “parking on site”. The information book in the also says there is a parking space, but when I went to the parking bay, it was occupied. The street parking around the complex for as far as you could drive was 2 hours only, 24 hours a day! Guest parking on site had a 5 hour limit which resulted in us receiving a warning notice on our car window.
The apartment had someone enter the premises twice to our knowledge without anyone advising us who had been there! There was no text message, phone call or note to let us know that there would be someone entering the unit. We realised someone had been in the apartment when we noticed a door open in my daughter’s room that had been locked and rubbish and packaging left on the floor. I tried to contact the manager who was looking after our booking but did not receive a reply. We returned after going out again the same door was now shut and relocked ! Messaged again, but still no response. I tried again to make contact but did not get a response till later the following morning. They had given a key to a tradesman to enter the property but didn’t seem to see the problem that we were concerned who had been in the property.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PROPERTY.
FOR WHAT IT COST, IT IS RUN DOWN, SMELLS LIKE DOG (EVEN THOUGH PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED 🤔) AND THE BALCONY SMELLS LIKE DOG URINE.
