Die Sea \ Board Suite könnte Ihre nächste Ferienwohnung in Virginia Beach sein, ein privater Kurzurlaub oder einfach ein Zuhause in der Ferne, wenn Sie es brauchen! Die Suite bietet bequem Platz für Einzelpersonen, Paare und kleine Familien. Ein komplettes Gebäude mit einem privaten Schlafzimmer und einer kompletten Umgestaltung des Hauptwohnbereichs, der Küche und des Badezimmers. Alle neuen Betten, Bettwäsche und alles komplett bestückte sorgen für einen erholsamen und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt für alle unsere Gäste!

Ergänzungen für den Sommer 2019 sind ein privater 12x12 Pavillon und eine Terrasse, ein aufblasbarer Freizeitpool und ein Gästecomputer mit Büromaterial und Drucker.

Die Sea \ Board Suite befindet sich auf einem 2 Hektar großen offenen Privatgrundstück. Von den großen Fenstern im Wohnbereich genießen Sie eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Landschaft und den Teich. Diese einzigartige Lage befindet sich 8 km von Sandbridge Beach und 14 km vom Virginia Beach Oceanfront / Boardwalk und Convention Center entfernt. Von hier aus erreichen Sie alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Virginia Beach und der Umgebung bequem mit dem Auto.

Die 1.100SF-Suite verfügt über einen Hauptwohnbereich, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und einen zusätzlichen 700SF-Spiel- / Raum- / Garagen- / Hauswirtschaftsraum. Es gibt keine gemeinsamen Innen- oder Außenbereiche mit den Wohnräumen im Obergeschoss des Eigentümers.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei komfortable XL-Doppelbetten aus Memory Foam, die mit dem mitgelieferten Plüschtopper zu einem Kingsize-Bett kombiniert werden können! Zwei ausklappbare Doppelbetten aus Memory Foam können im Schlafzimmer und / oder im Hauptwohnbereich aufgestellt werden. Der Schlafsofa ist Queen-Size und hat auch eine Memory-Schaum-Matratze. Seien Sie versichert, dass Sie und die ganze Gruppe sicher ruhen werden!

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Vorbereitungs-, Koch- und Esswaren für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt.

Highspeed-Internet, Kabel-TV, angeschlossene Streaming-Sticks, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Papierprodukte, Reinigungsmittel und Spiele / Spielzeug für die meisten Altersgruppen (bitte beachten Sie Ihre eigenen für Kinder unter 2 Jahren). Ein sauberer Hochstuhl und Packnplay sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Die Außenterrasse verfügt über eine Feuerstelle, einen Sitztisch, Gas- und Holzkohlegrills und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Grundstück und die angrenzenden Teiche. In der Sea Board Country Suite können Sie die Tierwelt und eine Pause von Ihrem wilden Leben genießen!

Die Gäste genießen die Privatsphäre ihrer eigenen Fahrt, Parkplätze und Zutritt zu Unterkünften im "In-Law Suite" -Stil. Der 1.100SF-Raum umfasst einen Hauptwohnbereich, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und ein Spielzimmer / eine Garage / einen Hauswirtschaftsraum. Es gibt keine Gemeinschaftsräume mit den Wohnräumen im Obergeschoss des Eigentümers. Jeremiah und die Kätzchen werden unsichtbar sein, falls deine Gruppe Hilfe benötigt :)

Die Garage wurde mit einem Aufenthaltsbereich, einer Dartscheibe, einem Kartentisch sowie einer Waschmaschine, einem Trockner und einem großen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Strandausrüstung (Handtücher, Stühle, Kühler) sind inklusive! Sie können die Garage auch für überdachte Parkplätze und zur persönlichen Aufbewahrung nutzen!

Wonderful spot for a quiet stay!

While my stay took place in the midst of winter, this was still such a lovely property to enjoy and provided much solitude. My guest and I loved the fire pit and just walking outdoors with my two dogs. The beds were probably the comfiest that I’ve ever slept in! Jeremiah and Victoria were fantastic communicators as well. I did a good bit of work from home here and the Internet connection was rapid speed.

A little slice of heaven

Jeremiah and Victoria’s property was tranquil and peaceful which was very needed. My daughter adores chickens and loved being able to see the Golden Hokies every day. We’ve been vacationing in VA Beach for 8 years and I believe this is by far our favorite stay. The hosts were very communicative and I couldn’t have asked for more. It is a special place away from the busyness of virginia beach boardwalk, yet less than 20 minutes from tourist attractions. The owner takes excellent care of the property inside and out. If you are a bird watcher, this is your place. The owner is friendly, supportive, and thoughtful.

The Perfect Getaway

My family and I had a great time staying at the SeaBoard. Hosts Jeremiah and Victoria were very welcoming, on top of every need and provided some wonderful welcoming touches upon our arrival. The seaboard is a super comfortable stay (we were there an entire week) and close to the beaches and endless dining and entertainment options. My family and I frequent the Sandbridge area whenever we have the chance and would certainly love to stay at the seaboard again in the near future. :)

A paradise away from paradise

This place was a hidden gem. The host, Jeremiah was extremely responsive, kind, and overall amazing! The golden Hokies (chickens) were adorable and the property was quaint and had everything we needed - from beach chairs, to coolers, to bug spray. Which was a plus! The farm fresh eggs and wine were an amazing touch. We absolutely loved our short stay and recommended this spot for a getaway. :)

Peaceful and relaxing

We rented to be close to our son and his family while visiting. We chose Seaboard because of its location, it was close to Sandbridge beach also. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was in the country. The fresh chicken eggs were a nice surprise and very appreciated. If we need someplace to stay again we would definitely rent from Shefields again.

Peaceful stay just outside of the busy city

From beginning to end this was the best rental I have ever experienced. The owners were super accommodating and delightful to work with. The facility was clean and comfortable and everything we needed to have the vacation we wanted was available. The property chickens made the place feel even more like home as they clucked in the early morning and were often seen out and about snacking in the yard. I would stay here again and again and would recommend to all of my friends.

Quiet private get away!

Spacious, very clean, thoughtful extras to name a few. Everything you could think of for the beach for you to use, wine and of course fresh eggs from the chickens that stay tucked away on the property. We have a lab and there was plenty of room to release all of his energy for a peaceful nights sleep. Hosts were great, very friendly and letting us have time to ourselves to relax.

Great Spot and location!

Enjoyed the time! Was a quiet property that was shared with the owner but still had plenty of privacy. I really enjoyed watching their chickens roam around their backyard. Close to the beach and beautiful Pungo country trails! You get to experience the REAL Virginia Beach from here away from the tourist locations of the oceanfront. Owner was also accommodating to changes in the original reservation! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Relaxing

We booked three nights for my daughter's gymnastics competition. I wanted to stay away from the crowded beach area, and the Seaboard was perfect! My girls loved getting to feed the chickens, with the owner's permission, of course. There were lawn games, board games, and just about anything you could think of to have some nice down time as a family. My favorite part was having a relaxed environment in a gorgeous space, along with some fresh chicken eggs! We will be back!

Stay here!!

This property is tucked away in a quiet, gorgeous part of VA Beach / Pungo. My wife and I booked it so that we can stay here while we held our wedding. It was a great choice. It's close enough to everything that you never feel like you can't go to whatever activity you have scheduled for the day. It's also far enough away that you don't have to deal with beach traffic or rowdy crowds and loud noise. The host was both super accommodating and also invisible. He made sure we had everything we needed but also never got in the way, intruded in any way, or made anything difficult. He was very understanding of people popping in and out for photos, hair, makeup, etc. for our wedding day as well! I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone. Next time around, we'll be staying here again!

Great Accommodations in a Heavenly Hideaway

Jeremiah and Victoria are wonderful hosts, generously sharing their little slice of Heaven amid the hustle and bustle of the busy metropolitan area. The location is central to everything, an easy drive to the oceanfront, yet tucked into a sweet little pocket adjoining a nature preserve. With 2 acres of well-kept, open yet private land, a gazebo, a fire pit, and ample outdoor seating... it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy some down time. They have also generously provided beach equipment and games for guests to use. Accessibility is a major factor for us. This property has a flat entry and no stairs to navigate, with a wide, open great room. Even though it is a walkout terrace-level apartment in the hosts' home, it felt very private. Jeremiah was very open and engaging, very welcoming and available when needed, yet not intrusive at all. We felt very comfortable in this setting. We loved having the chickens close by, and we loved the half dozen eggs the hosts left on the table for us on arrival. We are from the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area originally and travel there to visit family/friends fairly often. We would definitely stay again, whenever we are not in our RV. We would highly recommend this property and appreciate the great stay!

Very enjoyable trip!!

We arrived at the property and were greeted promptly by the property owner and his wife. They were both very friendly and gave us a brief overview of the accommodations and details on the closest beach and how to get there. The location was perfect even though you were only a few miles from the city. We sat outside at night and could only hear the crickets and an occasional owl. in the distance. I would definitely stay here again and would heartily recommend tp anyone thinking of staying in the area!!

Great quiet get away

Property is located outside of town, but still very close to the beach, and attractions. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. Host is responsive and personable. Would definitely book with again

Close to beach and shops

My 3 adult children, dog and I had a great week long stay. We appreciated the extra touches such as rearranging our beds to fit our groups needs, the fresh eggs and wine! It was a big help having the beach chairs and towels there and not having to pack such bulky items. The owners were approachable and helpful. The house is an easy 10 min ride to the Sandbridge beaches. Everything went really well.
