Aktualisierte zweistöckige Abbey Springs Villa mit der nächsten Nähe zum Clubhaus und zum Strand in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Hauptebene verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Bad und Waschküche. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, ein großes Familienzimmer, eine renovierte Küche und eine Insel, die im Esszimmer, ein zweites Vollbad und ein Deck gezeigt werden. Die obere Ebene bietet Platz für 2 Personen mit einem Dachboden / 5. Schlafzimmer.
Golf Cart inklusive, obwohl Sie nicht benötigen Schritte zu allem Abbey Springs zu bieten hat: Das Clubhaus bietet: Hallenbad, Whirlpool, Spielhalle und Aufenthaltsraum, schönes Duschhaus und Sauna, Freibad, Tennis, Gurkenball und Zugang zum Abbey Spring Golfplatz. Die Clubhaus Bereiche hat auch ein schönes Restaurant mit Blick auf den Golfplatz sowie ein Mittagessen / Eisdiele mit kinderfreundlichen Snacks und schnell essbar.
Der Strandbereich bietet (einen privaten BYOB) Sandstrand mit Springsteg und Kletterberg, brandneuer Spielplatz, Grills und Picknicktische, Sandvolleyball, Basketball, Angeln. Great time at Lake Geneva

My family and I had a great time at Lake Geneva! The property had everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas getaway. Abbey Springs is a great community and the kids had fun at the pool and recreation center. The fitness center was well maintained and the staff were attentive to our needs. Thanks for making our time together special!

Abbey Springs weekend

The house was clean and well maintained. There were more than enough beds for our family of ten. Everyone enjoyed the clubhouse amenities including the pool, the game room and the activities held that weekend. Location to lake was perfect for a walk to the marina and a drive to the other side of the lake to walk there. A couple recommendations: dish towels in the kitchen and directions on how to turn up the heat for those of us with “old-fashioned” thermostats at home.

The House in The Trees

Wonderful stay at this property. Beds and Bathrooms very nice and comfortable. The Resort amenities were excellent. Love the forested location and took several walks among the trees. Kids had a great time at the beach, and adored the Golf Carts. Plenty of room for all the the kitchen was very useful. THANKS

A delightful stay!

We resumed our girls weekend with a stay here - and it worked so well for our needs. It was clean, well-stocked, and the location was ideal. The owner was pleasant to work with and the home was lovely and comfortable. Great for a girls weekend and large family getaways!

Golf Weekend

We stayed at this house because it was one of the few places that had at least 10 beds. The owner was easy to communicate with and offered many suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities the resort had to offer. The unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a Wisconsin getaway.

Multi-Generation Family Get-Away

The Abbey Springs property was just wonderful! The house was perfect to host multiple family members of all ages and the location can not be beat. One of the most enjoyable things was using the provided golf carts to cruise down to the beach, pool, tennis and pickleball courts! We did it all and had a wonderful time.

Lovely family and friend get-away for our son's wedding.

The property was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all our guests. They couldn't say enough nice things about the property. There were times when the weather was too humid and we couldn't eat at the dining table because it is located on the screened-in porch. We only experienced that for a couple of days.

Lovely stay

This place was so nice! There were so many places to sleep and it had a cabin feel in a gated community. We checked out the restaurant and bar, the pool, and walked along the path to check out the lake.

Nice place

Clean and comfortable. For large group there is plenty of sleeping space but no dining room except out on the deck which doesn’t work for winter weather. We pre made all our meals otherwise the kitchen would have been too tight for more than one person to prepare a meal. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice for after skiing.

This property is in a great location - walking distance to beach, pool, and amenities. Property owner is wonderful - had an issue and it was taken care of immediately! Nice space but a little tight. 5th bedroom is a lofted space within 4th bedroom via a spiral stairwell (no door).

Nice place

We really loved the location. I would only offer one point to the property. We went during the winter months and the dining room table is in an enclosed porch, which wasn’t really feasible to use due to the temperatures. Either some space heaters or something more robust would have made bette use of the space. Other than the dining room thing it was a great spot and I would recommend it.

The villa was perfect!

Epic vacation

Sometimes in life you just find the perfect spot for your family vacation. This home provided us with the privacy each couple wanted by choosing different levels of the home. We grilled our meals and were able to enjoy them all together as a family. The golf carts were a real bonus for couples to explore the area. They fished, went to the indoor pool (on a rainy day), golfed, and went to the marina and jumped on our son's boat. This home worked for us, and we have already booked the same place again for next year. The owners were quick to respond to questions prior to our visit and during our stay.

Wedding Weekend!

I rented the villa for my wedding weekend! My husband and I got married at the Abbey Resort. This was the perfect property for my bridesmaids and I to stay and get ready at. It was clean and in a great location! My husband and I ended up extending our stay to stay an extra night after the wedding! Sabrina was great, she responded promptly with any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Abbey Springs at Fontana-on-Lake Geneva

Our annual girls weekend was spent at the Fontana on the Lake house. The owner was very quick to answer our questions before our trip and when we arrived. We had plenty of beds, bedding, and towels for our group of 7. The screened-in porch worked well for all our meals and the checkout list was manageable. We were disappointed that there was not enough dinnerware (5 plates), coffee cups (5) and glasses for the 7 of us as we ate most of our meals at the house. Also, the house notebook needs to be updated as the information on keys, access code and recycling was not current. We were asked to replace the toilet paper and paper towels we used, which we felt should be part of the rent cost.

We enjoyed our visit with our grandchildren. They loved riding with us to the beach and pool on the golf carts. Bunk beds great in each room for parents and their children. House was very clean and as described.

Great week in Abbey Springs!

We had a great time in this home. We had 7 adults and 2 children and we had more then enough room. Check-in was easy and everything you need is there. I brought way more then I needed to. The location of the property is perfect for everything. The beach area is fantastic. We took the golf carts down one night, grabbed a picnic table, ordered food, the kids played in the sand and we sat with a drink and watched the sun go down. There was a guy singing at the fire pit area - everyone was having a great time. You won’t get bored - there is something here for everyone.

Great house with wonderful owners.

We had a wonderful time with our entire family and grandkids. There were 12 of us. They have plenty of space for everybody. So much fun getting around in the two golf carts provided with your rental. There is something for everybody of all ages to enjoy in Abbey Sorings.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Very nice experience in a wonderful property. Well done floor plan allowing everyone to be together but still separation in the sleeping quarters. Very good location to the front of the complex. Owners are very responsive to concerns or needs.
