ÜBER SEDONA / ARIZONA-STEUERN

Das moderne Haus in einen Hügel gebaut ist rund 2.500 Quadratmetern mit Garage für zwei Autos auf 1/2 acre unter Bäumen mit roten Felsen Aussicht gelegen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit den notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Architekt für zu Hause war Don Woods, eine bemerkenswerte lokalen Architekten.

Das Aussehen:

Wohnzimmer - Gewölbte Decken mit raumhohen Fenstern, die Zugang zu der großen Terrasse. Schnittsitz vor einem überdimensionalen Kamin mit einem 70 "Flachbild-TV über dem Kamin. DirectTV

Küche - Große und komplett zum Kochen ausgestattet. Cuisinart, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster, Dosenöffner, Keurig Kaffeemaschine, Gasherd, Gas-Backofen, Eismaschine, Mikrowelle.

Essen & Trinken - Große runde 60 'Tisch für 6 zum Abendessen aus Küche und Wohnzimmer.

Decks - Es gibt drei Decks mit Liegestühlen, Tisch, Grill und Gas-Heizung für den Außen Abendessen, Sterne gucken oder Konversation. Die dritte Deck enthält einen Whirlpool mit Red Rock Ansichten.

Der Master - King-Size-tempurpedic wie Matratzen, weiche Kissen und Bettdecken. Stuhl, Nachttische, Kommode und großen begehbaren Wandschrank. Private Terrasse mit Red Rock anzeigen. Flat Screen-LED-TV mit Fernbedienung und Direct TV und BluRay-Player. Das Hotel liegt im Obergeschoss.

Best Location

We had a great time in Sedona. The location is directly in front of Cathedral Rock, no shuttle required. We hiked everyday. The hot tube was an amazing incentive for our kids. The owners were responsive.

Excellent Location

House was so clean, offered everything, very comfortable, oh so quiet and the location is excellent! Easy to get to anywhere in a very short time. To get to the hot tub you have to walk out the front door across small stones which isn’t bad, but the pictures gave me the thought it was on the deck, it’s not. All and all it was great!

Beautiful scenery

The location is great with beautiful views all around. The house was very clean. The only downfall was the hot tub had a slow leak and we were unable to use it for most of our stay. Little disappointing the owners were made aware of the leak prior to our arrival. We did book this place because of the hottub for after long hikes.

Great Experience!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. House was very clean, and well set up for our short stay. It was the small things that were appreciated - had soap and shampoo in the shower/bathrooms to plastic bags to store our leftover food after cooking it. Didn't hear a peep from the neighbors. Easy access to Sedona, it was just a few minuets to downtown. The view from the hot tub was magnificent! The hosts were great at relaying information. Would definitely use this house again!

Wonderful stay amongst the red rocks!

Really enjoyed our 5 days at Casa Magnifica. The house is spacious with wonderful natural light and large windows with red rock views. Lots of room for our family of 3. Kitchen had all we needed. Beautiful dining area adjacent to the lovely deck. We loved the hot tub with views of the red rocks and especially enjoyed being able to walk to so many trails. Beds were super comfy, too, and we enjoyed seeing javelinas wander around the property and neighborhood.Very responsive host. We hope to be back soon!!!

Best stocked kitchen! Amazing views from hot tub. Loved the fireplace and living room and dining area. Walked to Cathedralrock and it is a must see. Host was instant with responses and extremely accommodating to allergy issues with chlorine in hot tub.This is a must stay in Sedona. Can’t wait to return!

College girlfriends in Sedona

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our recent stay! We loved the kitchen, dining space and living room that are all open to one other. Don’t forget the attached deck for morning coffee and the wonderful raised deck that houses the hot tub and enjoy the evening skies. We absolutely loved our stay. We flew in with 4 children. They had so many extras like salt, pepper, paper towels, sandwich bags, soap, etc Things that cost so much monkey to buy and not be able to take home. Laundry baskets in all the closets helped stay organized. The views from the hot tub were amazing. We saw wildlife right in the yard. We would 💯 come back. Sedona - Casa Magnifica - August 2024

Okay - let me just say Arizona in August is HOT. Besides that - the house, the hosts (owners Jack and Diana), the neighborhood and the views - were outstanding. Upon arrival we instantly felt like we were "home" and found everything we needed upon arrival; or just a short drive were shops, dining, hiking, attractions, etc. Just outside our door were the most amazing views (yes, you can look at the "Chapel of The Holy Cross" while relaxing in the hot tub)! We want to thank our hosts for being "immediately" available to answer questions and/or provide assistance. They were, in fact, simply a phone call/ email/ or text away from any needs that arose. Fabulous home with spectacular red rock views

The owners were very helpful with leaving detailed information and tips for us, both in email and printed out booklet at the house. The space was clean and prepped for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 5-14) I especially loved having use of the washer and dryer, as 4 kids tend to need multiple clothes changes each day somehow lol. The view from the hot tub on the back deck was magical, and you could see the Chapel of the Holy Cross as well as several red rock formations. We ventured back behind the house for incredible sunset views. The house is very centrally located to anything you want to do in Sedona. Even though it's off an main street, you dont hear the traffic at all, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It really felt like home away from home for the week and we didnt want to leave! We saw wildlife in the neighborhood and heard coyotes even. The kitchen was stocked for all your home cooking needs as well.

This was our second stay at this lovely property and we can't wait to go back. Very experienced and lovely hosts. It has everything, including close proximity to trails, comfortable beds and linens, well stocked kitchen, hottub with an amazing view and other wonderful outdoor spaces. The views were stunning. There was a hot tub but we never used it-we were too tired by the time we got in for the evening. A very comfortable place about 10 minutes south of Sedona, so a little quieter. Near many trails. The air conditioning was interesting, much colder downstairs than upstairs? But our hot blooded people were downstairs, so it kinda worked out. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend

Sweet Reunion Treasure

This home-away-from-home was perfect for a reunion on collage friends. From the moment we booked this lovely home to the very end, we all felt very comfortable and in awe of the area it was in. The view from the living space was incredible. Each sleeping space was perfect. Everything we needed was there. We loved the close proximity of trails and the easy access to town and other areas. Some of us enjoyed the hot sub - it had perfect views of the area around us. Lastly, when one of our gang left their jacket, it was easy to have it mailed to her. We recommend this place for a family or friend gathering. It is a sweet Treasure!

Casa Magnifica was OK

This property is a 1980's house that has been very tastefully rehabbed. Impeccably clean with very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. The house cannot be described as cozy, but is large and echoes. Road noise from Rte 179 is audible inside the house and becomes really annoying outside on the deck. Has a great stash of Sedona and Northern Arizona tourist information. The annual Red Rock parking pass was a real bonus and much appreciated as the shuttle buses had not started for the season. For those considering a winter rental, beware that the house heats very unevenly. To achieve a standard 68° in the great room, the master bedroom upstairs is overheated to the mid 70s and the bedrooms in the basement never get to 68°. The hot tub (the highlight of the property) was set in sleep mode at a cool temperature with no instructions for operation so it was our 3rd day before we got it up to temperature after communicating with the in abstentia managers.Overall we had a decent stay, but would not rush to return.
