Unser Haus bietet eine wunderschöne Landschaft, eine ruhige Lage und keine Menschenmassen. Wir befinden uns am "POINT OCEANFRONT" mit freiem Blick auf den Palilolo-Kanal und die Inseln Molokai und Lana'i. Von unserer Veranda aus sehen Sie kein Gebäude oder Bauwerk. Unser Haus ist die erste Adresse am "Point".

Viele unserer Gäste fragen nach den Unterschieden zwischen "Point Oceanfront" und Oceanfront.

Hier sind die Vorteile, auf dem "Punkt" zu sein:

Sie genießen einen unverbauten Blick auf Molokai, den "Polilolo-Kanal", die Surf- und Gezeitenpools. Es gibt keine Gebäude oder Handläufe, die die Sicht versperren.

Aufgrund unserer Lage am "Point" und der vorherrschenden Passatwinde bleibt unser Zuhause kühler. Sobald Sie den "Point" verlassen, verschwinden die Passatwinde praktisch.

Von unserem Haus aus hören Sie nur die Geräusche des Ozeans. Sie hören keine Autos, Straßenlärm oder Fußschritte von oben. Unser Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche sind alle auf den Ozean ausgerichtet. Unser Lanai ist mit keinem anderen Lanai verbunden.

Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Schnorcheln, Paddeln, Schwimmen und Wandern. Oder wenn Sie es vorziehen, können Sie einfach auf der Veranda faulenzen, die Landschaft genießen und den Passatwind spüren. Zu den beobachteten Meereslebewesen zählen viele Schildkröten, große Schwärme von Delfinen und Walen im Winter.

A4 war aufgrund seiner Lage am Point das am häufigsten nachgefragte Gerät. Unsere Einheit bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause, einschließlich kostenlosem WLAN, einem Kingsize-Bett, Deckenventilatoren sowie Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt mit 2 Swimmingpools, Grillmöglichkeiten und vielen kostenlosen Parkplätzen.

In der Nähe gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand und die Turtle Cove ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Zahlreiche ausgezeichnete Restaurants, darunter The Gazebo, befinden sich in der Nähe. Napili-Markt ist nur die Straße hinauf.

Es ist ein magischer Ort und Besucher kehren immer wieder dorthin zurück. Wir blieben zwei Jahrzehnte bei Napili Point und entschieden uns, A4 zu kaufen, sobald es verfügbar war. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben dieses Gerät zu unserem eigenen Vergnügen umgebaut und freuen uns, es mit Ihnen zu teilen. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass Sie mit unserem Zuhause zufrieden sein werden.

Peaceful Location

Best location; private, peaceful and yet great access to swimming. Beautiful sunsets during dinner on the patio. Beds were comfortable- I caught up on much needed sleep. Everything we needed was there and we loved every moment of our stay. Easy walk to Napili Bay or Kapalua Bay. Very walkable location. We hope to return soon!

Napili Point

We have stayed several times in the Napili area and this by far the nicest condo and great location. We definitely recommend looking into staying here. The condo is very clean, updated, well stocked and on great grounds. The owner is great to work with. We will be coming back!

Amazing week in Maui

This condo was perfect for us - it had everything we could have needed, the view was amazing, and we loved being right between two great bays for snorkeling. Having the washing machine and dryer in the condo was super convenient, and there were so many thoughtful details to the experience that we appreciated. The bedding was top quality, including for the sofa bed. We will definitely return!

Terrific spot, perfect for us

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean and ready to go, and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was perfect for us, in terms of easy access to snorkeling and other activities as well as the sound of the surf muffling noisy neighbors and no condo directly above. The breeze on the point was very refreshing, and we were able to have the windows open the entire time. We had a wonderful time in this terrific condo.

Tranquil, tidy place with fantastic view

We spent a relaxed week in this airy condo. It's a short walk to a sandy crescent beach where I started my day with a swim. Wonderful view of Lanai sunsets, lovely sound of surf and birdsong. The place has a comfortable bed, and a living room set up for relaxed lounging. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We would happily return!

If you love snorkeling, can't get much better!!!

This place was amazing and both beds were VERY comfortable. We stayed here due to being mentioned as the best location for snorkeling on the island in the summer. Each day we drove to a different cove with amazing snorkeling opportunities. #1 location Honolua bay, just follow everyone else and stay on the right side. Most amazing snorkeling ever! The unit had all the amenities, pools were great, could walk to a couple restaurants. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Amazing views and great snorkeling footsteps from the condo.

View was beautiful

The ocean view was beautiful and there were lots of whales. Having the bay next door with all the turtles was great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like the lack of privacy with the public footpath a few steps from your patio. The sofa and recliner need to be replaced. If you left any crumbs out, there were ants.

Beautiful View

We have been coming to Maui for over 30 years and enjoy the Island very much with so many activities and sights to see.. This condo is located in a great location and we saw a few whales and dolphins every day. Our only negative is the appliances and furniture are being to show wear and tear and we had a few issues. The property owner worked to resolve the issues promptly.

Amazing whale watching right from the lanai

My wife, my adult son and I loved our stay. It was really peaceful and sleeping with the sound of the surf crashing onto the rocks was amazing. We went on this trip to see the whales. There were whales right outside all day. We saw spouts and breaches from the lanai. We brought 10x50 binoculars and we could see them like they were right there. The bay to the left had turtles everywhere and we went snorkeling several times and saw at least 10 turtles each time. The property was clean and quiet. Unit A4 was beautiful and we loved it. Everything we needed was just minutes away. If you want to see West Maui we highly recommend this gem. The owner, John, was great. The communication was amazing. Nothing but good things to say. Book this place!!

Great location for relaxing & whale watching!

Owner was easy to get ahold of and communicated as needed (not needed tho!) everything went smoothly. The property grounds are well kept, and the condo area is quiet and beautiful. We sat on the lanai and watched whales in the morning. Condo gets five stars alone for having an air conditioner. You don’t exactly need it but it is SO NICE to have. Sunsets from here are gorgeous, no need to drive anywhere, just step out! Share the pancakes at the gazebo, they are too big. :) condo needs a pizza cutter. LOL

Great home-away-from-home in a wonderful location

We love the Napili area and chose this unit for its location and amenities (including AC), and it quickly became our favorite spot on Maui. The unit was spotless and well-appointed, including a kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking proper meals and relaxing with friends. Thanks to the view meals and relaxing on the lanai became a regular part of our days, whether we were watching the morning sun light up the clouds on Molokai or the evening sun fall behind the island and the stars start to appear. From the unit it's just a short walk to Honokeana Cove (excellent snorkeling, many turtles) and Napili beach, and Kapalua beach and the amazing Honolua Bay are just a short drive away. The nearby shopping center has a great coffee shop and a supermarket with everything we needed and saved us time driving farther down the island for groceries and most supplies. All in all a great condo in a wonderful location - we loved it and are already looking forward to going back.

Everything You Need in a Vacation!

This property was everything the owner advertised and then some. For anyone who has stayed in the Kaanapali area, this is a welcome change. Here are some reasons to consider this property: * Much more private, less crowded and secluded than Kaanapali * Close proximity to great restaurants with even greater valued happy hours than Kaanapali * Less than 30 yards to the ocean from your lanai - OCEAN SOUNDS 24/7! * Every amenity provided from kitchenware to beach accessories * THE BEST VIEW OF SUNSETS - from YOUR lanai. Perfectly centered between Lanai and Molakai (in Sept) * Nicely appointed furnishings We have decided that there is no reason to NOT stay here any time we're back on Maui. Last but not least, close to great beaches and snorkeling with the turtles right in the resort's own cove. 5 Stars!!!

Serenity

We have just returned from nine glorious days in A4. As an older couple we found it perfect.it was extremely peaceful with the ocean lapping on the rocks just a few feet from our lanai, and a view of Molokai in the distance and paddle-boarders and surfers closer by. In the condo everything was available from an updated kitchen with all the extra equipment one could possibly need. Then there were large beach towels, a cooler, night-light in the bathroom and a most comfortable bed. The entertainment included two TVs,PVR and Blue Ray,and a DVD player along with board games and a host of books to suit all tastes. It was handy for Napili Market for supplies and The Gazebo and The Sea House for brunch and dinner. Our favorite walk was the closeby Kapalua Coast Trail. Communication with the owner for codes and information was easy.welcoming coffee and macadamia nuts were much appreciated.

Great time away

One of the first things we reserved for our Maui trip was this location for our 9 night stay. You simply can’t be any closer to the water which drew us to this condo. We love the Napoli beach area from a previous visit but didn’t realize that the next bay over has a large turtle population to snorkel with. Each time we went out we saw so many turtles and it’s right next to this condo! You did have to make an entrance via lava rock but it is Hawaii so kinda expected. The condo was very well stocked with chairs and even an ice cooler for the long treks to Hana or Haleakala. We never turned the television on. If we had any free time we just watched the waves crash on shore from the loungers on the lanai. The host had great communication and parking was a breeze. My wife already has said next time we come we will hope to be able to get the same location. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful spot on the ocean, but the condo was not up to its description.

We enjoyed our stay at condo overall. We did not think the condo was up to our expectations. One problem was the dishwasher was not to be used due to the previous renters alerting the owner that it was not draining. Although the owner had requested a repair man to fix it, it was not repaired during our entire stay. It did limit us having any dinners at our condo for the other family members who had rented another condo. This condo should be advertised as a studio because the bedroom adjoined the living area and there were no closets in the bedroom. The only closet was a cleaning closet for cleaning supplies.

Perfect location in Napili, Maui

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this condo at Napili Point Resort. We had a beautiful view of the sunset & Molokai right from our lanai. This was the perfect location, a short walk down the path to Honokeana Cove where we snorkeled with many sea turtles and a 3-5 min walk down the opposite end of the path right to the sands of Napili Bay (and the Gazebo restaurant - excellent pancakes). The owner John, gave some great restaurant suggestions and a detailed email with directions from the airport. We enjoyed happy hour at Sea House and had a terrific dinner at Taverna. Although our favorite meal was at Leilani’s in Kaanapali (make reservations in advance via the Open Table app). The condo included use of a boogie board, beach ball, small cooler, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and 4 beach towels. We added a set of sand toys. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the AC unit on the humid nights, our two young kiddos had to sweat it out on the sofa bed but were fine. There is an in-unit washer/dryer which was great and allowed us to pack lighter and wash what we needed to. The bathroom is on the small side but we made it work (that’s really the only downside) - otherwise this is a clean condo in the perfect Napili location.
