Diese geräumige Villa (6 Schlafzimmer, 4 & 1/2 Bäder, 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen) bietet drei Etagen Wohnfläche - mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Elizabeth Harbor und Crab Cay.

Die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist gnädig mit Thermador Geräten und Granit ausgestattet. Die Küche öffnet sich zum Esszimmer & Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf Elizabeth Harbor & Crab Cay. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine dramatische zweistöckige Foyer und WC, sowie ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und ein eigenes Bad (Waschbecken, Dusche und WC) mit Französisch Türen zu einem privaten Balkon.

Das Obergeschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Schlafzimmer-Suite (Kingsize-Bett) mit 2 Französisch Türen zu einer Außenterrasse mit Blick auf Elizabeth Harbor & Crab Cay. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eine große Master-Bad mit Jacuzzi-Badewanne, Granitarbeits mit zwei Waschbecken, große Dusche mit zwei getrennten Duschen und WC.

Die untere Etage verfügt über eine eigene Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Eiswürfelbereiter, Geschirrspüler, Spüle, Mikrowelle und Granit. Diese Küche öffnet sich zu einem Wohnbereich und 4 Schlafzimmer: 2 mit Doppelbetten, 1 mit 2 Einzelbetten und 1 mit einem Rollbett, die zu einem König umgewandelt. Diese vier Schlafzimmer teilen sich zwei benachbarten "Jack-n-Jill" style Bäder (jeweils mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC). Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der unteren Etage.

Der große Pool, direkt aus der unteren Etage, verfügt über eine verschwindende Rand und schaut zu Elizabeth Harbor und Crab Cay. Der Poolbereich verfügt über einen Außendachte Bar mit Granit und eingebaute Edelstahl-Gasgrill. Eine private Anlegestelle (in der Lage, zu einem 30-Fuß-Boot unterzubringen) befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Pool-Bereich.

Das Haus-Manager ist für die Beratung der Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung.

All we needed

We had a great stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, organized, and stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. The kitchen was decently equipped (a bit dated), making meal prep easy. Tracy was an exceptional host—always available to answer our questions and offering fantastic recommendations for everything we needed on the island. The location was perfect and safe, with a lovely restaurant and a small beach just next door, which we enjoyed a lot since we didn’t have a car. The pool was clean and a great spot to relax. When the A/C broke, Tracy had it fixed within 12 hours—her responsiveness was outstanding. Highly recommend this home for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful

The trip was great! We enjoyed showing our family around the island and spending quality time together. We’re pretty laid back, so it takes a lot to bother us. We did wish for better weather, but we knew the risks of booking during hurricane season! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, allowing us to make breakfast and a few dinners, and the kitchen always had what we needed. No complaints at all. The owners had made a lot of updates to the home, and more were underway as we were leaving. The property manager’s dad was super nice and helpful while TT was on vacation, and we even had the pleasure of meeting her on our last day. Overall, we got more out of the trip than just a place to stay—and that’s exactly how it should be.

Needs TLC

The location was excellent and the pool & dock were great. The space inside was great but the house needs major TLC. The dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave all need to be replaced. The dishwasher is falling apart, the stovetop is cracked, the oven doesn't heat properly and the microwave is old. There is some mold is various areas in the house and the water pressure was terrible. There were several pieces of furniture outside on the top deck broken and needs to be replaced as well as the outdoor grill. Tracy, the property manager was fantastic and addressed all of our concerns. The owner needs to spend some money to repair and replace these items to justify the price of the rental.

Great Location but house needs serious TLC

Unfortunately we experienced an overwhelming amount of problems with this house It was not at all up to the standard we would have expected for the price we paid: 1. Leaks- we experienced leaks in the ceiling of the bedroom on the main floor during our stay. There is also broken moulding in the great room and what appears to be significant water damage. Musty smell as well 2. Bedding- the bedding in the house is woefully inadequate. Most of the rooms have a thin coverlet that looks very old and worn. The pillows in the house are about 1 inch thick. This is not what you expect when renting a house for this price. 3. Kitchen- the kitchen is not well stocked at all for large families. There wasn’t even a corkscrew or a bottle opener. The dishwasher didn’t work, you could run the dishes through 3 or 4 times and they are still dirty. Also the oven would not get hot enough even after preheating for long periods of time. We had a private chef come and he said if he would have realized that it was that house he would have never agreed to come 4. Laundry- the dryer also does not work. You have to run a load 3 or 4 times to dry the clothes. 5. Bathroom shower heads had so much buildup that water barely trickled out No water pressure in kitchen 6. Dock - No cleats on the dock to tie larger boat so we had to secure boat to the pilings Tracy the property manager was amazing and is doing the best she can but there are a lot of things that need to be addressed by the owners

House is beautiful but needs TLC

House is very pretty but needs a good bit of work. Lots of space and rooms but crown molding is rotting above den windows and I think that’s where the musky smell was coming from. Ceiling peeling in kitchen above fridge and other places that need repair and fresh paint. Mattress in master was awful and made me and husband have to take ibuprofen every morning from sleeping on it. My daughter had to sleep on sofa in den because her room was so hot and wouldn’t cool. She was staying on main floor. The concierge failed to share the notice with us that the island had shut the water off from 6 pm-5am. Water didn’t come back on until around 11 am. I had to find out from the guards at the front gate what was going on and had to reach out to concierge to ask. I won’t stay here again, but love grand Exuma and will be back.

Beautiful home and location

This home has plenty of room for a large group. It is well appointed and located. Only a mile from town, it is easy to get groceries and boat rentals. There were a few small issues (not anything the owner or manager was responsible for) like losing power and losing water for a good amount of time on a couple of days. But that may be expected on an island. The manager was very responsive when contacted. Overall a great, short stay and would reserve this beautiful home again.

A little bit of Paradise

The home was exactly as presented. Absolutely beautiful in a superb location. Perfect size for our extended family. Pool was about same temperature as the ocean so it was perfect for hot, sunny days. Water pressure on the third floor was weak but water on the island is a bit of an issue. In fact one day water was cut off to the south part of the island for hours but Tracey kept us in the loop on repair progress. It would be helpful to have a good supply of garbage bags and sink cleaner provided. So many species of aquatic creatures right off our deck! The Rusty Anchor restaurant is definitely a great place to eat. Avoid road travel at night as driving is a challenge at the best of times and night is pretty risky. Have never seen such crystal clear water and sand like icing sugar. People are incredibly polite and welcoming. Exuma is truly a unique and wonderful place to come and explore!

Beautiful House in Beautiful Exuma!

Great location! February Point is a gated community close to George Town (literally less than 10 minute drive). It also has the convenience of an on site restaurant. You can also get picked up for excursions right at the dock! Owners were so responsive and helpful! No need to look further than this house for a great place to stay!

Great location

House was amazing! Large enough for all 9 of us. Kids/teens had the bottom level to hang out. The location was very central and we were able to explore both north and south of the island by car. The convenience of the beach club next door was great!

Great home...amazing location

Home was very nice and location was great! We enjoyed the pool and the club house next door with Rusty Anchor and cool chill pool. Giving 5 stars because home was amazing and property manager Tracy was great. Wine refrigerator never worked...think it may have been hit by lightening before our stay...we made Tracy aware of it. Beds were comfortable and was nice after all day on the water or in the sun. Only things we could suggest would be more pool towels for 12 people and floats for the pool.

Amazing Vacation

We just returned from our stay at Harbor Villa. The property is beautiful. We had 12 people, including 6 teenagers/young adults. The location is wonderful, with beautiful views of the harbor. The house manager Tracy was prompt to attend to the one issue that we had, which was pool maintenance; it was cleared up quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that there was additional bedding than what is listed which allowed for less "sharing" for the kids. My only suggestion would be to add a few larger pots to the kitchen. As a large group, it was more cost-effective for us to prepare our own meals. We had to use multiple pots for one dish because of their size. The outdoor space was great for grilling and visiting, and the onsite dock made it very easy to hop in our boat each morning. We would definitely look at this property again if we return to Exuma.

Exuma is paradise!

Exuma is an awesome island with wonderful people! Harbour Villa is located in a gated community (February Point) and is literally right on the water! The views are to die for! The pictures of the property were spot on. The house is big enough to accommodate 12 people and has wonderful outdoor seating. The pool is amazing and the boat dock was great to have because we rented a boat. The amenities at February Point are awesome! There can't be many houses other than Harbour Villa that have the whole package on the island!

Incredible property

The home was everything is was advertised. Clean, greatly appointed , very attentive manger and house keeper. The Dishwasher did not operate when we checked in but it was fixed the next day as promised. Incredible views and great location.

The house and location are amazing though some of the appliances and things are starting to show some age, but nothing that wasn't too inconvenient. Property manager was outstanding and was most helpful with activities and travel needs. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks!

Awesome property!

What a house! Nicer than the pictures show. One bed was needing repair but we had an extra room so it didn't affect us. As nice as anywhere I've stayed in the Bahamas, and I've been around!
