This is evidently an old fishing camp from 1953, very livable, great a/c and hot water. Very clean laundry room. Was very impressed with overall cleanliness/and bathrooms great!. I would personally remove or wash the curtains/and shower curtains throughout, especially in living room where handled coming in through the door. I was disappointed with the quality of sheets - paper thin on both beds, and the linens for the pullout were terrible. (*I had brought my own for pullout). The screened in back porch was great and very peaceful. I would probably add a few amenities as there was no paper towels, no dish liquid, no pods for dishwasher or nothing for laundry. If you had a pay it forward system you would probably reap plenty of benefits. I personally went to local Dollar General and ended up leaving paper towel, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, case of water in refrigerator, a few trash bags, toilet paper and laundry supplies along with paper plates and solo cups. I have also stayed in the area where they left the downstairs room available and had beach supplies, kids toys, crab net, bubbles, blow up toys, etc. These kind of supplies are difficult to travel with, much needed and expensive to purchase, but people will often times leave what they bought and add to your supply. An outside picnic table underneath would be great and the supplied grill was a wonderful asset. (this will be needing replacement soon). But all in all this is a great location, away from the "condos" but is a trip into town if you aren't willing to do some cooking, local restaurants are great, but always very busy. We took the ferry in/out and shopped at the Dollar General - pretty laid back trip and stayed away from all the people! Great private beach area....white sand, sun and fun. Great girls trip!
