Das Haus ist ein Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts Arts & Crafts Stil ursprünglichen Details intakt, einschließlich eines Kamins im Speisesaal und original Herz Kiefernholzarbeiten.

Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2018 frisch renoviert und hat eine neue Küche, ein erneuertes Badezimmer.

Wir leben auf der anderen Seite und ein normaler Mieter wohnt im Erdgeschoss. Dies ist kein Partyhaus, wir suchen ruhige Gäste, die unser Haus und die Nachbarschaft genießen werden.

4 Tage in New Orleans

Das Haus war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen in der Stadt. Nur 5 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn und schon war man in der City oder im City Park oder Friedhof. Das Haus bietet jeglichen Comfort, liegt in einer ordentlichen Gegend und auf dem Highway war man auch schnell für Ausflüge ins Umland. Sehr empfehlenswert. 👌🏻

Stilvolles, komfortables Haus/Appartment

Sehr gut ausgestattete und geschmackvolle Haushäfte; mit Streetcar (in Fussnähe) sehr gute Anbindung an das Zentrum (French Quarter). Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

New Orleans pre-Mardi Gras stay

We were a group of 4 adults and found this was ample space for us. You will get the old charm of New Orleans while staying here. A short walk to the Canal trolly and grocery stores. The hosts were amazing. Very quick to respond and helpful when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it when you want. (French Quarter).

New Orleans Rotation

Stayed here for a visiting student rotation in New Orleans. The property was in a good area and it took less than 10 minutes of driving to get to most places in the city.

Nice Place

Good location, very comfortable beds, well stocked home. The home owners live right next door and are helpful and generous. Brought us over umbrellas when rain was forecasted! Highly recommend this house.

Great hideaway in a quiet neighborhood

This two bedroom cozy house In central New Orleans is quiet, clean, and convenient to the major attractions tourists want to access. The hosts are friendly and they have labeled things in the house to make use of light switches and TVs easy. We will stay there again!!

NOLO sweet

This is a very well-provisioned, shotgun-style rental home with plenty of features true to its era. The neighborhood odd calm and quiet, and there is easy access to the trolley on Canal Street. It’s a long ride to the French Quarter, but you’re on a trolley—one of the enduring icons of New Orleans! The owners were very responsive, they communicated thoroughly and proactively, and they graciously accommodated a late schedule change that delayed our arrival by a week.

Just what we needed

It was exactly as described, very comfortable. We slept well in the king size bed and the ac kept it nice and cool. We drove and it was conveniently located to anything we wanted to do. It was as described and had a cool, historic vibe with the hardwood floors and fireplace. The neighborhood was a mix, some similar, well upkept homes and duplexes and some smaller, more run down ones all on the same street. We felt safe as my husband and I, and wouldn’t have a problem having our kids there but wouldn’t have them go outside without us. Not that there is much space that I think that would even come up. Overall, I recommend this place!

Quiet and beautiful home

Mike was a great host. We reached late in the afternoon and he greeted us as soon as we got there and offered us to reach out to him if we needed anything during our stay. The location and property were exactly as they were listed in the description. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in Mid City

The home was amazing. Well stocked for all your basic needs, the property owners were very helpful if we needed anything and super easy to communicate with. The home was just what we needed for our family of 4 while we enjoyed the city. Super close to lots of food, drinks and the streetcar for easy transportation options! We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come again!

Good Place

If you need two bedrooms in New Orleans at a reasonable price, this is a good place. It was comfortable, well located for our needs, quiet and well equipped. I would stay there again.

Cozy home

Mid City did not disappoint. The home is Cozy and had everything we needed. Mike and Damion were excellent hosts. They responded quickly to text messages as well. Free off street parking was a plus. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wish the curtains were blsckout but that's not a bad thing. We didn't have to travel far to get attractions or restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I also like we didn't have to do a lot at checkout! If I'm ever in New Orleans again, I'd stay at Mid City.

What a gem!

Everything about this property was as described and more. The location was perfect for our needs.
