Bauernhaus - Panorama-Villa mit beheiztem Pool

Das Haus, in einer ruhigen privaten Holz gelegen, kann bis zu 20 Personen und verfügt über 7 Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer, ein Schlafsofa und zwei Einzelbetten im Dachboden, 9 Bäder, zwei Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Panorama-Veranda und eingerichtete Küche mit Industriegeräte. Im großen Garten gibt es zwei Pavillons, Tische für Mahlzeiten im Freien und Grill. Zentralheizung inbegriffen.
Der beheizte Pool, Größe 12x6 m, ist mit Betten, Stühlen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Der Golfplatz und Restaurant befestigt am Rande der Farm und sind zu Fuß erreichbar in 10 Minuten. Die Farm ist ein Bauernhof von der Region Toskana unter dem Gesetz in Kraft, klassifiziert mit drei Ohren, die maximal mögliche.
Das Bauernhaus, ideal für einen Urlaub in der Gruppe und in der Familie, bietet sich für einen Urlaub in völliger Ruhe und zugleich, auf Anfrage, können die Dienstleistungen eines Hotels "privat" auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste zugeschnitten sind. Der Catering-Service (Frühstück und Abendessen) wird in der alten Scheune vor der Villa durchgeführt. Ideal, um besondere Anlässe wie Geburtstage, Hochzeiten und Geschäftsessen zu feiern: Der Raum kann bis zu 70 Personen sitzen unterzubringen.

Our family of 17, from 77years old to 10, were made to feel like we had a home in Tuscany. Francesca, out hostess, made sure we had everything we needed for a once in a lifetime experience. She catered some delicious meals, taught us Italian cooking, which we ate every bite of, and was always available for our questions and the little extras. Just finished an amazing two week stay here. Property is so very beautiful it is hard to believe you get to be there. We had Francesca make us several meals. Don't miss out on these wonderful meals. This Billa is right out of a storybook. The accommodations are spacious and very comfortable. Amazing Experience
I had my wedding at the villa and stayed for the week with my family. I could not have imagined a better location and easier planning for a weeding. Francesca was very helpful and responsive. I sent the menu I wanted and she took it from there. She even came into town with us to help translate when we picked out flowers. The wedding day went off without a hitch and everyone that stayed at the villa was very happy with their experience. The rooms were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and the views were fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

It all starts with Francesca. She is the epitome of a host. She is an excellent communicator and wants to make sure that everyone has what they need, where she is very successful. We had 13 in the house, a wedding, cooking class with Francesca and loads of fun. Everyone had their space and we were not tripping on each other. Francesca made the wedding happen by lining us up with flowers, a string duet and a kitchen for the wedding dinner. She pulled the rest together! She exceeded all expectations. As for the property, the pictures do not do it justice. Poppi, the villa and Francesca are all magical We hope to be back!

Excellent property and the most magical place for a wedding. Francesca and her team are amazing.
When we sat down to book a wedding in Tuscany with my daughter and now son in law, we knew the property looked good, but we had no idea how truly amazing this palace is. The property is spacious and our friends and family commented on how large their rooms were and the accommodation is perfect for gatherings and enough space if you need some quite time too. Francesca was so supportive with the wedding, providing good advice and putting us in touch with a wedding planner, so helpful if you don’t speak Italian. There were lots of options for the wedding and you can enjoy outside or use the banqueting hall and veranda, which is amazing. Francesca provided many options for the wedding breakfast and the food was delicious too! My daughter and son in law had such an amazing wedding with so many happy memories to cherish. On our last day we shed many tears of joy and cannot recommend this lovely family and place enough.

We just returned yesterday from our stay at Agriturismo La Vecchia Quercia in Poppi. We went to spend New Years Eve and to celebrate the beginning of 2022 with friends and family. We were a group of 11 adults and 3 children. The process to rent the property and to communicate was easy and effective. Francesca, the owner, was easy to reach and provided accurate information very useful for the trip preparation. She was waiting for us and even had to pick us up since we didn’t find the villa easily due to GPS issues. Very beautiful house on top of a hill sorrounded by clouds and nice Tuscan views. Francesca was always around answering any questions or providing something needed. They even shopped for us some groceries and cooked a delicious dinner so we would have something to eat after a long trip. The house has all the commodities, a beautiful fire place very much needed at this time of the year and central heating. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like is that there is lots of driving involved if you want to visit near towns like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano or Pisa, but Francesca also offers a driver that would make your experience more convenient. Overall I recommend this villa for renting without any hesitations. I imagine in summer time is more enjoyable due to the weather conditions. Francesca and her family prepared a New Year’s Eve dinner in their rental salon that was very cozy and charming. We are forever grateful of the memories of this Tuscan trip.

Slová nedokážu vyjadriť aký úžasný pobyt sme mali! Vilu sme si rezervovali kvoli symbolickej svadbe, ktorú sme chceli osláviť s kamarátmi. Prostredie aj samotná vila bola neskutočná, všetci sme boli unesení každým detailom, akým to bolo zariadené. Francesca je výnimočný človek, akého sa len veľmi tažko hľadá. Pomohla nám s organizáciu, odporučila kvetinárku, navarila skvostnú večeru a kedykoľvek sme niečo potrebovali neváhala a hneďprišla s riešením. Ona a jej rodina sú neskutočne dobrosrdeční a milí ľudia. Na konci pobytu som jej ďakovala snáď tisíc krát a aj to mám pocit, že bolo málo. So všetkými sme sa zhodli, že ak by sa to dalo, ostali by sme tam žiť. Určite sa musíme ešte niekedy vrátiť a zažiť tie pocity pohody a štastia znova. A to naozaj nepreháňam! Odporúčam všetkými 20timi prstami a keby možem, dám viac ako 5*.

Um es kurz zu machen: Das wunderschöne Objekt hat eine tolle Lage mit einem super schönen Ausblick. Die Gastgeberin war in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und nett. Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt.
