Unsere Wohnung ist im 3. Stock (oben) des E Gebäude .it an der Ecke, die es sehr privat mit herrlichem Blick auf Moana Loa und Hualalai Bergen macht. Kohala und Mona Kea Berge sind auch von unserer Lanai gesehen. In den Wintermonaten können Sie die schneebedeckten Berggipfel zu sehen während der Sitzung in der tropischen Hitze auf unserer Lanai, ist es eine exotische Aussicht. Unsere Wohnung ist hell und luftig mit einem großen Wrap-around-Veranda auf 2 Seiten, der perfekte Ort für Mahlzeiten Kaffee oder einfach nur sitzen und entspannen in der tropischen Atmosphäre. Unsere Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett cal, Flachbild-TV und ist im Stil der Insel Möbeln eingerichtet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und noch einmal alle Möbel sind im Inselstil. Beide Bäder haben neue Granit-Waschtischen. Unsere Küche mit Granit Tischplatten, neue Französisch Tür Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, neue Kochfeld und allen Geräten, die Sie benötigen, umgestaltet worden. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Ventilator, aber die Wohnung verfügt über AC als auch. Der Aufenthaltsraum und Indoor-Essbereich ist geräumig wir über einen Flachbild-TV und Blu-ray-Player sowie eine Musikanlage die Einrichtung ist Insel und komfortabel. Die Terrasse hat Tisch und Stühlen für 6 Personen und 2 Liegestühle zum Entspannen. Unsere Wohnung ist mit Fliesenböden im gesamten renoviert es eine saubere, kühle und Inselgefühl zu geben.

Great getaway

We had an excellent stay! We love the location, being so close to A Beach! The condo is well equipped, clean, and very spacious. Fabulous rental

The condo was large, spotless, very quiet, and in a great location. The lanai was very large and provided a lot of shade - easy walk to restaurants, shops, beach area. While there was not a large ocean view, the surrounding trees, mountains, golf course and waterfall were lovely. Great appliances - Bosch dishwasher, large refrigerator with large-capacity ice maker, good drip coffee maker. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again.

Clean and spacious condo with ocean view. The lanai has 2 areas which is a treat! Condo has most supplies neeeded during stay. Easy checkin and checkout! Would have been nice to have a beach umbrella. Beach chairs and cooler were available. Thank you!

Beautiful property-an oasis!

Hubby and I stayed for 6 nights. Absolutely love the size of this condo, the roominess in all rooms and the wraparound lanai. Breathtaking views of the mountains and a fantastic glimpse of the bay. It’s a very short walk to the beach via the Marriott property. Location location. Easy access to anywhere on the island. Great eating and shopping choices at Kings and Queens shops and marketplace. The bed was super comfortable.The tv would not work and we contacted the property manager who came within the hour to resolve easily. No other issues at all. Only suggestion is to add more hangers. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is amazing, between A Bay and Waikoloa. Beautiful panoramic view from the lanai volcano to the bay. Great walkable shortcut to Abay and a beautiful beach walk. Clean and well stocked. When we return, we’ll book here again!

This condo is beautiful and located in a great location for your Kamuela/Waimea/Kona vacation. The space is well-planned and open, with a lot of lanai space. Perfect location

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. It’s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options. The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area. The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat. I would highly recommend this place.

Top floor unit with plenty of space and very pleasant views. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Poorly timed multi-day AC maintenance for entire community without prior warning to us was pretty uncomfortable but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient Kohala Coast condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We visit Hawaii every year and this is one of our very favorite places we’ve stayed. Spacious and comfortable with great mountain views as well as a peek at A Bay. Convenient to shops and restaurants and many wonderful beaches on the island. Kitchen with a few dated appliances but everything worked reasonably well. Comfy bed, big lanai and central AC. We loved it here and hope to come back next year!!

Everything was as advertised. The local manager was helpful with a couple of minor questions. My only comment would be that a small sachet of coffee would have been nice as a starter pack when I got there - but that is a very minor quibble. Everything was well stocked, including beach gear.

Beautiful Condo near A-bay

This condo is beautiful. We had to stay longer in Waikoloa because I had wrist surgery up in Waimea, (fractured wrist) The unit was quiet with a partial view of A-bay. We had no problems and enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The unit was well laid out. The instruction booklet could use updating with exact instructions for the TV/remote usage and the new induction cooktop. However, the island manager was responsive and eager to help when we had questions. We would stay here again.

Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space. Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It was clean and up to date with furnishings and linens. I think the only drawback for us was the fact that it is on a busy street and when you have the lanai doors open you do hear a lot of street noise. It does quiet down after sunset. Thank you.

Great Finish To Our Vacation

The resort was located some distance from Kona, but had all the amenities of restaurants, grocery stores and numerous shops. It was situated close to various beaches and points of interests which we were able to drive. The property management were fabulous and accommodated all of our requests. The condo was well equipped, and the one bedroom as described had two separate single beds, which were comfortable. It would be nice if the two single beds could be changed to a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the condo location since it was close to all the amenities of Waikoloa Village.

Spacious, comfy condo with views and outdoor space

This was our second stay in this condo. We really like the size and how it is set up. The outdoor space is the best for us as we like to be outdoors most of the time we are in Hawaii, and this condo has a very large lanai that is sheltered from the often windy Waikoloa winds. The only thing I would mention is to be aware of the clothes dryer- it has a tendency to try to eat clothing items. It appears as if the seal around the door has a spot where items can catch and get caught, so just be aware of that, and if you have something delicate or special, you may want to hang dry.

E301 is perfectly situated on the top floor on the corner giving it maximum views and privacy. The condo's are light and airy and very spacious with large lanais that are perfect to enjoy the tropical weather from. The Vista Waikoloa complex offers a large heated swimming pool and is welcoming and quiet. The grounds are always immaculate with beautiful flowering silk and plumeria trees.

It also features Lava Lava Beach club with live Hawaiian music and hula and excellent tropical cocktails. Queens Shops offers a salon, supermarket and multiple shopping and dining options.
