One of the Best Condos in Provincetown

The condo was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. While we knew there were wonderful water views from the living room and bedrooms we were pleasantly surprised that the large courtyard facing Commercial Street was for our exclusive use. Spent many hours people watching while enjoying drinks, food and conversations with friends.

Perfect condo and location, thoroughly enjoyed

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The rooms are large with able space. The living area had comfortable couches to lounge while resting between events. The kitchen was well stocked with good sturdy countertops. A fantastic feature is the outdoor area. We sat and watched the parade of people go by in comfort and style. Beds were comfortable and The shower in the master was large and easy to move around in. Balconies offered beautiful morning sunrises and the fireplace gave warm on chilly mornings. I would absolutely stay here again. Great fun and company was had by all. Location hard to beat.

5 Star Condo with hosts that care

Everything about this rental was excellent. Believe the photos in the listing! The check in process was seamless and all the functionality of the rental was wonderfully laid out in a binder explaining all the necessary information required for your stay. The condo was well located, beautifully furnished and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost new appliances, stylish dishes, glassware, barware, gadgets, and pots and pans. Great internet and TVs too, when the weather keeps you indoors. It is clear, from start to finish, that the owners/hosts care about their rental and want to ensure that their renters enjoy their stay! We’ll be back!

Incredible stay in Provincetown

I cannot say enough about this incredible property, it's location and Marco! Nothing was left to chance at this beautiful property. From the landscaping, to the courtyard and up the stairs to the incredible views - everything was spectacular. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in all of our travels. The views from the two balconies were incredible, we were up early to watch the sunrise and ended each evening with a glass of wine to watch the sun go down. Marco answered my MANY questions that I had about restaurants, rentals and activities on the island. Even though we had to leave a day early because Hurricane Lee was headed our way - we absolutely loved our 5 days in Provincetown and will definitely return. Thank you Marco for everything!

Spacious with Spectacular Views and Great Location

We were so impressed that after five minutes we booked again for next year. Besides the obvious amazing location, the flat is very well appointed with everything we needed. The owners are very detail oriented and clearly know how to ensure guests have an amazing stay. Lots of room and storage. The front patio is a great place to hang out. This is the first place in 25 years we have been coming to PTown that we want to stay again.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was designed with extraordinary care. No detail was left to chance. From the extraordinarily well equipped kitchen to the exquisite views, this place has it all. Go for it! You will be glad you did. And the manager was a great communicator and very responsive as well.

Wonderful stay in Provincetown

I cannot say enough about Marco‘s property. It’s exactly as described with two bedrooms nicely separated, a full living room, 2 1/2 baths, two lovely small terraces facing the sea and a wonderful perch outside to watch the scene on Commercial Street. The views of the harbor are equally impressive out the bedroom windows and the decor is modern and well done. Marco is very responsive, returning texts in just a few minutes, addressing any questions we had. Only recommendation is to bring your own hair and soap products as the apartment only has small starters as Marco points out on the listing.

Best patio in Ptown

This was the second year at our favorite Ptown rental in the 20+ years of visiting! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious. The two bedrooms are afforded privacy by the layout of the home, which makes it perfect for sharing. The location is perfect, a lovely patio on Commercial St. for people-watching, but fabulous harbor view from the two balconies. Marco, as last year, was a wonderful host, accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

2nd Stay, amazing property and perfect host

This is our second time staying at Marco's place on Commercial Street and it was as wonderful the second time as the first. The property is as beautiful as described in the listing, the views are breathtaking and the amenities make for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Marco is extremely curteous and responsive; from check-in to check-out, there is an open line of communication and any questions or concerns are addressed respectfully and promptly while respectful of our time and privacy. It's evident from Marco's communications that he wants his guests to have the best experience. Being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view is just one of the many highlights of the property. You couldn't ask to be better situated in Provincetown. The location is only a few minutes walk from the shops, galleries, and restaurants. MacMillian Wharf and the ferry is less than ten minutes walk away. Having two full bathrooms (plus a half bath) is a luxury. Marco reached out to us to enquire if we had been experiencing any issues with fluxutating water temperature, which we had not. Indeed, the showers are fantastic, even for our 6ft. son! Thanks again to Marco & Eric for being such gracious hosts.

Awesome penthouse!

Marco and Eric’s penthouse at the Sandpiper on Commercial St was the perfect location and incredible accommodations. Everything was just as described with great views of Cape Cod Bay and fun outdoor balcony to enjoy the sunshine and have a drink. Everything about our stay and trip was amazing! Marco was so helpful & communicative! His home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and they thought of every amenity! And the location was the BEST! We spend time sitting in the deck looking over P-Town harbor and then on commercial street people-watching….so much fun! His recommendations for meals were spot on, too! One Week in Paradise

Location is perfect, the views of the Ocean are spectacular. The private patio directly on Commercial Street is great for people watching. The apartment is immaculately clean, and welcoming, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Everything you will need for a spectacular vacation. Marco was incredibly welcoming and very helpful with a few tiny issues we had. I would definitely recommend this location, as I can’t wait until we can return! Thank you Marco

Great space, excellent location, on the beach with a sunrise view each morning! The bedrooms are appropriate separate with commons areas in center. This makes the whole condo welcome to sharing. The Commercial Street patio was comfortable and a cool way to enjoy the PTown vibe. Marco was exceptionally communicative whenever needed and was very attentive. I highly recommend this property.

If I could give "Location" 10 stars, I would!

There were so many wonderful aspects to this property! To name our favs: Martini glasses, a great shaker, great wine glasses, sturdy coffee mugs, incredibly comfortable furniture on the patio, the fact that we could always find shade at this time of year on the patio, best people watching ever, the Sonos sound system in the house, how quiet it was & how well we slept, having a view also of the bay & access to the sand/water, the beach chairs/towels/umbrellas, the wine fridge & regular fridge that was downstairs right at the patio, the very easy communication with the owner throughout our stay, the amazing views from nearly EVERY window, & being across the st. from Joe, the coffee shop. We feel honored that the owner's spent the time to appoint this place so nicely & that they shared it with us. So appreciative of a WONDERFUL 2 weeks there. It was truly amazing...

Fantastic space in the perfect location!

This place is the perfect space to enjoy all Ptown has to offer -for a number of reasons: 1. The Host Marco is super nice and available (even though not on site). He made sure we had everything we needed and provided clear instructions on everything. Plus, he is fun and easy to talk to - with a great sense of humor. 2. The Space On the top floor of the famous Sandpiper - it offers views of both the water (from every room) and the street activity. The layout is perfect for friends or couples - with two en-suite bedrooms located on opposite ends of the spacious condo (which allows for excellent privacy). The space is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the half-bath in the common area is great for when you have visitors. There are a lot of stairs to get to the unit, so keep this in mind if traveling with someone who has mobility issues - but the view is so worth the climb! 3. The Location Next to the Boat Slip and on the beach, you are minutes away from all that Ptown has to offer. Joe Coffee is just across the street. No car needed, but there are two parking spaces, which come in handy as we always rent a Jeep in Boston and drive the Cape. Being next to Boat Slip, you can hear the 'thump thump thump' of the music - but it's not crazy loud; it's more like background noise. 4. The Courtyard!!! The front courtyard facing Commercial is without question the BEST!!! We practically lived here every day - people watching and socializing / making new friends with passers-by. Our friends loved to hang out with us for pre-Tea (and post-Tea) cocktails. (Note: there is a fridge and a little bar area in the ground-floor foyer area - very convenient), The courtyard offers plenty of seating and room - as well as a fire pit. And, the garden out front is a real crowd-stopper because it is full of beautiful flowers - notably the Lace Cap Hydrangeas of the Nantucket Variety (no less than 10 people per day would stop to admire them and inquire about them). In the hotter months, an umbrella would be a nice addition to an already perfect space. I definitely plan to stay here again. If you are considering this as one of your options - book it! You won't regret it.

Best people watching patio in Ptown.

Our favorite place yet in two decades of Ptown weekly vacations! The location is perfect, with private access to the beach and the best people-watching patio on Commercial St. The condo itself is lovely, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. We loved the two balconies with fabulous water views, and the two bedrooms separate enough for privacy for two couples but still easily accessible to the rest of the condo. Marco was the perfect combination of professional and friendly, providing all the information we needed and making himself available to answer any questions.

The property was everything we expected and more. The location and view were magnificent. Communication with Marco was outstanding; responsive within minutes and the one minor issue we had was immediately resolved. We hope to return soon.

The perfect Getaway

Word can’t even describe this penthouse from the views of the beach from the balcony to the perfect location for entertainment and restaurants. And the Gracious host Marco he is everything a host should be very understanding and easy to work with you call he answer you text he reply it was truly a pleasure to meet Marco and we will be visiting agin.

Parents Getaway

Had a wonderful stay. Parents getaway from kids and pets. Property was right on the beach. We woke up every morning to beautiful sunrises. We walked downstairs to grab a coffee and walk to all the shops. Location was excellent. Marco gave us dining suggestions(which we tried and loved) and checked in to see if needed anything.

Hello, We are Eric & Marco. We bought our Ptown condo back in 2018. It was a dream of ours to own a place in one of our favorite spots in the world. We love to travel and have visited multiple country around the world and we want to take those experiences and apply them to your vacation. We take great pride in making sure that your experience will be the best one you can have.

The Sandpiper has always been the place that we have always dreamed of owning. We visited Ptown for the past 20 years and always stayed at the same B&B across the street. Looking across the street we admired the beautiful victorian building and wonder what it would be like to live there one day. In 2018 the opportunity came available and we were able to make it happen.

Besides the AMAZING views that we offer, It is in the heart of Ptown. It is hard to find the perfect balance between being centrally located while not having all the noise from outside. You are directly on Commercial St. and are only a 5 to10 minute walk to almost everything near you. Because, the the penthouse is on the third floor and in the back of the house, on the ocean side, you can't hear any noise from the street. Also, both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms that are on opposite ends of the condo witch makes this ideal for the ultimate privacy from your other guests.
