Sandy Toes ist ein fantastisches Haus mit 7 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern mit unvergesslichem Meerblick und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Der großzügige Grundriss ist perfekt für Mehrfamilien- oder Langzeitferien und bietet 4 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Aktualisierte Küche (Granit-Arbeitsplatten mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für 7 Personen, neue Edelstahlspüle, neue Schränke und ein neuer Fliesenboden). Für mehrere Familien mit Kindern, die zusammen Urlaub machen, können wir jetzt 14 Personen unterbringen.
Wir befinden uns in der 2. Reihe im zentralen Teil von Fripp mit Zugang zum Strand neben unserem Haus, der bei allen Gezeiten zu einem breiten, offenen Strand führt.
Das Haus ist geräumig und für mehrere oder längere Familienferien eingerichtet.

Perfect location

Nice location and wonderful view. Good group areas for entertainment. The bikes were all rusted and broken so could not use them. But we did have the two golf carts, which was nice . Another down side was that the TV in the Master and a guest room was tiny and really impracticable. Overall, it was a nice stay and our family enjoyed it.

First time on Fripp

...but not our last! The property owners have a gem here, with plenty of room and abundant supplies for family pleasure. We appreciated the use of the 2 golf carts. We toured the island and learned its history. Family friendly beachgoers, an island of wildlife, an escape from the commercial...all wonderful! Communication, information, and reviews were so helpful. Thanks for allowing our family to come and make amazing memories!

Amazing spot on Fripp

Wow! This is truly one of the best places we have stayed on the island! We were there with 23 people (also renting the house next-door) The location is perfect for the beach, the Beach club, and the tennis. We used the golf carts (plus rented extras) all week. Directly across the street is beach access 14 which is not an access any longer but we used 13, to the left facing the beach, all week and it was perfect! Beach at high tide and low tide. The house is as described except there’s not a sleep sofa in “bedroom 6” just two doubles. We did find a mattress in a closet that we used on the floor for that room so that was no problem. Also just FYI bedroom 7, which is in the loft, has no door for privacy. This worked fine for teenagers, but I don’t know that adults would want to sleep up there. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice sizes without feeling cramped or tight! The kitchen had a great set up for feeding a crowd. There were two refrigerators in the basement/garage which was awesome for extra stuff. There is a little icemaker in the kitchen that was fine for drinks, but definitely won’t fill the cooler so get ice there is storage down there in the freezer units on the fridges. Also the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need including a small and large crockpot, A regular filter and Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender. Downstairs there is a gas grill plus a gas burner and large pot that we used for our shrimp boil. Also in the garage there were multiple random chairs that could be used as well as some boogie boards. We had brought most everything with us, but the thing that was maybe the best renter friendly thing are two large Rubbermaid wheelbarrows that we used to cart everything to the beach each day! That was so convenient! The house was clean and the layout was fantastic for our group! We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

We had 14 family members together for vacation and this was the perfect house for us. First of all, it was very clean. Having stayed at other properties on the island, I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the house. It has been well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. (There was plenty of everything actually-towels, sheets, beach chairs, fridges, bikes, golf carts etc.) The views were awesome, and we loved the short walk to the beach. The pictures on VRBO were very accurate and up to date. I would highly recommend this house for a large group, and would rent this again without a moments hesitation.

We didn't want to leave!

I love this house! The layout is perfect for a large group. Every bedroom is beautifully decorated and spacious. The main kitchen and living area are so open with plenty of seating for everyone. They have a wonderful pantry with room to store all your food and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make and serve the group! There is also a nice gas grill and 2 more refrigerators in the garage! We spent a long Easter weekend there with another family - 4 adults & 5 young kids (ages 2 to 6). We had MORE than enough room. In fact, we didn't even use 3 of the bedrooms! The kids looked forward to feeding the deer each evening as they roamed the street looking for willing vacationers. We used the 2 golf carts daily to explore the island, go to the nature center, swim in the island's heated pool (too cold for the other pools), and look for alligators. We brought walkie talkies so the kids to talk to each other from the golf carts as we rode around. We also brought our bikes and road around the bike trails. The house is centrally located so its easy to get everywhere. The kids loved that we were walking distance from the ice cream shop, too! We didn't use them but the garage is stocked with beach chairs, wagons, toys, boogie boards, and bikes! These owners have thought of everything! We will certainly be back! Thanks Sandy Toes for a wonderful vacation!

Large beach home-perfect for families!!

We stayed in this house during late summer and enjoyed everything about it! It was very large- so many bedrooms!! The teens loved spreading out in the 3 rooms with friends downstairs. The adults enjoyed hanging out on the deck, screened porch, large family room, and playing card games at the kitchen table. Kitchen was huge with every possible pot, pan, dish, appliance you could hope for. We were expecting only 1 golf cart and were surprised to find two!! We had asked for amenity cards but never really used them. We were so close to the beach, the kids stayed there mostly. The only thing that would have made this house perfect would have been a ping pong table in the garage!! :)

Perfect Vacation Rental !!!!!!

We have been staying at Sandy Toes for years and can't say enough nice things about the house. We have a crowd and the house accomidates us beautifully. Beds and bathrooms are abundant and the great room kitchen combo is perfect for family meals and games. The house is has great beach access and two awesome golf carts to go look for deer. It is the pefect home for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Incredible House - One of Fripp's Finest!

We have been going to Fripp Island for 15 years and this by far is the best home we have rented. We have been repeat renters for 6+ years! The location is terrific. It's an easy walk to the beach with incredible views. We have four families in our group and there is plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The living area is open, airy with beach views. There's an awesome deck and screened porch. The hammock is nice to relax in too! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The extra fridge in the garage is a bonus. The golf carts were replaced this year and are very nice and zippy! The owners are top notch and are constantly updating, replacing, making sure the house is perfect. We have had many memories at Sandy Toes and look for many more in years to come!
