Idyllisch! Diese ruhige, 2. Etage, zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer, Wohnung ist in einer perfekten Lage für eine Ferienwohnung oder einen Wochenendausflug. Ein zugewiesenen Parkplatz vor der Einheit und Parkplatz für das zweite Auto, Coin-Op geteilte Wäsche im nächsten Gebäude über, private Terrasse, viel Licht, gut gepflegt. Wifi, Kabel-TV, DVR ... für die regnerischen Tage. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, zur Verfügung gestellt. Schöner Spaziergang in die Stadt. Öffentliche Bucht Seite Strand direkt gegenüber der Straße. Kurze Fahrt zu Geschäften und nationalen Stränden (Herring Cove, Race Point). Man kann leicht in der Commercial Street oder weg von der wunderbaren Hektik in dieser entspannenden Wohnung sein.

2023 Family Vacation

The condo is close to PTown and the owners have thought of every detail in making sure your stay is a relaxing one. The condo is clean and spacious. Full of all the dishes, cookware, glasses, etc you could possible need. We traveled with our two girls (14 and 10) and they were able to walk over to beach on their own, had their own space in their bedroom, and enjoy their vacation as much as my husband and I did. I would highly recommended this rental and wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Place to Stay in Provincetown

We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Provincetown area. It was super clean, really cute, and perfectly located. The bay and public beach are right across the street (definitely try to get down there at low tide), and it's easy to get into the center of town. Wendy and Judy were lovely to deal with and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite rentals!

This condo well surpassed our expectations, and I would highly recommend it and will be staying again in the future! First-off, I have never had more accommodating hosts! Wendy and Judy were very accessible and thoughtful, hitting the mark down to the smallest detail. The photos of the condo actually do not do it justice! It was immaculate, bright and airy, and fully equipped.....so well-equipped, all we needed to do was arrive and unpack our clothes and food. The proximity of the condo to many area attractions was very convenient, and the beautiful beach right across the road was just icing on the cake! The outdoor deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee or late afternoon drinks. We are frequent travelers and Wendy and Judy's condo is now one of our all-around favorites!

Fantastic experience

Our stay at Wendy’s was absolutely perfect and exceeded expectations. Honestly the description of the property is accurate but the photos don’t do the Place justice. It was very comfortable and it is set back from the main road a hundred feet or so which make for very quiet and peaceful sleep at night even with windows open. Internet access worked very well, the apartment is very well appointed, the neighbours were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable… in short a perfect stay and very competitively priced. I hesitate to recommend just to keep this gem to ourselves! I will mention it is about 2 miles to the town center. We rented bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the ride to and from each day but if you don’t plan on having bikes it will be quite a walk in to town, or take your vehicle and pay for parking. This was not a deterrent for us at all but should be considered when planning your stay. Thanks Wendy!

Communication w hosts was great. Property served us very well - on the outskirts of Ptown meant we could enjoy exploring there, but also could get out easily to explore beaches and other towns. Liked that we could cross street to beach.

Peaceful retreat.

Close to town but in a peaceful condo community walking distance to beach. Beautifully decorated, has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Kitchen well stocked. Deck lovely. Bedrooms a distance from living room for quiet time.

Relaxing place to stay a mile from downtown ptown

Wendy and Judy's condo was a relaxing, quiet place to stay about a mile from downtown ptown for a labor day weekend getaway. The condo provided plenty of amenities for cooking (coffee/filters, condiments, oils, spices, etc) in addition to beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas). We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the ability to relax on the deck. We would definitely return!

This place is wonderful. We were a group and 4 and this was perfect. The place looks a lot bigger than in the photos, and the beach across the street was ideal. You are in center of town easily in a 5 min bike ride. The owners were super responsive and helpful.

Amazing condo in PTown!

We absolutely loved our stay at Wendy and Judy's condo! It was so cute and clean and had everything we needed and some really nice touches. The perfect place for 2-4 people to spend a weekend. Having the beach across the street was wonderful (check out the sandbar at low tide!) and we felt the distance from Provincetown - walkable but in a quieter area - was perfect. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Quiet area across from low tide beauty

The property had everything we needed. The owners were super nice and communicative from rental process to questions while we were there. The walk to the beach across the street and the short bike ride to town were perfect to do a bit of each. We will return to the kind spirit and beauty of ptown!

Our vacation was a dream!

We had a wonderful time in Provincetown, thanks to KCRO. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet yet close enough to the action of town. We loved crossing the street to enjoy the beach for swimming and for exploring during low tide.

Comfortable condo for the 3 of us. The property was 1/2 hour walk from town so after first night we took car into town and parked in one of the lots. It worked out fine.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy and Judy's Provincetown condo. It had all the amenities we were looking for: easy access to the beach, close to town but far enough away to be peaceful, close to Route 6 so we could explore other towns and beaches, and a very comfortable home to return to at the end of the day. As much as we enjoy our outdoor time, having a home base with all the creature comforts is also important to us, so the great TV/entertainment system, wifi, grill and relaxing indoor and outdoor living areas were the icing on the cake. On top of it all, Wendy and Judy were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this rental.

Cozy spot on east end

Great hosts - accommodating and communicative. Easy access to the east end; we rented bikes so that we could explore the entire town. Hosts offered a place to store our luggage until our ferry departure which was really convenient. Thank you for the stay.

Great quiet location with easy access to the beach! Town is about a 20 minute walk so some may consider renting bikes or using the pedi-cabs. We enjoyed the nightly unwinding walking home!

Great location!

Wendy and Judy's condo was perfect for my 50th birthday celebration at Cape Cod. It is a lovely condo and had everything my husband, and teenage daughter and I needed for the weekend - plenty of space for the 3 of us. They even surprised me with a bottle of champagne to celebrate. There is no view from the condo, but the location is great - directly across the street from a public beach. It is about 1.5 miles to the main restaurant area of Provincetown, but only about half that to the start of the galleries, so we found walking into town to be easy. We just stopped along the galleries to break up the walk a bit. Definitely will be back!

Best place in Ptown to stay

The place is so beautiful, big, and clean. T has everything you need for a short weekend getaway or a longer trip to Ptown. Wendy was incredible at helping with whatever you needed and so generous! The cottage is a little bit of a walk into the center of Ptown, but only 15-20 minutes and it was a nice, easy walk. The beach is very close though- right across the street! We will be staying here every year!

Amazing!

Wendy and Judy’s place was fabulous- clean, comfortable, cozy and incredibly well equipped. The location was great- across the street from a beach and an easy bike ride or walk to the city center. Wendy and Judy were very responsive and great to work with. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend it!!

Perfect location for our family of 4

We enjoyed being close to the beach with our two kids. Close enough to town, but far enough to be away from the crowds. We also loved spending evenings on the balcony. Our hosts were very accommodating, available and kind. Thank you!

Clean, comfy, close to beach and P-Town! ❤️

Lovely, clean space well dressed in the nautical decor that you expect from your Cape Cod Vacation rental but not done in a chintzy way. The condo was perfect size for our family of four adults and a great value as well! Somehow, it felt both cozy and spacious when we needed space. We were especially pleased at how clean and well stocked it was with anything you made need. Our must haves of air conditioning, WiFi, and cable were all covered! The owners were friendly and made everything easy from booking to check out. We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect Ptown Retreat

Score! Why pay intown prices for the same price or more for a simple motel room when you can stay in this spacious condo? Great space, location, coffee on the deck, fully equipped. Easy access to town, a 15 minute walk or easy drive and park at the monument. The owners were a pleasure and very helpful. Definitely planning to return. 5 Stars!!!
