Betrachten Sie spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge und lokale Feuerwerke von Ihrem privaten Balkon aus. Das Hotel liegt an der Promenade mit Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Amazing view!

We had a wonderful week here! Check in was easy, and owners were friendly and responsive. Place was stocked with everything you might need. AC worked great. The balcony was our favorite spot with gorgeous views.

Perfect location

The condo was absolutely awesome. The view and the location was perfect. We would absolutely come back again. The owner, Steve, went out of his way to make our stay perfect. There was a snafu in the description of the amenities and he didn't hesitate to rectify the situation.

Perfect, Peaceful Retreat

I spent about 6 weeks, off season, at this property and it was simply lovely. The owners were warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The space is very comfortable and well-appointed. It has a well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities to help make it feel extra homey. Very clean, quiet, and the view can’t be beat. I can’t wait to return!

At The Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the condo itself had everything we needed and was very well appointed. The outside patio faces the water and almost every morning we got up early to watch the sunrise. We would definitely go back again.

Top notch

The condo was perfect for our vacation! Beautiful view, great location, simple check in/out process, very nice finishes and comfortable. One of the best stocked rentals we’ve stayed at. It was very clean. There was a small issue with fruit flies between the previous check out and our check in but Steve was proactive in reaching out and did all they could to remedy the situation plus accommodate us. Would stay there again for sure!

October Get Away

We had stayed with Bonnie and Steve in the past and were so happy we could return. The place is as amazing as we remembered. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Our stay was brilliant!

We spent 4 winter months at Steve and Bonny's and it was perfect. The condo was clean and perfectly equipped - they had thought about every little thing we could possibly need. They responded promptly to any question we had. They had some great suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable. Give the location of the ocean front condo, waking up to the sunrise each morning was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Relaxing vacation

The SEAesta Surf was the perfect place for us to unwind for the week. The beach is my happy place and I thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and watching people set up their spots for a day on the beach. It doesn't get any better than being able to walk across the street and be on the sand. Inside, the condo is clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Perfect!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This beach rental was perfect with great location, away from all the boardwalk action, stores and restaurants all within walking distance, shows, great food and very responsive and pay attention to detail hosts, Steve and Bonny. We were very sad to end our time at the beach. Everything you need is provided to make your beach vacation stress free. They have thought of everything. What a delight to stay here, and right across the boulevard to the beach! We loved it and are grateful to Steve and Bonny for providing us with such a positive experience!

September Getaway

This property is fantastic! We have stayed at several VRBOs, as well as 3 different condos at The Surf. SEAesta Surf was probably the best we have stayed at. Steve and Bonnie were communicative, and very helpful. They gave us tips on the stove, the washer and dryer, restaurants and events in the area, and were even available to talk me through when I initially had trouble with unlocking the door. We would gladly stay here again. The only issue, is that they are so good, it is hard to find a time that is not booked! Thank you for an amazing vacation:)

Best VRBO experience I've ever had no joke!

Best experience I've had with VRBO and I am not just saying that. The owners went out of their way to make sure our experience was comfortable and memorable. We love SEAesta Surf!

Hampton Beach is our happy place, and SEAesta Surf condo is our absolute favorite! Steve and Bonny are the nicest owners. They welcomed us as soon as we drove up and offered to help with our luggage. Their condo is immaculate and has a perfect view of the ocean across Ocean Blvd. They keep the unit stocked with all the essentials. It truly feels like home.
