Dieses zweistöckige Golffront-Privathaus hat 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder mit karibischem Dekor. Dieser Boden zu Hause können Sie direkt aus in den Sand zu gehen. Es gibt einen abgeschirmten Terrasse zum Essen und genießen Sie die Sonnenuntergänge, sowie eine Außenterrasse mit einem weiteren Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien. Nichts zwischen Ihnen und dem Strand. Genießen Sie den weißen Sand, warmes Wasser und sanfte Brandung des Golfs, oder ziehen Sie den schattigen Hof oder Deck, um die Delfine und Vögel zu beobachten. Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch oder ein Nickerchen in der Hängematte. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbetten, 1 mit zwei Einzelbetten) und 1 Bad. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zum oberen Deck. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essbereich und 1 Bad sind im Erdgeschoss. Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, HDTV mit Kabel und WIFI. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Papierprodukte und Grundnahrungsmittel sind vorhanden. Blick auf das Wasser vom Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie 2 der Schlafzimmer. Der schattige Garten ist groß genug für Gartenspiele wie Cornhole oder Boccia. Eine Auswahl von Strandmatten, die Schwimmer, Spielzeug und Badetücher sind vorhanden. Verwenden Sie den Außenkamin / Grill für BBQ oder genießen Sie ein Feuer an einem kühlen Abend. Rauchen im Freien nur bitte. Belegung von 6 Personen über Nacht. Sorry, absolut keine Haustiere.

I was impressed by the other reviews for this property and boy were they right! Perfect location, great house, and wonderful ocean views. Our hosts were helpful and available from before we arrived right up to our last day there. And the island itself has everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Best vacation ever!

Perfect beachfront

Hosts communicated with me prior to arrival and met us at the home. House is very clean. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and highchair. Beach chairs were available for the beach which is steps out the screened in porch. We enjoyed the property very much and liked that we were close to Publix. Quiet at night. Highly recommend for two couples with kids.

Great Home

Every room has a wonderful beach decor. The location is fantastic. The house is very well equipped with everything you will need for your beach vacation. The beds are extremely comfy (not many rentals can boast about that!). Plenty of towels for our large family! Great to have a washer and dryer on site too! We will be back if it is available! Perfect in every way!

The online pictures, while totally accurate, didn’t do the property justice! Our family of five (parents and young adult kids) loved our time in paradise. This rental has everything… kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. My husband said this was one of, if not THE, best places we’ve ever rented. The setting (view of sea oats and the beach) was fabulous. Now if the weather had been just 10 degrees warmer… :-)

Dreams at AMI came true!

This house far exceeded our expectations! The beach is amazing, the house is well kept and absolutely beautiful! The owners are accommodating and clearly care about their guests. The house is well stocked. Did I mention the beach? It is so close and absolutely better than any we've been to in Florida and in the Caribbean! Turquoise blue water, white sand, shells - it was perfect! We loved the screened in porch in the back and the balcony off two of the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Publix is nearby for groceries and there are great restaurants and shops close by. This was an all around wonderful experience and we cannot wait to return!

Great beach house!

We love everything about this property, starting with the location. It's convenient to so much and it's right on the beach. We couldn't believe how close we were to the water! The views are amazing from either floor--open the slider and you hear the gulf. The home is incredibly well stocked and we wanted for nothing. There's too much to list, but there are water toys, games, puzzles, a hammock, beach towels, beach chairs, even bocce ball! The kitchen is very well appointed. The owners are lovely people who are very well organized and they were wonderful to deal with. They provide a binder that is loaded with all kind of information about the island and the surrounding area--nearby restaurants, adventures, museums, etc. We hope to stay there again!

All was good. The property is one of a kind. Old Florida style, remarkable and consistent, to be cherished. Many wonderful outdoor spaces with upstairs outdoor balcony under trees, outdoor ground seating and dining areas under trees, and screened in porch. Upstairs bedroom with twin beds has ceiling art visible only at night. Has a touch of kitsch, but fun. Lovely people running this. To enjoy and treasure.

Perfect old school type cottage

Absolutely beautiful quaint old school cottage style. Steps to the beach, stunning view of the Gulf....quiet enjoyment....perfect for families or small groups of friends. Definitely not a party place...simple and relaxed. Owners were quite friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. Just about in the middle of the whole island.

Best possible location, best possible views!

Steve & Debbie's beach house was a gem. Our family of four found it charming and perfectly located. It's truly right on the beach - you can hear the waves with the windows open - and the backyard is an oasis shaded by tall Australian pine trees which are perfect when you need a respite from the heat. It's amazing not needing to lug all your gear to the beach every day because home is only 50-yards away! There are many places to eat nearby; one of which was a 1/2 mile walk up the beach. We loved using the sand toys, the ocean kayak, and the wonderful screened-in porch. And the beach shower is a HUGE plus when the kids are covered in sand. Overall we loved the charming beach house that reminded us of "Old Florida" and we plan to come back.

perfect location, cozy house

Debbie was in touch with us ahead of our check in date and she was kind enough to let us check in sooner and did a fast turn around with cleaning after the group before us checked out. The house is nice and cozy, perfect location right on the beach- cant get any closer than this!. We were two families( myself, husband and 3 year old son) and my parents and sister. Super comfortable for 5 adults and one child. The house is fully stocked with everything! boogie boards, beach toys etc. check out was a breeze too. Will definitely consider for future trips and to anyone else traveling to Anna Maria Island!

Perfect spring break week

The beach cottage was the perfect escape for our family of four! Great location right on the beach with shade to relax in after a long day in the sun. The beach seemed far less busy than other areas we explored on AMI, great for two active kids. The house itself was very clean, had tons of character and the kids went nuts for the glow-in-the-dark surprises in the kids room. We enjoyed lunches and dinners in the screened-in patio. The hosts we’re super helpful and responsive. It was the perfect week away and we will be recommending this rental to friends/family! Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy time on AMI with kids!

This is a great beach house in an ideal location. The beach is the backyard and the property is close to many amenities such as restaurants, grocery, etc. I fished in the mornings and our kids played on the beach all day. I would definitely recommend this house to someone looking for a great family vacation.

We purchased this beach property as our second home when our kids were small. We live closeby so its a convenient get-away. We usually live in it for several months of the year, as well as use it to accommodate family and friends. We love the small town feel of Anna Maria island and look forward to sharing it with you.

We love the "old Florida" feel of the ground level home (not on stilts) which allows us to walk right out the door onto the beach. Our yard is one of the few shady yards in the area which allows us to lounge or play games in the shade while still enjoying the views and cool breezes.
