I loved this vacation rental - the neighborhood was quiet and a great location close to everything we needed. I would love to stay in this location again soon!!!

Go somewhere else

Overall the house is nice, but it needs to be updated. Carpet is worn, pots and pans are beyond useful life, pool sticks are broken, etc. It needs TLC, and gives the impression the owner is simply concerned about making a dollar and not concerned about the short-term renter. There was garbage throughout the subdivision, on almost every yard in the pond. It is not in a great surrounding area. I cannot stress enough THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS AWFUL!!!!! We had stained sheets in one bedroom over the weekend, and tried numerous times to reach someone, without a response. They then fabricated a phone call that never took place and refused to reimburse me for sheets I went and bought.

Fabulous Home

Excellent House. Everything was clean and Comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 week stay everyday. Very safe neighborhood and close to everything. Great communication at all times with the management team. Would love to stay at this property again, because it was the best Vacation Rental we have stayed in by far. Thank you all involved for making this stay Perfect!

Family Universal Studios vaca

This home was a great stay and deal. Very big and cozy home with private pool. Beds were kind on the soft side but when your tired all you want to do is sleep. Has washer and dryer and pet friendly that's including cats. Our cats loved this huge house and just loved lounging and sleeping and sun bathing.

The house needed thorough cleaning!

I really appreciated your fast response of the property management. The house and location were great. We had issues that didn’t showed in pictures . Fans were very dusty and particles were dropping on the bed . Dog’s poop by the pool . We cleaned the pool but it needed another tool to do a better job. Jacuzzi was empty and it kept draining water, we couldn’t use either one. . Dusty and sticky floors . Trash on the front…….. Thank you for communicating with me now. About giving 24 hours to do repair (pool and Jacuzzi) or come to clean the place, I have not read it in the contract and you should be ready to come any time of our stayed. Mariluz Delgado

Needs to fix lot of problems.

Sliding door in living room to lanai was very hard to open.1st time girl came, she could not fix it next day there is a guy came he try to fix it but not good enough. The. He came next day which is 3rd day he try to fix it. He made a little bit easy to open it but there is a big gap op top. Small bugs can get in. Floor was not clean enough. Our feet becomes so black on bottom. It needed good mop. Dishes were not in same pattern. Chairs covers are ripped. Mattresses were very poor. I got a really bad back pain. Definitely you should replace all the mattresses. Next to bathroom right hand side bedroom There was 1 lamp light flickers, fan light was not working. Left hand side bathroom in the bedroom near the window outlet was not working for phone charging. I would not recommend this house to go again. I left the messages twice & nobody called me back. Pool & jacuzzi was too small.

Needs some updating

First of all the property had a great location and the hosts where quick at getting back to any questions or problems. Check in was nice and easy too. However the villa needs updating and a good spring clean. When we arrived at night the kids where desperate to get into the pool but the pool lights weren’t working so they couldn’t which they where upset about. The lights did get fixed after a few days and they where fine after that. The outside area was not cleaned, the floor was dirty as was the table. Cowbebs (a lot) on the outside light and the windows where black. It was that bad we actually needed to clean it ourself the first morning. One of the sun beds where broken (which they did offer to fix). We had issues with the pool and when the pool people came they didn’t really act liked they knew what they where doing and then later blamed us for a later problem when we weren’t even in the property for a night. Inside the wallpaper was all ripped and the ceilings (which I understand are high) where dirty. Toilets where clean though which is a big thing for me. The games room was good and kids loved the PlayStation and would of liked the basketball game if it had been working or the balls weren’t deflated.

Very clean and nice property. The 2 master suites where nice because we had 3 grown men staying there fir work which aloud us to have our own restrooms. Very well priced for the location and the neighborhood.

had some non-emergent maintenance issues. several burnt out litebulbs, outside patio fan broken, north east bedroom toilet seat broken and flush valve sticky, mattress in that bedroom beyond replacement a.nd gnats in house despite no fruit and empty trash cans.need some type of recycling area.some type of notice for minimal toilet paper flushg would have been nice to know before arrival.

Early Birthday Surprise

With the recent pandemic restricting our travel, we thought this would be a great getaway for the us and the children since spring and summer break plans were canceled. We were also able to celebrate our little one early turning 13. The home was well kept and very accommodating for 4 adults and 5 pre-teen girls. The pool was perfect in size as well as the bedrooms. The neighborhood was beautiful and conveintly located to outlet shopping and Walmart which was a plus. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Had an issue with the check-in code. Dryer didn't work that good. One bed had a bad bed-frame. But my family still enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful, although we didn't know we had to pay for the pool heat. Very close the walmart, thats a plus.
