Wenn Sie nach der komfortabelsten Wohnung suchen, um zu Hause für Ihren Urlaub anzurufen, zum besten Preis, suchen Sie nicht weiter! Erstens hat diese Wohnung eine brandneue zentrale Split-Klimaanlage. Die meisten anderen Eigentumswohnungen mit 2 Schlafzimmern haben höchstens 2 Klimaanlagen. Zweitens wurde das Badezimmer gerade renoviert und ist elegant mit modernsten Sanitäranlagen. Diese Wohnung wurde von einem bekannten amerikanischen Künstler gekauft. Er blieb ein Jahr in der Wohnung und nutzte die Wände als Leinwand. Jeder Zentimeter ist ein wahres Meisterwerk. Ich habe die Wohnung mit neuen, traditionellen polynesischen Möbeln aus Teakholz eingerichtet, um ein echtes tropisches Inselgefühl zu erzeugen.

Während Ihres Aufenthalts werden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten genießen, die nur die beste Wohnung bietet, darunter eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe, ein großer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, eine Stereo / DVD-Anlage mit Surround-Sound, übergroße Strandtücher aus Baumwolle und wunderschöne Bettwäsche. Ich würde Sie auch begrüßen, wenn Sie einige meiner Spielsachen genießen würden, ohne natürlich irgendeine Haftung zu übernehmen, zu denen ein Boogie-Board, Tennisschläger und Schnorchel-Sets gehören könnten. Außerdem haben Sie von beiden Balkonen einen teilweisen Meerblick (innerer oberer Balkon und äußerer Balkon!)

Die Wohnung hat einen seitlichen Meerblick und Blick auf die West Maui Mountains. Es ist nur wenige Schritte von einem der schönsten und besten Schnorchelstrände in Maui entfernt. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung zentral um viele Geschäfte und tolle Restaurants gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist mit 1 Polynesian Queen Sleigh Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei vollen Betten im Obergeschoss Loft eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit einem Edelstahlkühlschrank (neu) und den tollen Kochutensilien und Accessoires ausgestattet. Perfect family getaway spot

We had a wonderful 9 night stay in this condo! General comments: Clear and timely communication with the host ahead of/during our stay. Thorough welcome package with instructions so we knew how to get there from the airport, parking, check-in/entry info, wifi and everything we'd need to know about the condo. Accommodations: - clean and had some basic supplies stocked for arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soaps, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/hair dryer). - lots of bathroom towels as well as beach towels- kitchen nicely renovated and had all the bits and pieces we needed to make our stay comfortable- beds were all comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. It was amazing to have 2 double beds upstairs so our 10 and 13 year olds had their own space. what a difference that made!!! - As per the picture there was a closet filled with beach gear. chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys, and a nice big sturdy umbrella- the main area has a very comfy couch (not a sofa bed but can easily sleep on it!) and while there is not a table and chairs inside we ate on the lanai a lot and between the couch and the stools at the island lots of ease to eat inside as well. - while the weather was hot between all of the fans, the cross breeze from the lanai and front door and the ac the condo was always at a great temperature (and we don't love sleeping in the heat so this worked great). location: can't beat the central location!

Wonderful location

Maui is beautiful. This is a great choice , and a great location, a few dislikes- The condo itself is a bit dusty, the bed is creeky , but overall it was a wonderful. The kitchen is newly renovated, and all the beach gear was awesome to have!

Amazing location

Our host Zapher was great in supplying us with all the information for an amazing stay! Centrally located to shops, restaurants and beach. Beach gear is in great condition so we didn't need to rent snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks so much, we will be back.

Great Location

This condo worked great for our family, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Short drive to airport. Easy access to all parts of the island. Multiple beds in loft worked perfectly for our teenage kids. Took advantage of the provided beach equipment also. The few issues we had were solved quickly by owner. Only downside is it is a bit older/dated, but not an issue for our family. Would stay again.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Kihei - Loaded with Amenities!

Zapher is a wonderful host - easy communication via app or phone, and very responsive. We had such a good time and his place was perfect for our family. The decor is definitely unique and gives it a special island charm. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. Every place you want to eat and drink is nearby and convenient by foot or car. Parking is easy. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and even the sauna a couple of times, too. The new central air conditioning was great and the TV with cable and streaming apps was, too! We are so thankful to have been able to use all of the available beach and swim gear - from the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, life vests, and sand toys. We used them daily and the kids had so much fun venturing farther out in the water and us parents enjoying the seats in the shade! Thank you so much for having these available for us to use!!! Thank you again for sharing your Kihei home with us! We highly recommend it!

Location, location , location

The house worked very well for our family. We loved the relaxed vibe of the residence - it felt more like we were spending time at the home of a friend than a generic condo. The location was really convenient, an easy drive from the airport and once we arrived we were pleased to see so many great places within walking distance - and when we needed to drive, it was very well positioned to get to many beaches, restaurants, etc.

Condo was as described/pictured and worked perfectly for our family of four (2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 older child). We loved that we could walk to the beach (great sunset view just down the hill!) and to nearby restaurants. Appreciated the beach chairs available for use. Loved this condo!

The condo was just as neat in the photos as it was in person, if not better. The location was great, super close to the beach, grocery store, shops and everything you want and need. The vibe was so cool and the condo was very clean and had all the amenities that you needed on a vacation. Great pool and spa that was nice and relaxing after the beach. We loved the location for our Spring Break as this part of the island was mainly sunny during a rainy time of year. The condo is unique and well-equipped, but dusty. Amazing confo in Kihei perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised and very clean. The condo is very quiet and serene and the whole property was well maintained and kept very clean.We had a minor issue with a battery when checking in otherwise we were able to figure everything else out.The hot tub did get taken down and blocked by building maintenance for an entire holiday weekend after someone spilled food into it. It is not the owners fault for this and I'm not dinging his score but just be aware you will be depending on other people to follow the property rules and we did notice other rules being broken without consequences as well.This is not the owners fault at all and most of the other folks in the building were very nice to us but maybe a camera system in the pool area would prevent this from happening again. I hate to see it come to that at such a nice property but when folks break the rules it makes us all look bad and makes the owners mad when we didn't do anything at all.Also with 4 large adults and one couch in the living room it was a little awkward when we all wanted to sit and watch football or play a card game indoors. Maybe another chair or two in the living room would help in thise situations. We didn't want to drag the lanai chairs inside and scrape the floor Both BBQ areas were clean and very nice for a quick outdoor meal or to run down and do some fish or steak.It is a very short walk to the beach and some amazing local food and shave ice.Overall everything was fantastic and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are a family of four looking for a condo in Maui this option is very hard to beat. We hope to be back soon and to add another mask to the collection!!

I rented a unit in a nearby building in 2000 and fell in love with Maui and specifically Kamaole I Beach. I made another trip a year later and purchased this very creative condo. It's not what you would normally expect from a rental. It really is a second home. I hated renting condos with normal rental items like tacky rattan furniture and plastic plates in the kitchen. This is exactly what my condo is not. It's truly a second home without sparing any expenses. In fact, I regularly invest in this property so that my guests will truly have a second home experience.
