Einheit 810 ist eine perfekt aktualisierte, luxuriöse 8. Etage Wohnung. Von der Eingangshalle aus können Sie direkt durch die Wohnung zu Ihrem privaten, expansiven, 8. Stock Balkon und dem atemberaubenden Golf von Mexiko sehen. Neben einem Esstisch verfügt Ihr Balkon über eine kleine Sitzecke für Sie, um Ihre Nachmittage zu genießen. Von Ihrem Balkon aus erstreckt sich Ihr Blick vom Golf über den üppigen Grün der Destin Resorts.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Frühstücksbar. Sie finden auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre am meisten Bequemlichkeit.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein luxuriöses Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-HDTV, DVD-Player und das Master-Bad hat eine schöne Fliesenarbeit, eine Whirlpoolwanne und einen Spaziergang in der Dusche. Beach days are the best days

The condo was very clean and spacious. Bring Tupperware if you plan on cooking and have leftovers. The outdoor patio was perfect to hang out at night. The only downfall was Topsl, the elevators were unreliable, so we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs unless you wanted to wait for an elevator for 10-15 minutes. My son actually got stuck in it for a few minutes. We were told the HOA won’t put a sign out on the elevator that does not consistently work. In addition pickleball courts were closed. I’m pretty sure they could have scheduled a slower time for this maintenance.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My recent stay here was fantastic. The ocean views from the balcony were stunning, and the condo was clean and well-decorated with all modern amenities. Being steps away from the beach made for perfect morning strolls and sunset views. The location was ideal, with great nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a luxurious beach getaway!

Great stay in Destin

My wife, I and our 3 kids rented this condo and loved it. Its right on the beach with two pools; the condo itself was so open and roomy with a great view. We didn't have any issues, but did call the owerns with some questions and they were more than helpful. Apparently they have a few other units in the same building; will definitely stay with them again,

Condo was fabulous, Two small issues the maintenance crew should look in to...the refrigerator has a small continuous leak and the light assembly on the fan in the master bedroom is loose and wobbly.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint is that that this unit does not have access to the top Tides only pool, and so we had to use the more crowded lower pool. We were not aware of this prior to making the reservation.

Love it

The stay was awesome. Love the location of the property. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Only bad thing is when my daughter pulled out the sofa bed to go to sleep, it was black nasty stuff on the sheets like they haven’t been cleaned. She just didn’t sleep on it. They need to get that straight. Other than that everything was prefect.

Place was as described condo is beautiful! Just a few suggestions…. A broom or vacuum would be nice to have in the condo since there is no housekeeping and all the sand. Also mattress pads need to be washed. I understand with turnovers that would be hard but maybe have some backup ones to change out from time to time and better sheets would be a huge plus! Overall was a great stay an would stay again!

Nice view and update

Overall had a good stay but had some issues with the main TV which were corrected with maintenance.Also had some issues with the garbage disposal and the poor shower head flow in the guest bathroom all of which can and should be corrected.Communication with the property manager was good but had to call several times. The view was very good and the update was appreciated.

It was disappointing

The upper pool was not available to us- - no key card. Went to management office and was told there should be one available. They called the owner but received no response. Lower pool had no umbrella or sun protection which we need during the day do to our age. We stay at the Tides twice a year. This unit will not be a choice for us in the future.

Beautiful, spacious condo with ocean front views

Condo is nicely furnished, master bed is exceptionally soft. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. This facility offers 2 large pools, an outdoor bar serving beverages and food. They also have tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffle board courts. Balcony is by far the best feature of the condo. Views of the ocean on one side and the bay on the other side. Balcony is huge and has a couple of tables and multiple chairs for enjoying evening sunsets. Mr. Fred and Sunny were fabulous to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Only downside was the hot tub was not working but I’m guessing Sally may have wrecked it with her hurricane!

Great place for a family vacation!

This property was perfect for my family with small children. The two bedrooms allowed the kids to have their space and the adults to have theirs. The kitchen/living room/ and dining room were a great set-up and the porch is quite large and an enjoyable place to eat meals, even when raining. I wish we would have known earlier that there are golf clubs and sand buckets in the office to borrow for the beach and the putt-putt golf course. Talking to the folks in the office the first day is definitely recommended to find out what amentities are available. The pool and the beach access are great and the bar and grille make it easy to enjoy the whole day outside. We went at a slightly off season time (september) but it was very quiet and relaxing and very family friendly with lots of other families for my kids to play with. The location is very close to the outlet mall and an easy drive to the boardwalk in Destin. I would definitely recommend this condo. FYI the condo is supplied with a starter supply of the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc) but these won't necessarily last the whole visit.

Very outdated and in need of TLC

The condo was surface clean, but many of the dishes we took from cabinets were dirty, drawers in the bathroom have not been cleaned in a long time, and furniture has not been moved to vacuum or sweep as it is very dirty behind the dresser and headboard. View is ok, but most of the patio is rooftops and parking lots. Furniture is worn and one of the outdoor chairs was broken. We had friends that met up with us and stayed in other units that were better furnished with beach chairs/towels, toaster oven, etc. Drapes are not hooked properly, towel rack missing in spare bath, dishes mismatched, etc. Overall our stay was good as the property is nice and the beach is gorgeous, but I would not give the room more than a 3 star. Also there is no transportation outside taxi service as many Uber drivers are not working so getting transportation was very tough and expensive. We did find a driver Eric 850 420 1147 who was a lifesaver for us. Call at least a day or two ahead so he can get you scheduled.
