Eingebettet im Herzen des North Forest Beach-Bereichs von Hilton Head Island und drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt befindet sich unser 6 Schlafzimmer 4 1/2 Bad Strandhaus, das wir "Sandy Feet Retreat" nennen

Sandy Feet Retreat hat alles! Zwei Häuser zum Preis von einem, ein großer Pool, der gegen Aufpreis beheizt werden kann. Dieses Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert. Alle drei Badezimmer im Haupthaus verfügen über schöne begehbare Duschen, neue Waschtische, Toiletten und Leuchten. Im gesamten Haupthaus wurden neue Fußböden sowie neue Möbel installiert.

Ein klassisches Hotel in North Forest Beach in großartiger Lage. Sandy Feet Retreat macht Spaß und ist für jede Altersgruppe geeignet. Es ist auf dem Radweg, in der Nähe des besten Strandes und vier Minuten zu Fuß nach Coligny zum Einkaufen, Essen und Unterhaltung. Das Haupthaus ist ebenerdig ohne Stufen. Mit zwei Häusern auf einem Grundstück bietet sich der ideale Platz für Familienzusammensein und Privatsphäre. Auch für kleine Firmenveranstaltungen und Golfgruppen.

Was dieses Haus auszeichnet, ist nicht nur das zweistöckige Bonus-Gästehaus, sondern auch die hervorragende Aufmerksamkeit für den Komfort.

Es gibt einen einladenden Eingang mit einem Höhle / Wohnbereich, der mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa ausgestattet ist. Der Carolina Room erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge des Haupthauses. Französisch Türen öffnen sich zum Pool und Veranda. Ein maßgeschneidertes Bankett mit Tisch für bis zu 14 Personen, TV, Kamin und Sofagarnitur machen dies zu einem großartigen Treffpunkt für die gesamte Party. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigen.

Die überdachte Veranda ist fabelhaft und verfügt über eine maßgeschneiderte Bar mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, komfortable Möbel und einen Flachbildfernseher. Die in Veranda abgeschirmte Veranda verbindet das Haupthaus mit dem Gästehaus.

Der Pool ist einer der größten und besten privaten Pools der Insel. Der Pool kann gegen Aufpreis beheizt werden. Genießen Sie den Wasserfallbrunnen und das Planschbecken auf Liegestühlen in einem 18-Zoll-Wasserbereich. Neue Chase-Lounges wurden hinzugefügt, um die sonnigen Inseltage zu genießen.

Die Garage ist mit Spielzeug für Sie ausgestattet. Mehrere Fahrräder, Liegestühle, Strandwagen, Sandspielzeug, Boogie-Boards, ein Maisloch werfen Spiel.

Auf der Seite des Hauses befindet sich ein Shuffleboard-Platz und die gesamte Ausrüstung.

Family Getaway

We had a great time and plenty of room in this beautiful house. 8 adults and 7 kids enjoyed playing games and swimming together. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny area. We had a great time!

Family Week in HHI

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and will not be our last! We love how close the house is to the beach and Coligny, we can walk or bike to both. Our family ranges in baby to adult. Having the guest house is great for the family that needs a little space from everyone else. We love the updates to the guest house as well! The screen porch is perfect for gathering at night to watch movies together. This is our favorite house on HHI!

We'll be back!

This property was perfect for our family. Great walking distance to beach and Coligny Plaza, stores, shops. The teen boys loved having the guest house to themselves, the pre-teens loved the bunk room and the adults loved having king size beds for all! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed having so many beach toys/games/supplies.

Our family had a terrific time enjoying Southwind. The accommodations were perfect for all of us - six adults and six kids! We all felt like we were "at home" on vacation! My kids claim this vacation beat out Disney World. What could get better than that? :)

Christmas vacation was excellent

We had our family Christmas in this wonderful home that was very spacious and centrally located on the island. The house has a great layout. Everything you need is provided from the kitchen utensils to bikes to beach toys!! Even the guest house has it’s own washers/dryer, oven/stove… The accommodations are excellent and I will definitely rent it again and recommend it to friends!! Thanks!!

Great house / vacation

The house was great. The pool area had some garbage wrappers around that weren’t picked up prior to our arrival. The house wasn’t cleaned by 4 pm so we had to wait another hour or so before we could get in. The dryer didn’t dry very well I’m not sure if something is wrong with it and the oven needs to be cleaned as every time we cooked the smoke alarm went off. The master bedroom smoke alarm battery died and it kept beeping so we had to take them out. I emailed about it and never heard back from anyone. Besides these little issues the house and location were great.

Perfect house for a large family or groups

Sandy Feet Retreat was the perfect house for our group of 13. When we arrived, the house was still being inspected after being cleaned, but we didn't mind. We were happy to get in the house. The bedrooms were big, bathrooms updated, kitchen was updated and a lot more spacious and user friendly than the original pictures showed when we booked. Garage had everything you need for the beach, which is right down the road. Back yard pool was bigger than expected, and the screened in porch was nice. Our week there was very hot and very humid so we did not sit outside until late in the evening. If there is one bit of advice for the owner, being more prompt on fixing things or replacing them. Some of our pool chairs were broken when we arrived. The cleaning inspector was notified and we also called the office. Nothing was done with it. There were plenty at Walmart down the road but I wasn't supplying them. There was a service guy who came to fix the outdoor fridge, but we didn't complain about that, a previous guest must have. With that being said, a great home to rent. We would absolutely stay there again when we come back.

The main house is fairly clean although I wish the cleaning people would check under the beds as we found a pair of used shorts/underwear under the master bed. However, the detached house was not clean at all and was full of bugs/mosquitos despite our best efforts. It was so bad that my two girls ended up moving into the main house mid-stay and sleeping on the couch. I understand cleaners on the island are very busy, but there was a significant change in the cleanliness this year compared to our stay last year.

Spacious and kid friendly

We had 10 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant. There was plenty of room for everyone. We did not feel crowded. The kids loved the pool and plenty of room to run around. We were close to the beach and Coligny.
