Genießen Sie diese wunderschöne, kürzlich renovierte Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern in der Windy Hill-Gegend von North Myrtle Beach, die nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt ist. Diese Villa ist eine Einheit im zweiten Stock. Sobald Sie die private, abgeschirmte Veranda und die Unterkunft betreten haben, finden Sie eine kürzlich renovierte Luxusvilla mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem elegant eingerichteten Badezimmer mit Marmormöbeln und einem komfortablen, voll möblierten Wohnzimmer. Diese Villa verfügt auch über einen vollständigen Zugang zum Hof.

Myrtle Beach ist bekannt für sein Golf; Mit über 80 leicht zugänglichen Golfplätzen. Wenn ein Golfplatz nicht Ihr Ding ist, ist Myrtle Beach auch als die Minigolf-Hauptstadt der Welt bekannt. Es versteht sich also von selbst, dass es einen in der Nähe gibt. Ganz zu schweigen von Barefoot Landing mit über 100 Geschäften und gastronomischen Einrichtungen, darunter das neue Restaurant des Lucy Buffets Lulu. Die Uferpromenade von Little River mit den einzigen Casino-Kreuzfahrten in Carolina ist nicht weit entfernt. Dieser Bereich ist so ein schöner Ort mit für jeden etwas dabei.

A beautiful place

Overall the place was perfect, probably my only complaints would be that it seemed like the floor wasn't cleaned very well, when I got into the shower the bottom of my feet were dirty black that came from the floor and little more attention to dusting. The internet offered wouldn't come up then when one did it was so weak I couldn't even use it. It was super close to the beach and very quiet, I will definitely be back

Not Clean and Not Safe

We had several issues. Please read to the end. We had to clean the entire place. Dry food splattered on kitchen cabinets. Dishes and shelves were awful. The bathroom, washier and dryer were disgusting. Bed mattress covers were dirty and had to wash them before fixing the beds. Place is not fully renovated. Putting new floors down and a new bathroom vanity are the only things new. Several things broken or not working: front door blind broken, screen porch door would not lock, some of the screens on the porch was coming off, no cable TV (property mgmt stated there should be a Roku box but there was not one), toilet paper holder broken, refrig kept beeping throughout the night (property mgmt said to put tap over the button for the light, who brings that on vacay, and why would we have to do that anyway), bedroom fan did not work, wiring in the bedroom closet was hanging for a light that was not there, transitional piece on floor was missing. To top all this off, after the first full day there we cooked and used the exhaust fan. Once we turned it on, the power went crazy, flicking on and off, lights were constantly flashing, we would trip the breakers and GFIs but still had issues. Of course property mgmt was closed at this point. Was scared to sleep there. Hard to get ahold of property mgmt the next day, got VRBO involved. Mgmt company finally got us in another place, was settled there by 9:30pm after cleaning it. Craziness we will never deal with this mgmt company again

Not good

-First the idea of charging extra for linens and towels is pretty terrible. But my understanding is that the cost would be $50 for the trip. But it was $50 per queen bed and $25 for the twin. Almost $200 with tax just to use linen and towels. We declined and had to buy the sets. -Second i never received the check in instructions until I requested them the night before, and the code did not work when we did get there. Had to call to get the correct code. -No necessities, such as toilet paper, or paper towels, dish washer soap, bath mat etc. The dishes were not ran in the dish washer. -4 light bulbs were out. -Refrigerator alarm would not go off even with the door closed. -Wooden stairs had multiple rusted nails sticking up both the head and point of the nail. -Accumulated dust all over the walls under the air vents. I don't recommend for families.

Perfect location for a short getaway!

First time using VRBO, and we always travel with our pups... Location is 2 blocks to the beach, within walking distance to a lot of attractions (within a mile, I'd say) and restaurants, shops, Barefoot Landing. The villa was adorable, comfy, clean and actually so much more than. we expected. Loved sitting on the patio just talking with the hubby, hanging with the pups and decompressing for a few days!

Pictures Look Great BUT Place Is DIRTY - VERY MISLEADING

Upon arrival after driving 9 hours, we had to clean the entire unit because it was gross. We actually had to leave the rental after being there for less than 24hrs because the filth and mold extremely bothered our sinuses. We asked for some type of refund because they actually RE-RENTED the unit for 8 days of which we were still supposed to be in the unit (we paid for 21 days of rental). Lisa the property manager has not responded to our phone messages over the last 2 weeks and the last email received stated we needed to contact the owner directly but no information was even provided to do that! Absolutely ridiculous. The unit is gross. There is a dirty band aid holding the refrigerator button in (and we were told that that was OK by Lisa). The master bed has stains all over it and had food on it. Toilet had dried urine on it. The shower head fell off and hit me when I pulled up the lever to use it. The closet door in the front room fell onto my head when I tried to open it. There is mold on all the vents. We have pictures of everything and have been in discussions but no resolution yet because of unanswered phone messages and incomplete information provided. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. We have been renting from VRBO/HomeAway for many years and have never experienced anything like this. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very cute little place with a very short walk to beach. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing we would suggest is for a small sweeper to be in the unit.

nice but needs attention

Property was nice; however, should have instructions on how to use tv, firestick, etc. also microwave handle was about to fall off,needs repair. parking was a nightmare. each unit allowed two spaces for a total of 8 needed, unit only had 6 spaces. you were constantly worried that you would not have place to park once you left unit and returned.

The travel insurance for our vacation was denied and they also would not give us a refund. Claimed it was cutoff the day before we bought it. I will never buy insurance from home away again!

Nicely decorated. Needs minor things

Nicely decorated. TVs were tricky to finagle. Door lock was tricky. One rusted pan. Couldn't cook. Refrigerator interior alarm sounded every 3 mins or so which was annoying to relax in living rm. At night we just closed bedroom doors.

A decent base for beach activities etc.

Fairly clean, WiFi can give you big headaches ! The pet fee for each pet is an absolute rip off ! We left the unit as clean as we entered it ! $100.00 + tax for each little dog was totally excessive ! The steps for the upstairs unit are a little shaky, and the trash barrels have years of unknown organic matter that is caked on ! Also, the toilet handle sticks and the water will run continuously ! Location was great!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds however leave a lot to be desired. They make noise every time you move. Mattresses were also not very good. None of us slept good, that was the only issue. I would recommend updating the beds. We loved the location. It was very easy to go anywhere we wanted. Parking is also hard with SUV. We have a Ford Flex and was barely able to get it out of the road.

No instructions how to use Roku. Would have been helpful to have a an instuctional book.

The property appearance was great. Looks as though it had been recently remodeled. Everything worked. Did not use washer, dryer or stove. Overall, very nice.

Newly renovated: Perfect for 2 adults & 2 children

The beach condo has been newly renovated and the interior decorator did a nice job with nick knacks and colors. Three tv's... living room, master and kids room. I had to figure out Roku because I'm used to getting ripped off for my cable boxes. I figured it out and it worked great. I'm going to cut the cord at home now. Directions would be appreciated, especially for older folks or people unfamiliar. All new appliances including washer and dryer. The floors are brand new wood looking laminate so easy to clean. We brought our Australian Shepherd pup and it was great walking him to the beach. 3 easy walking blocks to beach access complete with public restrooms. If you want pizza, wings, or cheesesteaks Famous Andy's delivers and is really good. Hamburger Joes is 1 mile away and fantastic (burgers, wings, $1.00 drafts). Will be back! Thanks Jeff & Amy PS. Hard to find a rental that allows pets and this place was impeccabley clean.

Relaxing and family friendly

A clean, peaceful and family friendly place. It was a pleasure and completely relaxing place to stay after we left our home from Hurricane Florence. We will plan on staying here again for our next Myrtle Beach vacation.

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

This place was clean, affordable, and a maybe 3 minute walk to the beach. Having never been to Myrtle Beach, staying here made all the difference. It’s close to restaurants and entertainment, plus we got to take our dog and he loved his stay, too! There is a dog park 15 minutes away and you can take your dog on the beach at certain hours. We can’t wait to come back to Myrtle in the near future and we’ll definitely book here again!

Well maintained Villa. Very short, easy walk to beach even with kids in tow. Needs to update listing to let renters know that coffee pot is CONE not regular filters. Pot and pan selection very sparse.

It was very nice, and clean. Made me feel like I was still at home.

I stayed here with 3 of my friends and we had a blast and all fit comfortably within this house. It had nice appliances and it was wonderful to have the screened in porch so we could still enjoy the weather when it was raining. I was very pleased overall with the house and cannot wait to book again for next year!!

Awesome rates and location

I stayed here with two of my friends. We enjoyed our stay and we had plenty of room, despite there being only one bathroom! The second bedroom has bunk beds. It would be great for a family with small children. The beach is not even a five minute walk from the condo. I would stay here again!
