Dieses Haus ist perfekt zu Fuß zu Starbucks, Kroger Supermarkt, zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. 5 Minuten von allem, was Midtown und die University of Memphis zu bieten haben, entfernt .... Brooks Museum, Overton Park, Levitt Shell, Overton Square .... 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Kino, Ballet Memphis, 2 Theatergruppen und Live-Musik. 15 Minuten Fahrt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt und 20 Minuten nach Graceland.
Ich bin ein lokaler Bauunternehmer und Designer, der dieses Cottage mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu neuen Höhen renoviert hat. Alles ist neu. Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen einer unvergesslichen Mahlzeit benötigen. Die gemütliche Essecke bietet Platz für vier Personen und ist gleichzeitig ein praktischer Arbeitsplatz.
Das eine Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Bett sowie luxuriöser Bettwäsche und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. 2 HDTV mit Kabel, Netflix und WiFi für meine Gäste. Beinhaltet die Nutzung eines Ein-Auto-Garagenstellplatzes, der nur wenige Schritte vom Eingang entfernt ist. Mein Ziel bei der Auswahl der Oberflächen und Einrichtungen war es, eine bessere Qualität als ein 5-Sterne-Hotel zu bieten, als ich es kenne, wenn ich mein Ziel erreicht habe !! Wenn ich etwas verpasst habe, lass es mich wissen und es wird bereitgestellt.

Great stay in Memphis

Short Memphis Trip

Very good place for our short trip to Memphis. We had access to a garage which was much appreciated. The unit was a bit worn but overall clean and all that we needed. It was very close to business area with restaurants that could be walked to. We had a pleasant stay.

Check in/out process was easy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 8 mins to the Memphis zoo and Botanical Garden. 15 minutes to Beale Street and 20 to Graceland. A beer garden within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location and reasonably priced. Comfy bed and plenty of towels and extra linens.

Rest & Relaxation

I wanted a vacay after my birthday vacay where I could have time to myself to refocus. This charming cottage was as advertised. The only concern I had was a window pane was missing from the door, but it had a temporary fix. The only downside was I couldn’t have my shih tzu visit. But I understood the hosts reason. Overall I got exactly what I needed. Rest and relaxation. I would definitely rebook this cottage in the future. I enjoyed this neighborhood and space so much I’m considering relocating. I had an AMAZING experience. I will definitely return.

great location

This location was very convenient for all that we wanted to see and do in Memphis. It was quite roomy. The living room furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied. However, we were most disappointed when we arrived to see a piece of plywood covering a missing pane of glass in the exterior door. Further, there were multiple spots of peeling paint in the bathroom, and the toilet was not properly secured to the floor. While every place has some oops and requires routine maintenance, these shortcomings were more aggravating given that the listing stated recently updated by a contractor.

Great location!

Was a great location on a quiet street, close to everything we wanted to see and do. This is actually a house split into three separate apartments; and people living/staying in other were not very noisy, but when you aren't used to it, it's very noticeable. Still much, much better and cheaper than staying in a hotel. I would stay here if ever in Memphis again.

Clean, Well Stocked, Comfortable Bed

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Green Door. The location was perfect, it's close to Starbucks, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Kroger and the University. Many great restaurants to choose from nearby as well. The garage parking was a plus and something we've never experienced at another VRBO. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items needed to prepare meals including condiments, spices and coffee filters. Large sink, stove, dishwasher and a washer and dryer are also included. The space is very roomy and it was nice to have both a sitting room and dinning table to watch tv and enjoy our breakfast and coffee in the morning. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a Vacation Home. Would defiantly stay here again on any future trips to Memphis. Five Stars all around.

It was just as the pictures showed! Very clean and quiet. It was real close to where I needed to be ever morning. Ben was easy to work with. If I ever need a place to stay again in Memphis, I’ll ask for this place.

Great long weekend in Memphis

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here. The location was central to a lot of things we wanted to either east or towards downtown. The house came with everything we needed, and having the garage to store our car each night was a plus. A nice, laid-back neighborhood. Some of the paint was peeling in the bathroom, but other than that the house and property were great. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town. The Mediterranean deli down the street was very good too. I recommend staying here for the location and price!

Second time staying here

Just as nice as last year. Bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect for where I needed to be. For those that aren’t aware this is an apartment in a house so you will need to keep that in mind if you’re seeking quiet. You can here other people talking, tv, music, etc. I wasn’t there much so it wasn’t too big an issue for me. I look forward to visiting again next year.

Nice comfortable place

The unit is set up for a comfortable visit. It was farther from downtown than I realized, most of our activities were downtown, which was about a $14 Lyft ride each way. Close by there is Starbucks, Beer Garden, and drugstore. So those are easy to walk to.

Comfy and Cozy

My husband and I stayed at the Green Door for 4 nights while I attended a conference. The home was very clean with excellent amenities. The home was located close to restaurants, grocery stores and Starbucks. The neighborhood was quaint and established. I would recommend the green door to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet living space.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay Very nicely appointed apartment, and in a great location. The only thing I did not care for was the fact that we were required to park in the one car garage in the back to be out of the way of permanent tenants in the other parts of the building. That was not very convenient for us and the garage was full of spider webs and spider eggs and very dark inside at night. You were also given the option of parking on the street but we didn't want our car on the street, especially since in has an out of state tag and also wasn't very convenient for loading and unloading.

A great stay in Memphis from an Arizona couple

This was our first visit to Memphis and this place really made our stay enjoyable. The duplex is as described and very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is ideal as it is so close to everything. Getting around Memphis was very easy, but a car is really necessary. There is a designated parking garage that comes with the place. It can be tricky to park in if you have a large car or suv. There is, however ample parking on the street. We did have some minor issues with the bathroom and made Ben aware of them. He said he was in the process of correcting them. There was nothing that detracted from our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway from the tourist areas.
