Restaurants, Strandbars und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt!

Genießen Sie den privaten eingezäunten Hof, der mit einer Steinterrasse, einer Hängematte, einem Wasserbrunnen und Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet ist. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Sitzgelegenheiten am Tisch und an der Bar. Frisch gestrichen, mit neuen Böden in den Wohnbereichen.

Das klassische Folly Beach-Dekor, das die Eigentümer in ihr Zuhause gebracht haben, ist unbestreitbar. Kommen Sie und überzeugen Sie sich selbst! Das hintere Grundstück ist eingezäunt und es gibt viel Platz im begrünten Hof, damit die Kinder (und Hunde) spielen können. Es gibt auch eine schöne Feuerstelle. A slice of heaven in Folly!

This is my second year staying in Folly, which is one of my favorite beaches! 3 blocks from the ocean, and 2 blocks from Berts Mart and Chico Feo, the hippest bar around! Close to everything and a fantastic beach to call home for 2 weeks. The house was perfect! Immaculate, spacious 3 bedroom, with a nice outdoor, fenced in space for the pup. And, I have to say that it was a pleasure dealing with the rental company and owners, who were kind enough to accommodate sudden change in plans due to Hurricane Debby, which unfortunately cut our trip short. But this place is fantastic and I would definitely bring my crew- and fido- again!

Place was great. Location is wonderful. Fenced in back yard gave lots of privacy and room for everyone to just hang out. Place wasn’t perfect but if we all go back we will try to use it again. For the price it was great.

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely love Folly Beach. The cottage was great location, few blocks from the beach, restaurants, bars and cute shops. The outside furniture could use a little TLC but overall the communication was good and we were happy with our stay.

Great For Dogs

This house is in a great location. Far enough from all the activity but close enough to walk to. Perfect for dogs! Having the gated porch to the door made it easy for me to leave my dogs as I was bringing things in before allowing them inside. The backyard is also perfect for dogs. For the most part, the house was very clean but there were some areas that needed extra attention. The furniture is fine, definitely rental property furniture. The mattresses were comfortable. Inventory of the kitchen needs to be done as it is lacking some essentials. I would rent here again if I were to bring my dogs. However, I would probably rent a different house without the dogs.

Blue House was a good time

We had a group of 4 girls (plus a little dog) stay over Memorial Day weekend. This house was perfect for our group, had a bed for everyone and 2 bathrooms. The yard was perfect for the dog to run around and play. It was a short walk to the beach, to the river, and to the main drag of restaurants and shops. Living room was comfy, kitchen was stocked with basics. It was easy to get in and out of the house. Great location!

Very clean, perfectly located well appointed beach house! Fenced in yard was perfect for outdoor socializing and dog play. A short walk to the beach, Bert's Market, and Chico Feo! Perfect beach house

Our family, including elderly father, stayed in this perfectly located beach house. Only a few short blocks to both the beach and shops/restaurants. The house is a great layout, clean and well equipped, and even has a fenced backyard (privacy) to enjoy. Another plus is that golf cart rentals are right around the corner. Perfect beach house

This beach house is perfectly located just a few blocks from the beach and Center Street. Run out of provisions? No problem. Just walk two blocks to Berts. This cute little house was the perfect size for our family get away, complete with fenced in yard with privacy. Those needing assistance to and from the beach and shops can walk just around the corner to rent a golf cart. House is clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again! Wonderful location

Folly Beach is amazing. Will definitely return. The location was great and the cottage was nice. Good location from the beach. It's a few blocks from the beach but they are short blocks. Was not happy with some aspects of the cleanliness of the cottage.

The location was great. The house was not super clean when we arrived. Sand was still all over the floors, trash was still in one of the bathrooms, black stuff was on the couch and bar chairs, there was food and a piece of broken coffee mug in the bottom of the dishwasher. Several of the outlets were upside down and loose, our charges kept falling out. There was no broom or mop and the cookware was old and nasty. I will say that the property manager did bring a broom, mop, and new cookware. They offered to come clean the next day but by that time I had already cleaned. There was so much dog poop in the back yard that my husband had to go out and pick it up just so that our dog could go to the bathroom without us worrying about her or our toddler getting into or stepping in it. Again, the location was great but the the cleaning service did not do a good job.

Great little cottage within walking distance to the beach!

We had a great stay at this little cottage just a couple of blocks from the beach and Bert's market. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were very good. The house needs a few updates here and there but it was all perfect for a long beach weekend. Quite neighborhood, very easy check-in/check-out, not too many house rules. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice beach cottage

The management company was excellent and very responsive The house is very close to town and walking to restaurants, bars and the beach is easy and convenient. The house was clean upon arrival other than the garbage was left in the kitchen. The house is dog friendly and that is a plus. The fenced backyard is great for dogs but should be fixed up so the people can enjoy it too. It is a great spot with alot of potential but it is not kept up and there are no lights and it was not a place to sit at night and I would have loved to use it more. The grill was dirty and is very small so it really wasn't something we could use. The outside walkways and patios could use a good pressure washing. The kitchen is great and we had everything we needed to cook at home. The beds are comfortable. Overall, enjoyed this house and our stay and happy that Ian didn't ruin it! It is a nice beach cottage and we love Folly Beach.
