Dieses schöne Haus befindet sich in Marbella South in Davenport. Das Erdgeschoss dieses Hauses verfügt über ein formelles Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer mit Platz für 6 Personen. Es gibt eine offene Küche, eine Essecke (Platz für 4 Personen), eine Essbar (mit 2 Hockern) und einen Familienraum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit großen und kleinen Geräten sowie Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen und Pfannen. Das Familienzimmer hat einen an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher und eine Terrassentür zur abgeschirmten Pool- und Spa-Veranda. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch eine Kingsize-Schlafzimmersuite mit eigenem Vollbad, begehbarer Dusche und separater Badewanne.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 4 weitere Schlafzimmer und zwei weitere Badezimmer. Zwei der Zimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über Kingsize-Betten, eines über ein Queensize-Bett und eines über zwei Einzelbetten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Flachbildfernseher.
Der Poolbereich ist groß und privat! Der Pool und das Spa können gegen Aufpreis beheizt werden. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Zaun für die Privatsphäre. Die Garage verfügt über ein Spielezimmer mit einem Billardtisch, Airhockey und einem Basketballspiel.

This Villa was in a disgusting state the sheets had cigarette burns the king size bed was being supported with wooden blocks the floors were so filthy you wiped your shoes on the way out the sofas were so filthy and broken you were almost on the floor when you sat down! I wouldn’t be surprised if the quilt covers had a 100 different DNA on them,the interior doors and frames don’t look as if they’ve ever been washed

house was very affordable and nicely appointed. however...the upstairs AC did not work, one of the bed framed was broken and the entire AC system had a lot of mold on the registers and returns.

Relaxing & friendly stay in Marbella

Loved the property. Needs a bit of updating but was more than adequate for our 2 week stay. Myself and my family absolutely loved our time here. More than spacious enough for our family of 6 that stayed. Apart from an insect screen in the pool area which was broken before we arrived, we didn’t have any problems with the property. And the neighbours are so friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice vacation home

If you stay for a while and would normally forward your mail-a post office box must be rented. Would have liked to know before we got there. House has plenty of room so spread out. House could use a little updating but made work well for our needs. Kitchen lacking in some items. Cooking pans, sharp knives. Surprised there was no garbage disposal-just took garbage out more frequently. House nicely decorated. Rug could be replaced. Furniture was a bit low and uncomfortable. Beds comfortable.Questions were answered quickly. Issue with pool heater taken care of. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Easy access to interstate.

Good location, watch the details

Our front door code very rarely worked. We had to use their backup key most of the time. Not that big of a deal. Do not recommend paying extra for a heated jacuzzi. It stays cold until you turn it on and then takes upwards of about an hour and a half to heat. So if you come home from a day in the parks, it’s not an option to relax in the jacuzzi (unless you have 2 hours for it to heat). I was under the impression that paying extra for heat meant it would be available as needed. It was not. You have to turn it on yourself and then wait for it to heat. Owner offered no reimbursement for leaving out this info and even admitted that it has been a problem in the past. We were quoted a certain price for heating the jacuzzi and then were told a higher price at the time payment was due. They did honor what we were originally told though. As far as things provided in the house, make sure to read the details. They provide a single roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and a single roll of paper towels. You need to provide all other necessities. Even coffee filters, a measuring spoon to make coffee, hand towels …the little things you don’t really think about until they are not there. We have stayed in vacation homes plenty and this one definitely lacked basic things that others have provided. Just make sure you read everything well! As for location, it took us about 40+ mins to get to any park, the highway needed is highly traveled and you will hit traffic. Not too bad, definitely doable!

Decent and lots of room

Overall our stay was pretty decent. The house needs some updating for sure. The carpets were filthy even though the cleaners shampooed them right before we got there. They should really be go to a tile or vinyl floor. Small maintenance things like redoing the caulking in the showers, cleaning on top of the fridge (dusty). There was a review from back in September that there was fake nails left beside the upstairs bed (they were still there). There were a couple things that needed to be replaced (hairdryers didn't work, kettle leaked) which I called and they had someone come and replace them right away. Angie from property management was very nice and helpful every time we spoke. All that being said the place was decent for a weeks stay for us, kids enjoyed the pool. If you are someone that is really picky on cleanliness, this place likely isn't for you. I would though encourage anyone who has issue to call Angie right away and she will help out.

Villa holiday home near Disney

We were a party of 4 adults and my eldest daughter read the reviews shortly before we travelled as they are very mixed so this is to help any other bookers with a reasonably balanced review. I wanted at least 3 doubles and that usually involves having to rent a much bigger place with an accompanying price tag. We arrived to find 4 doubles and a twin for what i thought was a reasonable cost for 12 nights. To cover off some of the other reviews, I agree it looks tired (even a simple exterior paint to make it look more welcoming when you first pull up would be an improvement) and the carpets either need a professional clean or replacing altogether. But we didn't go to Davenport, Florida to spend all our time in a villa. It's a base for everything Florida has to offer. Which is exhausting. We did go back a few nights and relax and cook rather than eat theme park tat! To that end, there is a Publix about 1.5 miles away and you don't need to go on the highway to get there and back. And the fish counter was excellent. They came with cooking instructions and the appliances worked perfectly. Unlike a previous Florida rental, the pool balls did not slide onto one cushion! Good fun after food and wine. The pictures of the pool are okay but they don't include the barrier which restricts space a little. Avg journeyvtime to parks was between 45 and 60 mins, roads were crazy busy for early October. Overall, good stay but does need jazzing up and easy to access via agency

Not The Cleanliest

The neighborhood was a very clean, safe place to be. It was nice being away from all the business but close to lots of attractions and not far from the beach. The house itself needs some attention and updating. The floors were not clean as we found fake finger nails and other dirt particles around the bed and in one of the bathrooms. In another bedroom, there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. In the room our daughter stayed in, there was dried vomit on the one wall and the floor was not very clean either. The house was very spacious and accommodated our family of six and my cousins family of three. The couches are very worn and need updated, along with window treatments. The pool was nice and enjoyed by our family. However, the area around the pool could use a power wash to get the mold off and the chair cushions are so molded, we didn't even use them. Not sure we will be back to this specific VRBO, but enjoyed the area.

Improvement needed BADLY

Do not be fooled by the pictures. This house is not in appropriate standards for a long-term rental. The kitchen is missing a number of tools to make it functional for a family. The house was horrible and dirty, the mattresses and furniture are in very poor condition. The carpets were stained and dirty even after having them cleaned but however met their standards as a rental company. The linen was insufficient and in poor condition. The dishwasher, washing and drying machines have surpassed their time. The pool and deck are dirty and there is no pool company hired for maintenance. During our stay the hot tub was not functional for most of the time, and lots of stains in the bottom. A smell from the water treatment plant in the back yard comes and goes but remains very strong for a good period of the day. The management company was good to start but by the middle to end of our stay nothing was being looked after and we were told to talk to the neighbour for any pool issues or cleaning. The Lanai in the backyard is missing a screen, therefore we had to rescue a few birds from the enclosure. We got tape to patch all the screen in order to open some doors and have fresh air in the house. This house needs to be updated and a good cleaning urgently. We have been renting for 5 years in different area and this house was my worst rental with some unnecessary added stress. We should charge them for all the cleaning and fixing we have done. Overall A great stay with exception of cleanliness

We stayed here so we could go to Legoland. While the house could have been cleaner, our overall stay was great. Very Spacious and comfortable with 12 of us.

Needs a lot done before I would recommend anyone renting this property!

The house needs a complete deep cleaning and painting. The floors and cupboards were dirty when we arrived. All Carpets need replacing. Tack stripping in the tradition areas was exposed. Dryer took forever to dry. Outer dryer vents needs cleaning, if not there could be a fire. Paint chipping, needs repairing. Pool person came every Tuesday while we were there. Never vacuumed the pool once, we had to tell him it needed scrubbing, the last three weeks he never cleaned the filter. Just dumped a container of bleach in one end of the pool before he left. This being a 5 bedroom home, there wasn’t enough seating on the lanai by the pool for more than 5 to sit. If housing 10 where do the others sit or lounge. Light fixtures were full of bugs and we had to call to have them cleaned. The persons that came in while we were there to address some of our concerns never introduced themselves and seemed put out with the fact they need to be there. The property manager was called on several occasions regarding the issues we had concerns about. Some of which we should never have had to call about if she was doing her job. She promised the front and back of the house would be power washed as they had visible mold on them, was to be done while we’re were there. Never happened. Furniture was nasty in the Main TV room. Very uncomfortable and needed replacing, as did the pillows needed replacing as well. . Furniture wasn’t vacuumed as we found a piece of jeweler and a dirty T-shirt wedged in them. The sheets on 5 of the beds looked as though they had been slept in when we arrived. Vacuum cleaner had a zip tie on the portion where the bag was and when opened the dirt was backed up into the hose so wasn’t picking up. No extra bags were available. Need a new vacuum. The owners need to get a new management company and new pool person. Three of us that stayed there were retired property managers.
