Christmas Getaway
The property was great! Vanessa is a wonderful host and made sure we had a great Christmas vacation. The location was perfect for us and the guest suite was spacious. Dolphins in the canal one morning was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet relaxing getaway.

Perfect place!
Vanessa was great, so easy going, helpful and responsive. She and her husband did a great job decorating the place. Everything smelled good, newly renovated, the bathroom and the kitchen had all the basic essentials. The street is quiet but close to Publix and the beach/restaurants. The furniture is all very comfortable!!

Bonita Springs Gem!
Perfect base for the last days of our vacation! We would absolutely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone. It was an exceptionally clean, large space with everything we needed and more in a quiet neighborhood that is close to numerous restaurants, grocery store and several beaches! With 3 bedrooms, it's great for a family or couples traveling together. We also enjoyed the pool and watching the fish in the canal. Host communicated well and was very attentive to make sure we had a great stay.

Affordable and convenient
We enjoyed our stay, check in and our were very convenient. The home had everything we needed and was clean. Comfortable beds. It would be nice to have a full size refrigerator. Overall we were pleased with the price/location/amenities.

Great set-up for families.
We really enjoyed our stay, as this location was ideal. It was a great set-up for our family of 5 (kids ages 16,13 & 8). We recommend taking the paddle boat out to explore the Impreial River to look at houses and nature. The kids had fun swimming in the pool. It’s peaceful to sit out on the patio in the evenings (we think we heard a manatee swim through the channel). We would stay here again.

Relaxing stay at Great Location
This property delivers on everything advertised. I travelled to Bonita Springs forContinuing Education conference. My husband either stayed at property or explored the sights while I was out. We made ourselves right at home at this property. I enjoyed catching a few rays in a beach chair and if we had more time, we would have used the paddle boat. The Kuerig and microwave got plenty of use, as did their big screen tv! Vanessa made sure we knew that she was available for anything we might need....took her up on it to get the cable and tv synced! This property is large enough for a large family and is very spacious. I would recommend this property and may return in the future.

Spacious, clean rental
We stayed for one night at this home and it suited our family well. The rental is clean and spacious. We appreciated the warmth of the owner greeting us upon arrival and checking in when we were running later than expected. We had difficulty finding extra blankets and the night got a bit cold when we were there. The rental is a lower unit of a home and the owner is upstairs. The French doors entering the rental do not completely lock, which was a little uncomfortable with small children. The owner provided an additional lock however it only locked one door rendering it useless. An easy fix and I'd recommend this property.

AMAZING RETREAT
Where do we begin? This was by far the best vacation we have had! Vanessa's place is just perfect for a get away from our cold winters in New England. Right from the start, we felt very comfortable communicating with Vanessa through VRBO. She answered all of our crazy questions, very promptly, as this was the first time we had rented from an online site. Her place is just the most perfect little "oasis" with a beautiful private pool, overlooking a canal. As renters, she gives you complete private use of her pool, boat, small beach area, among a wonderful patio area. We spent most of our days, and dinners outside in the patio area, and felt like we were home. Tenants rent the ground floor of her house, which sleeps 6. The rental was clean, cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. Vanessa and her family occupy the second and third floors of the house, but honestly, you don't know they are there. We had family come down and everyone had a wonderful time. We brought our 4 lb. Maltese with us and Vanessa made sure he felt comfortable too. Vanessa let us know right away what her family's schedule was ( with her dogs ) and she accommodated everyone. She is just a very thoughtful landlord and was very attentive to anything we needed. We are all returning next year to her amazing rental. I would highly recommend her place for a quiet, peaceful get away!
