Kochnische und Bad, Gaskamin, Flachbildfernseher, Internet, Sitzgelegenheit im Freien mit Kamin. Doppelbett im Wohnbereich und Doppelbett im Schlafboden. Holzböden und Granit.

Tisch und Stühle, Mikrowelle, Minikühlschrank, Herd und Backofen, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr sowie Kaffeekanne, Toaster, Küchenutensilien und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Im Schrank über der Kaffeekanne finden Sie auch eine schöne Auswahl an Gourmet-Kaffee und -Tees sowie Milchkännchen. Mehl, Maismehl und Gewürze werden für Ihre Kochbedürfnisse bereitgestellt.

Im Schrank hängen zwei Plüschkittel für Sie.

Glasschiebetüren führen zum Fluss, kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und Rasenfläche. Gasgrill zum Kochen im Freien. Es gibt auch eine Fischreinigungsstation und eine Außendusche.

Beautiful Location and terrific hosts

The cottage is very clean, comfortable. It sits right next to the river with a beautiful patio and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sun or shade! Had a great time!

Perfect Getaway

This is truly a 5 star property. It is such a cute and cozy little spot, and being right on the river is so spectacular. We stayed with our family (with young kids), but would recommend this more for a romantic getaway. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful place

Lovely cabin in a great location. Fully stocked with all the essentials made for a great and easy overnight stay. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the river and outdoor areas would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay on the river

The cottage itself is cozy and welcoming with a nice little view of the river. Wildlife in the area including turkeys and deer can be seen frequently enjoying the property. Our time was short but the welcoming people of shady cove made it feel like home. The property owners themselves are happy and greeted us with a cheerful smile. We recommend any and all to stay.

Gorgeous riverside setting

We thoroughly enjoyed the adorable cottage and chairs to relax alongside the river. Lana and Lani were wonderful hosts and chatted with my son extensively to help him set up for a day of fishing. The cottage kitchen is well stocked and the location is convenient for exploring the Upper Rogue.

Lovely Little Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and tidy cottage. The grounds are well maintained. The river is steps from the cottage. Another plus: Crater Lake is close by too!

Total relaxation

Of all the VRBOs we’ve stayed in this has to be one of our favorite. It’s perfect for a couple wanting to unwind. The sound of the river rushing by and all of the attention to detail makes this a perfect place. The hosts are the nicest people you could ever meet. You want peaceful? This is your place!

Amazing hosts

I had the most incredible stay at Lonny and Lana's home! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location right on the river. The house was not only beautiful but also equipped with all the amenities I could have asked for. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor shower - it was truly amazing! Lonny and Lana were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend staying at their place and soaking in the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. Thank you, Lonny and Lana, for providing such a fantasticxperience. Our time spent here was perfect. The idyllic setting was amazing on our Iregon road trip.

Everything about this cottage lived up to our expectations. We could not have asked for friendlier and more welcoming host. We selected the location based on proximity to Crater Lake. The area around Shady Cove had its own places to explore as well. Starting the day with coffee and ending it with a glass of wine while sitting by the river was a treat. The outdoor shower was fabulous and we are hoping to duplicate it at our lake house in North Carolina.

Perfect river cabin

We had 4 total, 2 teenage boys (19 and 16), they had no problem sleeping in the loft bed, actually enjoyed it. Thise was a great location to visit Crater Lake NP. The Rogue River right outside the door made for perfect evening and morning meals. We ordered take out and ate out on the patio with the river running by in the background, perfect natures TV. The hosts were great and let us use some fishing gear, very helpful and wonderful generous with their time and things to do! Thank you!

Great place with the best hosts!

We and our kids (8 and 10) stayed for 3 nights while checking out Crater Lake and the area. The cottage is great, it was awesome to spend time right on the river. Our girls loved the novelty of sleeping up in the loft. It is perfect for a couple and a works for a small family, but it felt plenty big because we spent the time that we were there outside. Our kids could mess around on the edge of the river while we lounged around. You MUST try the outdoor shower, we all want to build one at our house that is just like the cottage! Lana and Lonny are the nicest hosts, they were great to chat with. Their house is right next door but the cottage feels plenty private with the bushes and landscaping between them. Our daughter forgot a souvenir at the cottage and we texted Lana and she found it and mailed it to us, she is so nice!

Stop looking and book now!! I guarantee you won’t find anything like this wonderful gem. This amazing cottage sits directly on the river. The hosts are extremely gracious & kind. Lonnie went over and beyond helping my husband with fishing tips & tricks. Lana pays attention to every detail. The cottage is extremely clean, inviting, comfortable and built with love. Hands-down one of my favorite properties & hosts. I can not wait to go back.

My 82 yr old mother and I had a lovely visit! The weather held out and we visited the Natural Bridge, Rogue Gorge and Crater Lake. I hope to come back and bring my family of 4 and go fishing!!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Great Space

We were greeted by our hosts on arrival. They showed us around the property and made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Lana and Lonny and would love to meet them again some day. The cottage was immaculate, clean and well equipped. The bed was cozy and we had everything we needed. The AC unit provided the coolness to get a good nights sleep and the breeze from the shady garden was wonderful. We visited in August, the weather was hot and the smoke from the summer fires was thick. Even with the heat and smoke, we sat on the river bank in the comfortable chairs and fell asleep twice. The location is close to the small town of Shady Cove where rafting and fishing are popular attractions. Some local delis offered picnic lunches to take along on your days adventure. This is a perfect location for visiting Crater Lake National Park. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Perfect cottage on the river

It was like our own little upscale hotel suite on the river! Perfect location to Crater Lake, Rogue Valley wineries, Diamond Lake (we did the bike loop!), waterfalls, fishing and hikes. Each night we BBQ'd and enjoyed dinner at sunset on the deck listening to the sounds of the river. I enjoyed my morning coffee peacefully sitting out there too. The outdoor sitting areas really made this a fantastic place for our Southern Oregon vacation. But inside is gorgeous, pristine and Lana has tended to every detail. Very clean, good use of space. Hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan. We were there in the summer, and didn't need to use the A/C unit. Left the sliding door open overnight once, and actually I don't think we ever locked the door! We felt very safe and taken care of. Kitchen is fully stocked with basics and Lana even left us a fruit basket which we enjoyed during our hikes. We stayed here with our sons who are 16 and 20. It was sufficient for us because of the outdoor spaces. Highly recommend. If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Escape
