About this space
This beautiful beach house is situated only a short walk to Currimundi lake and beach, where you can enjoy lake or beach activities and grab a coffee or a meal at one of the local cafe’s . The beach access at the end of the street is a dog beach for your fury family to enjoy a run and swim off leash . With the coastal and lake walks and abundant nature , friendly locals, it’s great base for families or groups of friends to enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday and enjoy all the area offers.
The space
House has a fully fenced small yard, so you will be assured of your privacy in this peaceful abode.
Our Upstairs Living space has 2 sofas, wall-mounted TV with Netflix, and a variety of board games for evening entertainment.
The downstairs living space has 2 sofas, another wall-mounted TV with Netflix, and a variety of board games also..
Our Main upstairs kitchen is stocked with all the basic appliances & cookware and there's a dining table to enjoy meals in the dining area
Our lower level kitchenette is also fully stocked with most of the things you will need to create culinary delights.
The treed outdoor deck is a beautiful place to start your day with a delicious breakfast or cup of coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of the crashing waves, and the bird life.

In summary, the following rules apply during your stay:
1. Please treat the house as if it were your home.
2. Guests should adhere to the arrival and departure times as closely as possible to accommodate other guests, unless approved prior to arrival.
3. Only the number of guests approved and paid are allowed to stay overnight.
4. Dogs are only allowed on the premises with prior approval and if approved, under the following conditions:
-They are trained and not allowed on soft furnishings
- Aren't likely to chew furnishings or scratch floors.
- Must be cleaned up after
- No incessant barking is allowed (out of respect for neighbours)
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
We also ask $40 extra cleaning fee when pets are involved in the stay due to smells, hair and extra cleaning of mats/rugs, etc
5. The property must be left clean and tidy; rubbish removed and placed in the bins provided outside; dishes and pots clean and returned to their proper storage location; fridge cleaned (ensure fridge and freezer doors are closed as it results in unnecessary repairs) and stove must be clean, without burnt on food left on surface or in oven; and all food brought in removed; laundry should be left in bathrooms/bedrooms where they were found or in the laundry basket.
6. All doors and windows must be locked prior to departure.
7. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED! Keep noise to a reasonable level and avoid loud music that will annoy the neighbours.
8. NO SMOKING PLEASE!!

Q: Can I check in early?
A: Check In is between 4pm to 8pm. Early check in is not possible since we have the same guest check-in on the same day booking. And we need to give our cleaning staff ample time to clean the unit to prepare for the next guest.
Q: Can you allow late check out:
A: Please be reminded our check out time is 10am. Late check out is not possible because cleaning staff need ample time to prepare for the next guest.
Q: Where is the property? How do I get there?
A: The property address will be disclosed to you upon booking but there is a map within the listing to show you the general area where the property is located. Full directions are provided after you confirm your reservation.
Q: How many people can I bring/sleep at the property?
A: Based on your guest list we can gauge if the property will be able to accommodate the sleeping arrangement.
Q: How does the security deposit work?
A: The sum of the security deposit is held from your credit card by Airbnb. Damages, stains, abnormal wear & tear and or if you leave the space in an abnormally dirty state, this will result in some or all of your security deposit being deducted. If nothing is out of the ordinary then the security deposit is returned to you.
Q: Can I have a reduction in price or discount?
A: For stays of one week or more a discount is automatically applied to your booking. An even greater discount is applied for bookings 28 days or more:).

A: After confirming your booking or prior to checkout you will receive instructions about garbage. We also ask Guests to put their garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins.
