Diese perfekt gelegen Stadthaus befindet sich in Louisville Premier historischen Viertel The Cherokee Triangle. Es liegt direkt neben anderen, identisch Stadthaus und ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu guten Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäften und Clubs.

Gemütliche Gas-Kamin, voll ausgestattete Küche und sehr High-End-Bettwäsche für einen besser als zu Hause erleben.

Das Stadthaus ist 1550 Quadratfuß. Auf der ersten Etage ist das Wohnzimmer, Essecke, komplett ausgestattete Küche und WC. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei Stearns & Foster Schlafsofas, einen großen Glastisch mit Platz für bis zu acht Personen und einen Gaskamin. Auf der zweiten Etage ist ein großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer mit WC und eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche Obwohl absolute Privatsphäre ist, hat in der zweiten Etage Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein halfwall, der ein Ende der ersten Etage Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf. Der dritte Stock hat große König Schlafzimmer mit Sitzbereich und ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Der Sitzbereich ist mit einem Doppel Size-Schlafsofa. Die dritte Etage Bad verfügt über eine übergroße Dusche mit Duschköpfen an jedem Ende.

Jedes Zimmer hat einen 32 'Flachbildfernseher, das Wohnzimmer hat einen größeren Flachbildfernseher über dem Kamin. Natürlich gibt es Kabel-und WLAN im gesamten Gebäude.

Top Qualität Betten und 400 Fadenzahl Bettwäsche sorgen für äußerst komfortable Schlaf!

Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, großem Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeebohnenmühle, Mixer, Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck für acht Personen ausgestattet.

Condo was great with noisy area.

The condo was nice and clean. Easy to check in and out. It was close to downtown and airport. It was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We were glad we didn’t drive our bigger pick up trucks for the trip as parking is tight. One of the parking spaces is in a covered area where when we finally maneuvered into the spot you couldn’t get out of the car. Ended up parking in front of the door which was also tight since all the bigger vehicles parked there. Also noticed many people parked there without parking passes so you might not get a parking space. On a negative note had one of our neighbors catch someone trying to break into their vehicle during the day. So lock your cars and don’t leave anything in them. The street noise is very loud. The bar right across the street had motorcycles out revving their bikes until after 2am and bikes race up and down the street.Friday and Saturday night were both terrible. There is also a fire station close by and you will hear those sirens too. It isn’t quiet. I would recommend the condo since it was clean and convenient. However, I won’t stay again because of parking and noise.

Prime Location and beautiful townhouse

We arrived on Christmas eve the owners were the most amazing people and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The townhouse its self is beautiful and so cozy. The kitchen is stocked perfectly and the location is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this property! We have stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far one of the best. Many restaurants near by, a few bars, the most amazing coffee shop on the corner and a courtyard out front. I could go on and on. We hope to come back one day. Thanks again for everything we had the best time.

Bourbon/Food Getaway

We have a wonderful time with plenty of extra space. We enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants. Great location. Thankful for the white noise machines provided. They blocked out all the traffic.

Great experience!

The neighborhood is really cool. Lots to do within walking distance and centrally located to both downtown and Churchill Downs. We really appreciated the more hotel-like experience (I.e., not being asked to scrub toilets and the 11 am checkout). The only thing I would say is worth a note is that the stairs are pretty steep. If you had a new walker or someone with mobility challenges, it would be difficult.

Conveniently Located to all the Fun

My husband and I stayed with another couple for 4 nights. The townhouse is so close to Bourbon and Beyond, Churchill Downs and MarketPlace. We ate at several different eateries or stopped by for a drink within walking distance. Very convenient with an urban upbeat atmosphere. Also felt very safe the whole time. The owners are awesome to communicate with and they even gave us tips on where to go. I would recommend this town house for two couples!

Great Stay In the Highlands

We came to Louisville with our adult son for a few days. The listing was exactly as described, great comminication with the owners. Very easy check in. The rental was very clean, comfortable and walking distance to many resturants, bars and shops. The amenities were perfect, plenty of towels, kitchen stocked if you wanted to cook a meal. Easy parking also. Thanks for a great stay!

Ideal stay on all levels!

The townhome was perfect for our stay! My husband and I came with our two boys (6 and 9) visiting from Michigan for a USTA (trampoline and tumbling) National Competition. It was 20 min from the competition site and super convenient if we wanted to head back and rest in between activities. TONS of restaurant options and lots of unique stores within walking distance. Truly ideal for our stay. The townhome was beautiful! Perfectly clean, nicely furnished and the bathroom with two shower heads - SO COOL! King beds were comfy cozy and lots of options to watch television and chill in a bedroom or main living area! Cannot say enough good about this place. Communication with property manager was super easy and they were very responsive. Great all around!!!

Nicely done property right in the center of all the fun of Baxter/Bardstown Rd. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. You could stay here and never use your car. All amenities provided and well-maintained.

Couples getaway

The property was incredibly clean. The beds were comfy and the showers had good pressure. The location is within a great mix of restaurants and bars. Be prepared for a lot of nighttime street noise, but the owners have prepared by offering sound machines in each room. Would definitely stay again.

PGA Championship

Stayed while in town to attend PGA Championship at Valhalla. The place was great for our group - everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. Three neighborhood was great with multiple pubs within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Deidre was the perfect host! The place was spotless and perfect for 2 couples. Two master bedrooms, one on each level. And each with its own full bathroom. Great amenities. Perfect location to walk to for quick bites to eat. Some city noise on Saturday night, but we were so exhausted from the bourbon trail that it really didn't bother us. Thanks for everything! We would book again!

Gateway to the Bourbon Trail

The last couple of years I've wanted to take a trip to visit some distilleries on the bourbon trail. I booked our tour through Bourbon Excursions which checked all of the boxes but needed to find a place to stay. Once I decided to pull the trigger I needed to find a place that would accommodate all of us. I searched many listings and zeroed in on this place. It had everything I wanted and what I didn't realize was that it was conveniently located to restaurants and bars. The host was great and took care of us providing coffee and other amenities to help shake off the morning cobwebs. If you're looking for your bourbon adventure or just want to take in more of what Louisville has to offer, this is a great place to book for your stay.

Fantastic location!!

The location of this townhouse was amazing! You are literally 100 steps from the bars and restaurants. The floor plan with each bedroom having a King bed and private bathroom was nice. Super bonus: The gated covered parking!! Will definitely be staying here again. If you are there for the Bourbon Trail, check out Bourbon Excursions. They were professional, informative and so MUCH FUN!!
