Tolles Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht und Sonnenuntergänge. Zehn Jahre junges Haus mit 1800 Quadratmetern direkt am Crescent Lake mit über 100 Meter See-Front und 20 Minuten vom Berg entfernt. Sunapee. Weniger als 50 Meter direkt an Ihrem eigenen Dock und am Wasser zum Schwimmen, Bootfahren, Angeln oder Wasserski. Oder lehnen Sie sich einfach zurück, entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Landschaft bei einem Glas Wein oder einem Cocktail, während Sie auf dem Dock oder einem der beiden Decks sitzen! Die Miete ist mit 6 Kajaks und 1 Kanu ausgestattet. Das Dock wird bis zu einem 21-Fuß-Boot halten. Das Dock hat Zugang zum Kiesstrand, ideal für kleine Kinder und ältere Erwachsene und das Ende des Docks ist 15 Fuß tief mit einer Leiter. Serene Ansichten und außergewöhnlich sauberer, warmer See. Crescent Lake liegt in Acworth, NH, mitten in malerischen Städten wie Acworth, Sunapee und Newport. Große Geschäfte, Antiquitäten und mehr.

Dieses wunderschöne Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (1 Queen und 1 Doppelbett) und ein Schlafraum für die Kinder (4+ Einzelbetten) alle im Obergeschoss, mit Vollbad (Dusche). Im Erdgeschoss ist ein offenes Konzept mit 2 Sofas, Stühlen, viel Platz zum Essen und voll ausgestattete Küche und ½ Bad. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Wasser ist wunderbar zum Entspannen, Essen usw. Das Oberdeck ist ideal für Morgenkaffee oder schlafen unter den Sternen.
Winteraktivitäten umfassen Mt. Sunapee nur eine kurze 20-minütige Fahrt für tolle Abfahrtslauf. Andere Aktivitäten im Winter gehören Eisfischen, Schneemobil auf den lokalen Wanderwegen (bringen Sie Ihren Schlitten und sicher sein, in NH zu registrieren), Schneeschuhwandern oder Langlaufen auf dem See.

Perfect lakeside vacation with our family

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this house. We brought our two dogs along as well. The house had everything we needed, and could accommodate at least 8 people. We loved the dock area and spent lots of time fishing and swimming. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly responded if we needed something. We would definitely go back next summer!

Just Perfect

Second visit to Crescent Lake a few years ago we stayed at next door neighbor so we went to rebook he said he doesn’t rent out much any more but his neighbor does. This place is fantastic. 8 beds and a futon in four rooms upstairs and big open living space downstairs. Nice heard leading to private dock is again, just perfect. We love the lake, the fishing is exceptional and everyone on the lake is friendly. Tons of amenities, Beth is very generous with everything though we already had just about all we needed. I can’t say enough about the place, five of five stars across the board!

Lake House

This property was perfect for the 6 of us. Beautiful setting on the lake, close to family we were in town to visit, out of town feel but less than 20 minutes from a grocery store. Kayaks were fun to take out on the lake!

Great location for family vacation

Was a Christmas gift to our son, daughter in law and granddaughters from us. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a great week on the lake! We had one stormy day but there were plenty of games for the kids to play inside, they hardly noticed the rain! We swam and kayaked, made so many great memories. Hoping this will become a tradition. Absolutely beautiful home with such a great location. Enjoyed coffee on the dock at dawn, and watched the sun set at night so very peaceful. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a getaway.

Skiing at Mt Sunapee

This cottage was so cute - great location right on the lake! My family and I went for a late spring ski getaway at Mt Sunapee (only about 30 minutes away!). A family of 7 and my dog were all very comfortable here and had a great time!

Family Summer Vacation

We have stayed at several vacation rentals through out the years this rental was the BEST by far. The cleanliness of the cottage, the proximity to the water and the fire pit that we enjoyed every night also the kayaks supplied by the owners made out week perfect. The lake is small and very user friendly, which we really enjoyed. We plan on returning next year. Thank you to the Carter/Page family for sharing their little piece of heaven!!!

Wonderful Lakeside Retreat

We spent a week at this wonderful lake side property. The cabin is beautiful and sleeps 8 comfortably. There is plenty of space and the cabin was clean and comfortable. The lake is perfect for swimming right off the dock. We spent the week swimming, kayaking and fishing. We never left the property. Beth (home owner) was responsive and helpful the few times we contacted her. We would love to go back and spend another week here!

Fun winter getaway at the lake

We enjoyed our time relaxing in the house. Very beautiful location on the lake, it was perfect for ice fishing and hiking on the ice. The house was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. We provided the owner with feedback on improvements around cleaning and a leaking shower but these were not show stoppers. If you rent in the winter you will need to have a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle, it’s a steep snow covered approach onto the point where the house is located. We look forward to renting again.

Wonderful lakeside experience!

Perfect lake house for my family of five. Just steps away to a private dock, kayaks for everyone, beautiful fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs looking out toward the lake, yard games, and more. We had one minor issue with the property, which the friendly and responsive owners rectified immediately. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed, lakeside experience.

Great views of Cresent lake!

Peaceful, relaxing, full of all amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, and there were plenty of floaties to use in the lake. Property was very clean, and felt comfortable for us. Cresent lake can very quiet, but sometimes also busy with many boats speeding by in the afternoon. Would definitely consider staying again!

Quiet and peaceful getaway

My Dad and I very much enjoyed our time at the lake home. Well equipped with more than everything you would need. We loved eating on the outside deck and enjoying the lake views. Kayaking was very nice as the lake is fairly peaceful and easy to paddle. Crescent Lake is a hidden gem!

Lovely spot on Lake Crescent!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Carter/Page house. The house was a great getaway for our small family get-together. We loved the open layout, the porch and dock with all of the boats, hammock, lawn games and fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was neat and tidy and clean. Our only feedback is that the mattresses were missing some mattress covers and the two railings to the house need some securing for anyone who relies on railings to get up and down stairs! Thank you so much and we hope to be back again next year!

One of the BEST rentals I have every booked

This place was truly great! Beth was such a good host, extremely reliable and responsive. Also very gracious!! Firewood is there for you, tons of bedding, and so many kayaks. The place is right on a gorgeous lake. Slightly smaller lake but so peaceful. The neighbors were lovely as well. I would love to keep this place my little secret, but the hosts were so great that I would recommend this place to everyone! I already have family friends looking into renting for the fall. We will likely be making our stay here an annual tradition. Thank you Beth for such a lovely stay!!
