Kommen Sie und übernachten Sie in dieser großen Villa mit einem Schlafzimmer im 143 Island Club. Es ist auf der ersten Etage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Lagune in der Reihe von Ein-Zimmer-Einheiten am nächsten zum Meer entfernt. Wir sind auf der Strandseite der Lagune. Es ist auch eine kurze Entfernung zu den drei terrassierten Pools. Diese Villa ist ideal für Singles, Paare und kleine Familien.

Wir haben gerade eine brandneue Küche mit neuen Schränken, Arbeitsplatten, Beleuchtung und Edelstahlherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Frontloader-Waschmaschine und -Trockner installiert. Wir hatten auch neue Jalousien installiert. Die Villa verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und Love-Sitz. Die Villa hat anderthalb Bäder. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch für sechs Personen. Die überdachte Terrasse blickt auf die Lagune mit einem beleuchteten Brunnen. Es gibt einen Lagerraum vor der Villa für Ihre Strandartikel.

Der Island Club ist ein Resort am Meer mit einer großen Terrasse über den Dünen mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt einen Picknick-Pavillon, einen Spielbereich im Freien, Grillplätze und einen Spielplatz. Der nächstgelegene Grill ist weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Island Club verfügt über einen neu renovierten Poolbereich mit einem großen saisonal beheizten Pool, einem Kinderbecken, einem Sonnenbankregal und einem Whirlpool. Es gibt eine öffentliche Toilette am Pool. Es gibt neun Tennisplätze (einschließlich sieben Sandplätze) mit Blick auf eine wunderschöne Lagune mit kostenlosem Tennis nach Reservierung. Es gibt einen vollen Basketballplatz und einen Kraftraum. Das 23 Hektar große Island Club-Gelände ist wunderschön angelegt.

Die Villa wird professionell mit einer hauseigenen Hausverwaltung verwaltet. Sie holen Ihre Schlüssel im Rotunda Building im Resort ab. Pleasant surprise!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and fresh. The property is within a lovely resort that had many places for enjoyment. A short walk to the beach was perfect for our needs this time of year. Hope to return next year to this lovely retreat from winter in Ohio. If I had a negative it would be that cupboards were very high. Step stool would be helpful to get to middle and upper shelves as well as to use the dryer. I’m just too short

We loved our stay!

We had a great stay in this unit! The property owners were very responsive to any questions that I had. The electronic key code entry was a HUGE bonus, not having to worry about carrying around an actual key. Also loved the black out curtains in the bedroom, which kept the room dark from the outdoor lights and helped keep the bedroom cool! We had a wonderful stay in this unit!

The condo had all the amenities that you would need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Really enjoyed that you could play Pickleball on one of many courts. It was also very convenient that you could rent bicycles at the resort without having to use an outside source. Would come back again in the future. 💙

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was perfect for us in every way, and we hope to stay again in the future. The back porch is very inviting at all times of the day because it is shaded by a very large tree. The beach is truly just a short walk across the parking lot. Also, this condo is located in the less busy part of the island making biking a pleasure.

Very responsive owners

On our arrival we found that the unit had not been cleaned. We contacted the owners who apologized and immediately sent the cleaning crew to make it right. The crew did an excellent job and the rest of the week was great. The unit is well maintained and attractively decorated. The king bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic time at this property. Our kids/grandkids were in another condo in the development. The proximity to pool and beach was FANTASTIC! Also relatively close to numerous restaurants and grocery store. Owner was very responsive. Kitchen updated and nice. Rest of unit could use a little updating, nothing terrible, just dated, especially all carpeting should be replaced with flooring. Really clean.

Great stay!

We’ve come to Hilton Head every year since 2014. This is our second year in a row staying in this particular room. It was very clean and we only had one issue in which I had to message the property owner. They responded extremely fast! This room has all the utensils, pots and pans you need for cooking. The only thing missing (or maybe we overlooked it) was pot holders. We highly recommend this room for your stay!

Convenient to all we wanted to do

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Island Club is a beachfront resort. This condo is not beachfront but it was very easy to get to the beach. We hit the beach every evening and took a beach cart with us to haul our stuff. There was an easy path all the way to the beach. The condo itself was nice. It has all we needed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch each morning. We look forward to a return visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. Wasn’t a far walk to the beach or pool. A map with where things are in the complex would have been nice but we did figure out. Everything in the condo was very nice. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Very clean. I’m sensitive to smells and didn’t care for the smell when we got there (I’m assuming from the cleaning products) but we bought an air freshener and that helped a lot. Great communication with the owners also when I had questions. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Fall Getaway

My wife and I have been coming to The Island Club for 30 years. I suppose you could say we love the property and what it provides for us. We have stayed at many different condos in The Island Club during that time depending on the number of people in our party. When we had family with we needed larger condos to accommodate all of us but now it is usually just my wife and me. For the two of us this unit was perfect. It was clean, everything in the condo worked as it should and the owners were promptly responsive to our questions. For two people this unit is a 10 out of 10.

We are from Tallmadge, Ohio. We have been married for 30 years and have three adult children. We chose Hilton Head Island because we love its many outdoor activities. Some of our favorite activities besides hanging out at the beach are biking and running the beach and the trails. We have been to Hilton Head many times and have never run out of fun things to do and interesting places to explore on the island and in the surrounding areas. We love the fact that when not at the beach you can enjoy great shopping and restaurants, the next day you can visit historic sites, the next day you can be on nature trails. There is always something fun to do!

We chose to purchase a condo at the Island Club because when vacationing here with our family we were very impressed with the beautiful well-kept grounds, family-friendly atmosphere, its beachfront location and how economical the stay was. It's easy to feel at home in such a pretty environment.

One of the main reasons we chose this particular villa was its close proximity to the beach. With the condo being in the closest row of one-bedroom villas to the beach, it is a short and pleasant walk out to our beautiful expansive beach and to all of the amenities in the resort.
Inside our condo we have put a lot of effort into creating an atmosphere that is inviting and relaxing. We are continuously making small and large updates to the villa so that our guests have a comfortable, carefree base from which to vacation as they choose. For guests wanting to stay in and cook a meal, we try to be sure the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a gas grill less than a minute's walk from the condo for guests to use.
There are two televisions in the condo and ample hard and paperback books for guests' use. There is a gated outdoor storage area for bikes and sandy beach supplies right outside the unit that our guests can provide their own lock on. The patio is a very relaxing spot for breakfast or just chilling and reading.
