Dies ist ein Juwel eines Hauses, das wunderschön mit Deckenventilatoren dekoriert ist. Korbsessel im überdachten Eingangsbereich mit Blick auf die üppige Vegetation über den See und die Tennisplätze auf der anderen Straßenseite. Neben den Tennisplätzen befinden sich das hübsche Clubhaus, ein großer Salzwasserpool und ein Wanderweg rund um den See. Ein perfekter Ort für eine Tasse Kaffee am Morgen.

Ungewöhnlich gestaltete große Veranda. Palmen, ein großes beheiztes Spa, gepolsterte Sitzgelegenheiten, ein Tisch und sechs Stühle für Mahlzeiten im Freien, ein Springbrunnen und die Privatsphäre der üppigen Vegetation machen diesen Ort zu einem einzigartigen und erholsamen Ort. Komplette und aktualisierte Küche mit Granitoberflächen und allen Geräten, voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Bettwäsche, Töpfen und Pfannen, Speisekammer, alles was Sie brauchen. Drei Lederhocker an der Frühstücksbar.

Der geflieste Wohnbereich ist wunderbar einladend mit einem Essbereich aus Bambus und Glas, einer bequemen Schlafcouch und einem Deckenventilator aus Palmen. Ein Kingsize- und ein Queensize-Bett in den Schlafzimmern. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Vollbad und ist durch den Wohnraum vom anderen Schlafzimmer getrennt. Die Master Suite verfügt über Holzboden mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, großer Glasdusche, Whirlpool und Terrassentüren zur Veranda. Beide Bäder wurden kürzlich mit Travertinmarmor renoviert.

Den verfügt über einen Schreibtisch und einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-TV mit Internetanschluss.

Die schöne öffentliche Bibliothek sowie das Lebensmittelgeschäft von Publix, Walgreen's, C. V.S.und mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Viele weiche Handtücher, Strandtücher, Liegestühle und zwei Sonnenschirme und zwei Fahrräder sowie Schlösser und Helme. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Garage. Die Garage bietet Platz für ein Auto. Zusätzliche Parkplätze stehen in der Einfahrt zur Verfügung.

Diese ruhige Gegend ist ideal für Erwachsene. Abende im großzügigen Spa mit künstlerischer Sonnenbeleuchtung, die die Palmen und die Vegetation mit einem kühlen Getränk in der Hand beleuchtet, lassen einen anstrengenden Tag auf dem Golfplatz, beim Einkaufen oder am Strand ausklingen.

magnifique séjour!

Très belle maison,très propre, décor chaleureux,et nous avons profiter du jardin luxuriant et y avons pris tous nos repas.Quartier calme et sécuritaire,la piscine communautaire est a quelques pas de l'autre coté de la rue.Très bien située , les plages sont a courte distance en voiture.Merci a nos hôtes de nous avoir permis de vivre un mois mémorable dans leur magnifique maison.Au plaisir d'y retourner un jour !

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in Nord Naples

Schönes im amerikanischen Stil eingerichtestes Feriendomizil.Super gestalteter Garten im tropischen Stil.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Nachteilig wäre zu bemerken das man auf der Terasse durch den mit dichten Bäumen bewachsenen Garten kaum Sonne hat.Nicht so vorteilhaft in den Wintermonaten aber umsobesser im Sommer.Es ist kein Swimmingpool vorhanden.

Best rental ever!

We had a most enjoyable stay in the Slagle's beautiful home in Emerald Lakes. We lived in Naples for many, many years and it was important for us to rent near our friends in the Park Shore area, close to the beach and convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer. The home was lushly landscaped, comfortably furnished and everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay was provided. Some of our most memorable times were spent on the caged lanai surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants both inside the screened area and beyond. The lighting enhanced the beauty - very, very pretty and magical! We can't wait to rent again and we highly recommend this beautiful property. Priscilla and Jay were a delight to deal with. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Naples

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Slagel's house. It is one of the nicest we have ever rented. The highlight of the unit is the enclosed lanai with the spa. Such a great place to relax. We were also impressed at the number of good restaurants that were nearby. Both Jay and Priscilla were responsive to our needs and that was much appreciated. Beautiful home with a fabulous lanai in a quiet neighbourhood. Home away from home!

Beautiful home with all amenities and more. Magnificent backyard lanai with spa and the landscape is magnificent. Tennis courts and pool across the street in a very quiet neighbourhood. Vanderbilt beach is 10 minutes by car and Naples is so beautiful.

The best we had in Naples!

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The Florida room is to die for. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything was working has the owner explained us. The quality of the kitchen appliances, utensiles, tableware and bedding was very good. But overall Priscilla, the owner is such a nice person and was always available to get us the answers we needed. I would highly recommand this place.

Wonderful, peaceful experience

The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was so convenient as we could walk across the street and be at the Recreation Centre and pool or a short drive to the beach. There were 4 very good restaurants within walking distance of the property, great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The outlet mall was a short drive away (about 15 minutes). Our stay was for the month of November 2016 and we would recommend this as a great vacation spot for any couple or small family.

Everything was perfect again

We were there in april for a second year in a row. We have already made a reservation for next april. What more to say? Would we go back again for a third time if everything was not all that we expect from a vacation place? Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, good location for shopping, beaches, etc. Thanks to Priscilla and Jay to make it possible.

Great location, Somewhat Disappointed in Home

This property was in a great location to access many different areas of Naples, very spacious and in a safe neighborhood. The house and furniture is old – for the money I think we were expecting more comfortable accommodations. The mattress and furniture were too soft, and the low counters difficult to maneuver for someone who can’t easily bend forward. The garden was beautiful, but the furniture so dusty we never sat outside. The counter tops/toilets were very low, the shower just tepid, never hot, and one could not do laundry in the garage without removing the car. All of these are little things, but in total, left us disappointed. The owners were very nice and were always available to answer questions.

Naples Haven

This beautiful home was more than I could imagine. It looked beautiful and very inviting from the pictures but I have found from past experience that pictures are sometimes deceiving. That was definitely not the situation for this lovely home. When I walked in the front door I felt like I was walking into a warm and welcoming haven. Actually, it has beautiful curb appeal so it is inviting even before you enter the home. The foliage is breathtaking and provides a tranquil place to relax on the front porch and lanai. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The close proximity of the pool was an added bonus for me as I used this for my daily exercise and it is a beautiful neighborhood for walking if you would rather exercise that way. I cannot say enough positive things about this home or the owners who were always available for questions and very accommodating. Anyone who chooses to stay here will not be disappointed.

Great Home!

If you are looking for a real home (not a condo) in a nice neighborhood in Naples, this is your place! The location is terrific, right across the road from a big pool on the largest lake in Naples. It's a great view of the lake from the pool. The clubhouse, and tennis courts are also right there. It is a 1.3 mile walk around the lake. The house is totally updated with granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The Master Bath is large and gorgeous. Beds and furniture are comfy and the 2 TVs are HD. The lanai has to be seen to be believed. I think it's referred to as "The Jungle" because of all the tropical plants and small palms. It's huge and private. There is also a Hot Tub and waterfountain. We have been in many places over many years and this home is right at the top for accommodations. We loved it, as did our guests who came down from the cold northeast.

Beautiful place. Great Location. Wonderful Experience. Can't Wait to Go Back!

The house: This house looks pretty in the photos but is even nicer in real-life. It is gracious and spacious, with high ceilings, 2 bedrooms and a study/media room. The back porch is screened in, giving it more privacy than many of the neighboring houses. There is a hot tub in back. Since we were there in the dead of Florida summer, we used it as a cool tub - at 80 degrees, the water is cooler than the ocean water on the beaches! - and it was delightful. There is also a grill, which we used a lot. The location: There is a gated, community pool and exercise room across the street -not more than 100 feet away. And Vanderbilt Beach is only a seven minute drive. We tried several different beaches while in Naples, but came to the conclusion that Vanderbilt Beach is close to perfect. Beautiful white sand, not full of shells; warm, clear water; paddle-boarding, para-sailing and jet boarding options. We went to the beach every morning and the pool every afternoon. It was amazingly relaxing and wonderful. Be sure to go to Randy's restaurant for lunch or dinner. Freshest seafood we've had in a long time.

Wonderful place!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for the month of May/14. It is beautifully decorated inside & out. Pool & tennis 2 min walk, grocery store, shopping, restaurants all within a few minutes drive. The owners provide bikes, rackets, beach gear; anything you need to enjoy yourself. I would highly recommend this rental. Thanks Jay & Priscilla for helping to make our vacation so enjoyable.

Superb Naples Rental

Had the pleasure of living in this beautiful Emerald Lakes home for the month of April. The home itself is beautifully decorated inside and out with a choice of three different seating areas to enjoy the Naples weather. The backyard landscaping ensures privacy and the hot tub doubles as a place to take a nice dip on a hot day. The kitchen is well stocked and there is also a BBQ. The den was a great place to set up our computer as we had to work a bit while away. The community is very friendly and the pool area is just across the road along with a fishing pier. It was so nice to take a walk around the lake at sunset. The location is perfect for all that Naples has to offer, shopping, beach, dining. Owners very helpful and nice to work with. A beautiful Naples rental.

We were born in Illinois, but moved to Wisconsin right after we got married and have been here for about 48 years. We have three children and four beautiful grandchildren. We are a very active couple and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

We started renting in Naples in 2010 and fell in love with the climate. Wisconsin winters can be brutal. We rented this house in 2012 and when the owners told us it was for sale we immediately jumped at the opportunity! We think this is one of the most beautiful areas of Florida. We like the lush vegetation, old town Naples, the Beaches and the casual Florida lifestyle.
