Dieses schöne Luxus-Strandhaus hat alles. Ideal für große Familien, Dieses Haus ist dreistöckig mit einem großen Familienzimmer und Küche auf jeder Etage. 5 Schlafzimmer und 5 Badezimmer, so viele Badezimmer für alle. Ein Schlafsofa auf jeder Etage und der Schlafraum mit zwei Etagenbetten, so viel Platz für die Kinder. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für 20 Personen. Oceanic View verfügt auch über einen Aufzug für Großeltern oder Behinderte, damit diese auf einem der beiden Balkone sitzen können. Der Pool ist direkt hinter dem Haus und der Tennisplatz und Volleyballplatz ist nebenan. Nur 2 Blocks vom Strand entfernt
Die erste Etage verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und Flachbild-TV sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Der Wohnbereich im 1. Stock bietet ein Queen-Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Essbereich für vier Personen. Die Sitzecke auf der Veranda ist perfekt für den Morgenkaffee.
Der Wohnbereich im 2. Stock bietet Surround-Sound und hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten für alle zu genießen. Übergroße Sofas, von denen eines ein Queen-Schlafsofa ist, und bequeme Stühle bieten die perfekte Kulisse für einen Familienfilmabend oder um das große Spiel zu sehen. Sie haben eine weitere voll ausgestattete K��che auf dieser Etage und all das Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Gläser, die Sie für große Feste benötigen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen am Tisch und 4 weitere an der Frühstücksbar, sodass nach einem schönen Tag am Strand viel Platz für die Familie bleibt. Eine Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur Verfügung waschen Sie das Meerwasser und machen Sie sich bereit für Ihren nächsten Tag!Die zweite Geschichte Master-Suite verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit einem Doppel-Waschtisch und eine Whirlpool-Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Great location

We loved having the pool and tennis courts so close to the house. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy that the community pool was heated and could be used during our stay over Christmas break!

Family Vacation

This is our seventh year to visit Destin. This house was one of our favorites. Very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent and the golf cart was a wonderful addition to our stay. Loved our family time making memories in your house!

Perfect family vacation spot

Excellent property. Exactly as advertised…clean, tastefully decorated and perfect spaces for our family to gather as well as individual space as to not be on top of each other. Golf cart was a big plus as well as the swimming pool virtually a few steps from the back at the property. Very close walk/golf cart ride to beach. Short drive to restaurants and a variety of entertainment. Our family is already discussing booking again next year!

Good Location

The house was good and the area is really nice. Plenty of floors for a big family. The only issue we had was that the beach access area is one of the smallest I’ve ever seen. You are sandwiched between two private spots. We would probably book again, but it’s right at the top of our budget.

Family gathering

We loved the 3 separate living areas - each family could wake up and start the day at their leisure. The 2nd and 3rd floor were large enough for our large group to gather and enjoy dinners together. The beach was a short walk away. It was easy to bring our little ones back and forth for naps during the day.

Excellent Property & Communication

This property was a perfect place for our family. The 3 separate floors with all the necessary needed items were an awesome to be able to separate after a long day of site seeing. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family. It was just off the main stretch of scenic hwy so the noise wasn't bad at all but everything was super close for access. The provided golf cart was perfect for us to get around and just go exploring. Thank you for the hospitality and providing us with a perfect place to stay on a much needed vacation.

Big Family Home with Great Amenities

Nice roomy home, the 3 kitchens were more than we needed, the amenities- pool, golf cart, tennis courts and beach volleyball- were a huge hit with our family, the location near the beach is good, the private beach area is a bit small, the kitchen is stocked great for cooking for a crowd; overall super nice stay!

Girls get-away

The house was located conveniently near the ocean and right behind thw pool. We traveled a little by golf cart but, also, had very responsive Lyft drivers to this house. Would definitely recommend!

Plenty of room

We just spent a week at this property with 2 families. There were 10 of us and plenty of space for everyone! Each family had their own floor and it was so nice! The pool is in the backyard basically. The golf cart was great transporting us back and forth to the beach. The beach is an easy walk as well. There were a few beach chairs in the garage to use. There were plenty of sand toys. We also used a tent that was in the garage that was great for the hot beach days! Property management was quick to respond back to us on any questions or issues. We would rent this property again!

Great house pretty close to the beach

This is a really nice house. I came down with my parents, my wife, daughter and granddaughter. We had planned on some others joining us as well but they were unable to make it. Having the three different levels worked out great for us, so we could each have our own space when we wanted it. The house was clean and in very good shape. Unfortunately there weren't a lot of other people around so there was nobody playing tennis or volleyball. Those were both right next to the house, and the pool was also very convenient. It was too cold to swim while we were there but that was expected. The beach was about a 3 block walk and it is a great beach. You can walk for miles either way. The property manager was also excellent. We talked to her and let her know we needed a few items for the kitchen and she had them delivered the next day. Overall, a great experience for our first time in the Destin area. There is a lot to do and it seemed to be a clean, safe area. We will definitely be back again.

False Advertising!!!!!

The listing for the property did not match the amenities received. The main reason for choosing the property was that it had a golf cart and added amenity of an elevator since it had 3 floors to fit the whole family. However, the golf cart was not free and required a separate contract with a local golf cart company who required me to give my credit card information and that the golf cart be added to my insurance. However, if you call your insurance chances are they will tell you they do not cover those types of slow moving vehicles. We got stuck in the elevator a total of 5 times before it completely stopped working. The owner was not easily accessible and each time it took almost a day or more than a day to contact them. The elevator was never fixed. We had to carry luggage, food, and all other heavy items up two and three flights of stairs whenever we wanted to go to the beach or other outing. The management company was responsive, but there was essentially nothing they could do to help us since the owner had their own maintenance team. When I had the management company to reach out to the owner to ask for a discounted rate since we didn't have the top amenities we booked the stay for, the owner told the management company to tell me NO. Furniture/appliances were outdated/smelled. It was the worst stay I've had at a rental and put a major damper on our family vacation that we had planned all year. Do not stay in this place if you need a golf cart, elevator, or good owner.

9/2/23 Here is a listing of pros and cons relative to our stay at 61 Mira Flores which I hope can be helpful to you. There were 10 adults in our group so we needed every room and amenity advertised. PROS You have been very responsive to our requests - Thank you. Close to beach Adequate room for all HVAC kept up Swimming pool CONS Not close enough to beach for some. Shower at pool not functioning HVAC was not functioning when the first ones arrived.( Maintenance fixed it promptly) Water Drip from 3rd to 2nd floor bathroom (Maintenance fixed it promptly) 3rd floor dryer not usable due to broken knob which had to be ordered - thus unusable. Large sink on 3rd floor not draining properly. Call buttons on elevator not working - thus elevator was essentially unusable. (elevator was a key amenity for choosing the location) Golf cart insurance issue was not acceptable, did not use it --It was also one of the key factors for choosing this location. WE went so far as to contact our auto insurance agent who contacted the underwriters for confirmation and they said that the Slow moving vehicle would not be covered under our Auto policy. Showers/tubs need grab bars. Mattresses' on bunk beds were not comfortable for adults.

Wonderful home!

This house was the perfect fit for a large family and family members with physical limitations. The elevator made it easy for all of us to get together for meals on the same floor. The kitchens were well equipped with everything we needed. The golf cart was a great perk and nice to have. My only complaint, if it’s even a complaint, is the comfort of the beds. The mattresses were old in all the bedrooms and should be replaced. I even went and bought a memory foam topper from Walmart on the 2nd day to give some type of comfort to the 3rd floor master bedroom. Otherwise, it was a great home and we are looking forward to renting again next year.

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was so absolutely beautiful beyond what the pictures show!!! It was very clean and smelled good when we arrived. Each floor had more than enough for cooking Items like pots, pans, silverware, plates and cups etc. everything we needed to prepare meals. Our family had the most amazing time in this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location with so many family fun activities at our finger tips… The pool, tennis court & volleyball areas all located just feet away & the pool was very clean and a perfect size…. The tennis court had been newly remodeled & it included a basketball goal which the kids really enjoyed… the volleyball area was also very clean. The home came with a propane grill ,but there are also three charcoal grills for the community just feet away from the home if you prefer charcoal which came in handy for us. The balcony area on each floor was simply amazing especially a night with the cool breeze to end the day. The elevator also came in handy for our mother that has health issues. The staff at the rental company was simply amazing & very responsive when we had any questions ;furthermore, the golf cart company was also just as amazing. All trips with huge families like ours expect bumps in the road ,but the staff from the rental company, cleaning crew, & the golf cart rental company made everything perfect. Our family absolutely loved this home!!!!!!!

Pullout sofa bed broken, unusable; 2nd sofa bed collapsed on day 4; some pots & pans covered in grease & cooking residue;loud squeaky beds; furniture in 2nd level was about sot, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced; HOA decided that pool would not be heated, children & adults not happy. Refund should be in order.
