Das Nemo Cay Resort D105 ist ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus im ersten Stock, das die heitere Flucht vor dem Alltagsstress schafft. Die erste Etage verfügt über einen sehr offenen Grundriss, in dem das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Küche offen sind. Eine einladende Kulisse für die ganze Familie, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Die erste Etage verfügt auch über eine Kingsize-Suite und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Wenn Sie nach oben gehen, finden Sie zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Eines verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und die anderen beiden Königinnen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen von Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen benötigen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und ein 60-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, ein DVD-Player, 2 reservierte Parkplätze und kostenfreies WLAN.

Der gesamte Komplex ist wunderschön mit hoch aufragenden Palmen und üppiger tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung angelegt. Und warte bis du diesen Pool siehst! Es hat eine flache Wasserfläche für die Kinder, Springbrunnen und wenn Sie im Winter runterkommen, werden Sie es lieben, dass es beheizt ist! Es gibt auch einen Spielplatz mit Rutschen, eine Reifenschaukel und vieles mehr. Diese Eigenschaft ist auch tierfreundlich. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und unsere windgepeitschten Strände in Texas erreichen Sie nach nur 1,6 km.

Very Nice Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was an extremely clean and comfortable unit. We did have issues with the kitchenware in the unit. There were too many steak knives but not one paring knife. There was too much clutter in the cutlery drawer! The pans had no lids that fit them properly. We used two covers that did not fit well and were awkward to use. The Nemo staff members we met were very courteous and a joy to talk to! The one man told us he would be trimming the palms. He spoke to my grandson about good fishing places. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to this man!

My only complaint about the condo is that the first bedroom down stairs is very uncomfortable to sleep in. It is very hot and the bedrooms up stairs are very cold. Bottom bathroom had no water pressure and the top two seem to have issues as well. Kids like to spend the day at the beach and when parents are tired, we can come and relax at the pool while kids continue to have fun.

Cute and quiet

We enjoyed our stay, the pool definitely didn’t feel heated which would have been nice to be able to enjoy in the evening. Close to the mainland and to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Would have been nice to have basic spices for cooking but the grocery store was close by.

Enjoyed it but could've been better

Check in was rough, I was guaranteed 4pm check I'm, didn't get to check in till 4:45pm.Some dishes were dirty which was crazy because we got a late check in because they were cleaning. The roll outs beds had urine stains and they caved in when you laid down. Then on our last night the A/C goes out for about an hour in the middle of night. I spoke to Amber and although she was really nice there was really nothing she could do until check out..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of space! Only the upstairs shower worked. I had to carry my disabled daughter up and down the stairs to take showers. A/c does not work in the bottom front room. The ventilation is bad, you will wake up sweating. The rest of the rooms were ice cold. I have stayed in many of these rentals at this same location and none as bad as this one. I did not feel the need to call and complain, we made it work. Place was clean and stocked with the normal things we needed.

This townhouse has everything you could possibly need for a stay on Padre Island. It's very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for alot of people. The pool and playground is great fun!

You’re a 20 minute drive to Padre Island National Seashore, we were able to watch one of their Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle hatchling releases! It was quite the experience! Nice place

The vacation rental was clean and comfy overall. The air was super cold in the whole house expect the down stairs bedroom. We did have some water pressure problems in the kitchen sink, the down stairs bathroom, and the upstairs bedroom with the queen beds but it was not horrible just a little low. Sound does travel between the units but it is not super bad or anything. Management was very quick to answer for when we had problem with the fridge not getting cold and it was fixed and cooling by morning after the day we got there. It’s not that far from the water or the stores. We would definitely stay there again.

Good But Not Great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Listed below are issues we found with Nemo Cay D105K:• The TV in one of the guest rooms did not work. Maintenance did fix.• Low shower pressure• Cheap plastic toilet seats for use of occupants in master bedroom• There should be more useable utensils in the kitchen. Who needs two wine bottle openers? Have useable knives, like a paring knife or butcher knife.• Fry pans had loose handles. This could be safety issue.• Dresser draws stuck and hard to open. Felt like cheap furniture.• Back door stuck and was hard to open. I had to push my body into door for it to open! In addition, closing it was ridiculous!Overall issues:• Either get more trash dumpsters or get recycle dumpsters• I walked through the complex and only found two blue trash dumpsters• Both dumpsters appear to spill over with trash, when guest leave on a weekend.• Many complexes in SATX have recycle dumpsters• Recycle dumpsters would cut back on trash• If installed, mark the recycle dumpsters clearly, so guests know NOT to use for trash.• I noticed many • Clarify with guest that any visitors are not to park in paying customers parking slots. We had a young woman park in the 105 parking and I had to ask her to move.

Wonderful stay

We had a total of 11 people in our party. Our unit was perfect for our group. The unit was very clean and check in was extremely easy. I would have liked to seen the units better supplied with items such as out side chairs on the back patio. (We had none) and a few kitchen items such as a can opener and a few more larger pots. But over all we made do with what we had. I will say this unit diffently needs a new couch.. This one is completly wore out. My mom went to set down and feel back into it and hit the boards on the botton..and no shes not a large woman. The beds we amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon..
