This neighborhood is safe and centrally located to everything in the city - universities (tulane and loyola), Audubon Park, Audubon Zoo, downtown, the superdome, french quarter and the street car lines. You are a very short 5-minute uber ride from everything in he city. Have a blast in a safe area of the city, so sit back, relax and enjoy this house.

Great location for respite at the end of activity-filled days

We loved this location and the ease with which we could get around the area. The spacious house allowed for us all to have our own corners in which to relax but also had some great common space to unwind, relax and connect with each other every morning and night. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to the area!

Super bowl

Cane down for super bowl weekend and had a blast. House is in an older neighborhood but felt safe. It was far enough away to avoid the chaos of bourbon, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to be in a short drive/uber. House could use some updating, doors, shower head, etc. But nothing that made us feel uncomfortable or affected our trip. Beds were comfortable and pillows too. All in all a great stay and would stay again.

Great location

We went down for mardi gras. It was the perfect location to french quarter, garden district, store locations. The beds were comfortable that it really felt like home away from home. If we ever do NOLA again well be booking this house

Great place. Easy access to the city

The location is great, removed from the hustle bustle of downtown and the French quarter, but only 10-15 minutes away. The place is private and spacious with quiet neighbors. It had everything we needed. The extra half bath and off street parking are great perks. And the historic charm was authentic and cool.

NOLA Christmas

My family and I decided to do a trip to NOLA for Christmas and this was the perfect place to stay! Close to public transit and a comfy place to come back to each day. Also had a fenced in back yard for our dog! Highly recommend!

Great house & perfect location!

Clean, spacious property. Comfortable king beds, dining table could accommodate 10 - 12, complete kitchen, private backyard and off street parking. Convenient to all areas of town; Bourbon Street, swamp boat tours, Mississippi River paddle boat tours, Outlet Shops, and lots of local cuisine. Great value! 👍

Great Location!

Great house to stay in! We had a blast for Thanksgiving here, and it is so close to everything. Safe neighborhood. The only complaint is the one neighbor yelling to park closer to the house when already our car was directly next to the house and did not allow passenger side to open doors. But you can't choose your neighbors, lol.

Horrible mold smell!! Vested with termites

My family and I came down to stay at this property to visit with other family that lives around the area, I was very disappointed and unsatisfied on how the property had a bad order throughout the whole house and sofa ,the sheets comforters weren’t washed and had blood droppings on pillowcases ,Also they had termites throughout the whole house including in the bed where we all had to sleep … The back door was unsecure and unsafe. The wooden stairs from the patio is damaged and Unsafe from the old wood maybe water damaged or possibly the termites because it was really shaky and unsafe As well of the front rail of the house was not attached to the porch very unsafe for younger kids and the elderly… and not to even mention the roaches and fleas we discovered..It was my worst nightmare I was very disappointed and Unsatisfied because it was supposed to be a vacation where I am able to relax but didn’t get the privilege to do so, I would Highly not recommend this property !!! Not so ever!!!I l even discussed it with the property owner and showed him all the pictures and he denied and had every excuse in the book it was just so pathetic !!! it’s such a shame… my name is Melanie Flores And my contact number is 787 2937020 for anyone that’s out there needed more information on this property I will be more than gladly to show you evidence and proof…

This house did not disappoint

The neighborhood was quite beautiful. There a lot of restaurants very close. The wood accents and authentic New Orleans style construction were what really make the house special. There were a few pieces of furniture that were cleverly made and I wish my mom could’ve seen.

Charming older house close to everything

New Orleans is essentially a small town and this house is conveniently located to access all of it. Most NOLA visitors will spend their meals out but, if not, this kitchen is quite well equipped. And for an older house, the number of outlets available is impressive. Keith/Yogi are among the most responsive property managers I've dealt with.

Amazing Rental near Everything!

Amazing stay in NOLA

Can't say enough good things about this vacation rental. The house was spacious for me, my husband, 2 kids (3 & 7) and my mom. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had and the place was clean and well maintained. For those who want to be in the French Quarter this is not the place for you but for those who want easy access to the quarter and peace and quiet when you get home this place is perfect. I'm a runner and the neighborhood felt safe and accessible for runners. The best part about the rental was the beds all king size and super comfy. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in town.

What a beautiful home in a gorgeous and safe neighborhood!! The house was clean and ready to go for our stay. Both Yogi and Keith were easy to work with. Thank you for letting our group stay, we made amazing and lasting memories! I will certainly recommend to anyone heading down to New Orleans!
