Doheny State Beach ist 1 Meile entfernt! Weniger als 1 Meile von The Ritz Carlton und das St. Regis! Die beheizten Gemeinschaftspool und der Whirlpool sind gleich um die Ecke von der Haustür!

Unser Haus ist ein Ort, den Sie in der Lage zu entspannen und die Strandstil Umgebung in wunderschönen Dana Point!

Diese entzückende und helle 1000 sq. Ft. Wohnung bietet einen komfortablen Wohn- / Esszimmer-Kombination, die zu einem gemütlichen Innenhof geöffnet. Die Küche ist mit neueren Geräten, ein 4-Brenner Elektroherd / Backofen, und ein Fenster, die mit Blick auf einen zweiten Balkon vor dem zweiten Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist hell und geräumig und verfügt über eine gewölbte Decke und bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Kissen-Top-feste Matratze und luxuriöse Bettwäsche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist gut ausgestattet und bietet volle Größe (nicht Twin!) Etagenbetten. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player. Alle Fenster, Schränke und Schiebetüren aus Glas werden mit maßgeschneiderten Plantage Fensterläden ausgestattet, um eine entspannte Strandatmosphäre.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 25 Meilen vom Flughafen John Wayne (SNA), 33 Meilen nach Disneyland, 40 Meilen zu Knott Berry Farm, 36 Meilen zum LEGOLAND und 65 Meilen nach San Diego. Außerdem wird eine Fahrt in Richtung Norden und Süden auf Pacific Coast Highway vorbei an einigen der besten Strände und Strandstädte Südkalifornien zu bieten hat!

Machen Sie einen Ausflug nach Norden bis Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, und Huntington Beach. Eine kurze Fahrt nach Süden führt Sie zu Capistrano Beach, San Clement und Oceanside nehmen. Sie können in San Onofre State Beach surfen und wenn Sie für die Herausforderung sind, Trestles Strand zieht Surfer aus der ganzen Welt, die für die perfekte Welle zu suchen.

Six week ocean getaway

We live in the Arizona desert and love to spend time on the California coast. The location is across the street from the ocean. Very close to the swimming pool and quiet area within the complex. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable, nice furnishings with large refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, including nice BBQ. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Would love to come back and stay again.

Wonderful summer and beach rental

Absolutely loved our stay here. The unit was in a great location and close to the pool. Very clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is across from one of the most upscale boardwalks in SoCal. Really enjoyed running the beach in the mornings. Leigh was wonderful and always responded promptly. We give this rental an A+++!

A beautiful getaway

My friends and I enjoyed our time in Dana Point. This condo is in a perfect spot, close to Strand Beach. (Note that there are a lot of stairs down to the beach.) The condo is well maintained and the kitchen has all the pots and pans to cook when we wanted to & near great food options when we didn't. There is a harbor nearby, and we had fun walking pier and even caught a dolphin/whale watching tour. The Ocean Institute is also fun for kids and to learn more about the local sea life. A couple of times we just got in the car and took a drive along the Pacific Coast Highway. From Dana Point you are close to Laguna Beach and other spots that are certainly worth a day trip to visit. After my stay, I didn't want to leave. It was GREAT to call this condo home for a few days!

Perfect Beach Condo!

I can't say enough great things about Leigh and Steve's place. First, the location is right across from the beach~ Strands, the best beach in Dana Point IMO. The condo complex is quiet, and landscape is well maintained. People in the complex are super respectful of the quiet hours, so we could really sleep in without any outside noise. The condo was very close to the wonderful salt water outdoor pool and hot tub. The condo was perfect. So greatly decorated. The kitchen had everything you need. The master suite was large, open and the king size bed was SOOO comfortable. The other bedroom was perfect for my daughter and her friend, because it was full size bunks~~and they had their own bath. The condo had beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and a small cooler. You don't need to bring a thing. We LOVED it and will definitely book again. We traveled to every Orange County town ~~Dana Point was my favorite.

Very nice location

This property was great. Clean and nicely appointed all the amenities you would need are provided even a comfortable bed. Location couldn't be better for traveling to either LA or San Diego we did both. We had a great time.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Dana Point. The location was perfect--walking across one street and you're at the beach! The condo was great too--decorated in beach themes and had a bunk bed for our kids. We loved the beach feel that the entire place offered. We also went on a dolphin/whale safari while in Dana Point. We were only a couple miles from the harbor so it was perfect to get to! The whole family enjoyed our stay.

FAVORITE CONDO!!

We have stayed in various other condos in this complex and this one is our favorite. It's in excellent condition with every possible amenity provided. It has a lovely coastal decor and exudes such a feeling of warmth. Dealing with the owner was such a pleasure from the reservation to receiving our deposit back. We'll definitely return and consider this condo our "vacation home away from home".

Perfect Home Away From Home

What a great place to stay and enjoy our first visit to California! Driving in from the east coast we were really looking forward to "relaxation". This condo and this area give you this this with 5 stars. Every day... across the road, through the park and to the beach.. walking, watching the surfers, hiking Dana Point, even playing in the waves. This had it all. Return to the condo but stop for a swim in the pool... just the right way to wind down from a busy day. The condo was so well equipped we wanted for nothing. Hopefully we will be able to return another year. It will always be the base we judge other condos on. Thanks Leigh for all you did.

Perfect spot!

This home was the perfect place for us to enjoy the beach with our family. My boyfriend and I and his two kids loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and so many great restaurants to choose from in the area. There is a great path just a couple blocks away for running along the beach and through the Ritz Carlton community. Leigh was so helpful and easy to work with and the condo is beautifully and comfortably set up. The kids loved having a pool in the complex in addition to an ocean to play in! The beds are very comfortable and we felt totally at home. This condo is a true gem!

Wonderful Stay!

We have stayed in many VRBO's and this condo was among the nicest we've stayed in. We were very impressed with the condo and the location is wonderful. The condo was very clean and even nicer than the pictures. The bed was heavenly and everything was very comfortable. Our daughter loved the beautiful pool and it was great that it was so close to the condo. We spent 3 days in Disneyland and found that the drive to and from took about 25 minutes so it wasn't bad at all. We loved checking out the beach across the street, the town of San Clemente to the south, and the Beachcomber Cafe to the north on the Newport Coast. Thank you Leigh - it was a memorable week! We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful!

Our family just loved this property. We felt welcomed and relaxed right from the start! (The owners made everything so easy on us. Directions was clear and we knew just what to expect. They even checked on us mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed.) The condo was very well-appointed. The property had everything we needed and then some. It had such a comfortable feel, but with very nice furnishings. And the beds were crazy good! I even checked the brand of bedding and mattresses before we left so I could know what to buy next time our family needs beds. The location of the condo was really great too. We easily got to the beach on foot and the town was close and accessible. We had never been to Dana Point before, and we fell in love with the place. It was a wonderful trip. Can't wait to go back! We highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Great condo! Lovely location!

We have stayed here twice in the past six months. This is probably the best place to stay if you plan to be in South Orange for a few days or more. It's a clean, updated unit close to the complex pool and walking distance to the beach. The location is ideal for those who enjoy peace and quiet. The owner is very friendly and accomodating; she has thought of every amenity and detail to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. I can even go so far as to say that she overextended herself on more than one occasion to us including mailing an article of clothing we left behind to our house! I truly enjoy staying here and will again in the future! It has more than once been a very positive experience.

Wonderful Condo!

We use VRBO regularly and I have to say we loved this condo! It was so clean (which has been an issue with other places we have stayed) and had everything we needed. Leigh has thought of all the extras like nice thick beach/pool towels, extra blankets, all the necessary paper goods/cleaning supplies (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, soap etc.). It was nice not having to purchase all the basics for the week. The location is Ideal. My mom lives in South Laguna so it was a few minutes to her house and a few minutes to the Dana Point Harbor. It's easy to get everywhere from this condo. Leigh was very nice and and so easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this condo, we look forward to returning ourselves!!!

So Close to the Beach! We Loved it!

Our family loved our stay here. The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable. And the location is perfect for a walk or run on the beach every morning and playing in the waves every afternoon. And once we were done with the ocean and sand we often relaxed at the pool and hot tub for a while. The condo is practically brand new with new paint, furniture and flooring. Dana Point is the perfect place for an Ocean get away. We will be back, and are telling all our friends and family about this condo.

Steve and I (Leigh) live in Littleton, Colorado with our two sons. We are avid outdoor people which is good because Colorado is an outdoor paradise! You just can't beat 300+ days of the most beautiful blue skies in the world! I play a lot of tennis; Steve enjoys skiing, hunting, and fishing; and our boys love to play any sport that allows them to be physical. We are very involved with our church in Colorado and have participated in multiple outreach programs as well as traveling internationally to share the love of Jesus with those who are hurting. We love Jesus and have been immensely blessed by Him.

Our condo is unique in that it is so close to the beach! We also personally manage the property. All the rooms are well appointed, not like some other rentals that leave you feeling squeezed in. It will comfortably sleep 4 adults and isn't designed as a party atmosphere where people will be sleeping on the floor or on couches. This condo is for the long term renter and as such we have purchased furniture that reflects a calm and cozy atmosphere - like your own home. It is conveniently located near (within a mile or two) dozens of restaurants, bars, surf-shops (check out Killer Dana in Lantern Village on Del Prado; we own it and will definitely give you a discount during your stay on rentals and Killer Dana logo wear. Check us out at www.kdsurfshop.com), a farmer's market and shopping! We love that Dana Point is so close to the other world-class beaches in Southern California. One of the unique benefits of Dana Point is that is has a laid back feeling to it...even among the million dollar homes. It doesn't have that pretentious feeling that can come with beach living. The condo is comfortable and bright and allows us to relax and get away from our normal busyness here in Colorado. We sincerely hope that you will find your stay as restful as we do~
