Excellent Stay

The property was very nice and well maintained. Multiple Pools and Hot Tubs. The place was spacious and beautiful just like the pictures. That oceanview from the balcony was spectacular. Pool bar closed at 3p. Which i think is too early.

Awesome condo with plenty of room

This condo is beautiful and HUGE so everyone had space to spread out. The condo is loaded with plenty to cook/eat with. Onsite ammenities were so much fun! Check in was simple and communication was great. I had very fast replies to my questions. Support was always accessible. Would definitely stay here again. : )

Fantastic Family Trip!

We loved this unit! It was well-maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the furniture was perfect for our group to sit and relax in the evenings. We'll definitely return!

Gorgeous home!!!

Beautiful home and convenient location. Had a few minor issues with pet hair found in the bedding, bathroom doors came off track in 2 bathrooms and mildew in bathroom. All were minor issues we were able to work around. We would definitely book again!!

North Myrtle Condo

The condo needs some updates and work done. The plumbing is terrible. None of our showers drained properly and toilets didn’t flush well. One of the bathrooms has visible mold on a section of the ceiling. The refrigerator doesn’t close all the way. Like many other reviews stated the cleaners do not do a great job. The floors were not swept or mopped well. I took photos of debris and dust under one of the kitchen tables. The bed linens are stained. The building itself is also not the cleanest. Lots of cigarette butts and trash lying around. The pool and hot tub areas are nice though. Access to the beach is easy.

40 yr anniversary

This condo is beautiful!! Surprisingly the master bedroom bed is horrible though. We also cleaned when we got there. Not sure floors have been mopped in a while so always had to wear shoes. 2nd floor was nice to be able to get downstairs easily . The beach area in front of condo is taken up by 4 rows of umbrellas and chairs to rent. All on top of each other . So we had to walk a way down the beach every day to set up . That was difficult w children. The condo complex and the people we had to work with got us in condo early which was very nice and it truly is a beautiful place . Feels like an all inclusive resort

Family vacation 2023

The property was exactly as listed and made for an excellent vacation for our entire family. We found the floor to be a little gritty from left over sand, house shoes and water bottles from previous guest under beds. We tried to clean the floor but there wasn’t any floor cleaning supplies and we paid $$$$$ for the week, which means we shouldn’t have to clean. This probably sounds worse than it was but something that needs to be rectified for future guest. As stated before the resort, location and rental proved to be a great family vacation spot.

Myrtle Beach experience

The 5 bedroom on the 2nd floor along with it's location was a great place to stay. The condition on arrival suggested the last people that stayed there were slobs and the unit was not cleaned properly for our stay. We also found out that the dryer did not work and communication with their maintenance people were only done by texting. They would not call us to discuss our issues. They only do texting so everything is documented. In their defense for the dryer, the guests leaving are not suppose to run it. We guess they pick up the dirty laundry and do it elsewhere. It's a great place to stay as long as their cleaning people do their job and their maintenance management personnel become more "user friendly ". A call is a lot better then doing everything by texting. We would definitely recommend this place to stay provided they have it cleaned and checked to see everything is set for the next people coming. Bottom line, the issues we had were minor except for one big issue. A phone call from them to listen to this would have gone a long way with us, but this didn't happen.

Marvelous Myrtle Beach 2022

We had such a great time and enjoyed every second of Myrtle Beach. I believe the best view of the resort is unit 203 and we’re ready to book again for 2023 The unit is VERY spacious and supplied with everything to prepare a wholesome meal to making margaritas, the balcony is so huge with three doors and a great place to sit and sip your coffee while listening to the ocean, a must see and have if you’re looking for a wonderful place in North Myrtle Beach.

North Tower Vacation

Overall the condo was great! Only some small complaints but it wasn’t something I couldn’t take care of myself and didn’t want to bother management. 1. Cleaning people looked like they wiped the kitchen down with a dirty rag that left streaks everywhere. Easy fix, I went over the kitchen and wiped it down. 2. Wash machine was full of mold and the machines were dirty. 3. Some showers had some mold. No big problem. 4. Microwave was broken but they had a small replacement one on the counter. So don’t get me wrong. It was a wonderful condo and perfect location over looking the pool and we enjoyed our stay.

By far this is the best condo we have ever stayed at! It was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and the location was perfect! There were 10 of us including 3 children and we all loved it so much, we are planning on staying there again for our next trip. We could not have been more happy or satisfied!!!

Fun Resort

The condo was the perfect size for our 6 adults, 2 teens, and three children. Parking was at a minimum and parking spaces were narrow (our families all had trucks…not fun!). Unless you went early to the pool, there were only sporadic lounge chairs available if any at all. With that said, I would still recommend and return to rent. The pools and music were fantastic as was the swim-up bar. We had a great vacation

Amazing Location

We truly loved the location of the condo and size of the condo. It accommodated 11 of us without issue from seniors to children. While we booked through VRBO out trip was managed by iTrips. Info provided in the online listing and in the condo did not match- ie, check out at 10am v the 11am expected, we came in early from PA but they couldn’t accommodate an early check in requested via email but then text hours into our wait that it was ready. Regular maintenance should be completed- dryer vent is packed, no vent in the kitchen for cooking (overhead microwave doesn’t work and a countertop appliance is provided), towel bars unattached from wall, fan in master bedroom didn’t work correctly, the light cover in the kitchen was broken and the handle in the MB tub came off in your hand when turning it on. They did come to fix the handle in the tub. These things weren’t deal breakers for my family but when reserving a high end property, these issues are not expected.

Condo was extremely beautiful however it was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust and stream marks from someone who did a bad job cleaning.

Excellent Condo

Beautiful condo!! Check was excellent. Only issue was the floors had a lot of food & crumbs from the previous guest and pet hair on the cloth furniture. Other than that it was a great stay.
