Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, zwei weitere Betten, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Terrasse von 20 m2 mit Outdoor-Ess-und Wohnzimmer ausgestattete Häuser, und schließlich die Garten mit Liegestühlen. Ein wunderschöner ruhiger Ort

Martin und Lisa haben 8 Tage in dem wunderschönen Ort San Foca verbracht. Es ist ein toller Ort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und tollen Restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe. Unsere Vermieter Loredana und Paolo haben uns herzlichen empfangen und uns eine besondere Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. In dem Haus war alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt und vieles mehr. Wir haben uns auch herrlich im gepflegten Gartensitzplatz erholen können. Tolle Unterkunft mit italienischem Flair

Mein Mann und ich (38 und 43 Jahre alt) waren im September 2013 in dieser tollen Gegend und sind immer noch glücklich darüber, dass wir uns für San Foca und die schöne Wohnung von Paolo und Loredana entschieden haben. Wer zentralen, italienischen Flair liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wege zum Meer und ins süße Städtchen sind kurz und der Vino Rosato schmeckt in den vielen tollen Restaurants einfach köstlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und falls etwas fehlt, Paolo und Loredana versuchen alles menschen-mögliche, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir haben die zwei richtig ins Herz geschlossen. Also eine tolle Unterkunft in einer tollen Gegend für alle, die Ihren Urlaub mitten unter Italienern verbringen möchten.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts

Wonderful San Foca

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in San Foca, which was made all the more enjoyable by Loredana and her lovely property. The location is perfect at about 200 meters from the beautiful Li Marangi beach, there is a small shop about 150 mts away and the town centre is just a short walk away. The property is accessed through a private gate and the house itself is very comfortable with all the necessary home comforts including a dishwasher. There is a lovely covered outdoor area to sit and enjoy the warm temperatures and for the real sun junkies there are sun beds out in the private terrace area. Loredana who owns the property was fantastic all the way through from the booking to the finish of the holiday. She couldn’t have been more helpful with information and help on the various questions we had and of course Alessandro was always available too. Thank you Loredana and Alessandro for everything.

Una "chicca"a due minuti dalla spiaggia!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso una settimana speciale in questa bellissima casa. L'immobile era stato completamente ristrutturato anche negli esterni e molto curato in ogni dettaglio. Gli interni sono perfettamente rispondenti alle immagini proposte sul sito. La distanza dal mare? Eccezionale: solo 3 minuti di cammino per arrivare in spiaggia. Gentilissimi i proprietari che si sono prodigati per darci indicazioni e supporto. Una esperienza da consigliare. Noi ritorneremo appena possibile. Salento? Magico!

Comoda e molto bella

Una vera chicca questa villetta che dal mare dista solo 3 i minuti.noi con la bimba di 6 mesi abbiamo trovato il massimo della comodità. Dotata di tutto, ampia, con un bel giardino, ci ha permesso di godere di una bellissima vacanza. I proprietari sono stati semplicemente speciali. Grazie davvero.

Organizzata, vicinissima al mare, ottima qualità

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa per tre settimane e siamo stati davvero molto bene. Accurata nell'equipaggiamento ( dotata davvero di tutto) ci è stata consegnata pulitissima e abbiamo percepito subito la cura anche dei proprietari. Collocata a soli due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia dei Marangi, uno dei lidi più belli di San Foca è stata ideale anche per la presenza del nostro bimbo piccolo. I proprietari davvero gentili ci hanno fornito per lui anche il seggiolone! Inoltre ci hanno fornito un elenco di cose da vedere e percorsi enogastronomici possibili. Il Salento è bellissimo e San Foca con le sue cinque vele e la bandiera blu ha rispettato le aspettative. consiglierei senza dubbio questa casa a chi dovesse prenotare. Noi la considereremo per un bis il prossimo anno.

Bellissima casa, vicinissima al mare

E' stata una bellissima vacanza anche grazie a questa casa che ha davvero tutto: spazi, arredamento, dotazioni di elettrodomestici ( c'è davvero tutto come in una casa di città) Un giardino gradevole e ampio, una veranda dove abbiamo sempre cenato o pranzato, e la distanza dal mare: solo 2 minuti a piedi, sono solo 200 metri. Incomparabile! Il centro del paesino è a 5 minuti di strada, ovviamente a piedi. Ci siamo rilassati moltissimo perchè la zona è silenziosa e comunque praticamente in centro. Proprietari molto disponibili e cortesi ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni per una bella vacanza e resi disponibili per ogni eventualità. Vacanza perfetta! Grazie, sarà un piacere ritornare quando possibile!

Really a confortable place!

These beautiful apartment in villa is very well located in San Foca, 200mt from the fantastic sea of Salento! Very well furnitured, with air conditioning, washing machine,easy parking and a beautiful garden and very nice veranda where we used to have our breakfast or meal. Absoluterly perfect in hygiene and cleanliness. Fantastic owners: they wellcome us whit some tipical sweet from Salento and they gave us all the information about restaurant, some excellent. Absolutely recommended!

Esperienza da consugliare

La nostra esperienza é stata assolutamente positiva. Questa casa é molto curata nel dettaglio, nella pulizia, nella dotazione. Gli spazi sono ampi e il giardino é un valore aggiunto. Ma la cosa più bella é stata per noi la vicinanza al mare: in due minuti si é spiaggia. Con bambini piccoli é stato davvero un beneficio straordinario. Proprietari gentilissimi è sempre disponibili. Una casa splendida, proprietari eccezionali!

Abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza con questa casa che è davvero molto molto carina e funzionale. E', prima di tutto, davvero vicinissima alla spiaggia: non più di 3 minuti a piedi. Con bambini è l'ideale. Il mare è molto bello e anche i gestori del lido sono davvero cortesi, come i padroni di casa che non lasciano nulla al caso. Sempre pronti e attenti a ogni nostra esigenza. La casa è una bomboniera: ben arredata, dotata di tutto, con una veranda piacevolissima per pranzare o cenare all'aperto e un giardino che ci ha permesso, anche con i bambini, di stare in libertà. E' stata proprio una bella vacanza. Penso ritorneremo!

Confortevole, vicinissima al mare, molto bella

Ottima soluzione a soli 3' dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo viaggiato con bambini, quindi è stata una vacanza di tutto relax proprio per la facile gestione dei tempi e per l'ampio giardino che ci ha permesso tanto tempo all'aria aperta. Il mare è bellissimo e la casa davvero un gioiellino per organizzazione e pulizia. Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto attenti ad ogni dettaglio. Grazie, torneremo a trovarvi!

A wonderful relaxing holiday!

Beautiful Holiday! We stayed in september: San Foca is a nice, quiet town and the location is ideal for touring Salento. You will need a car only to get around and visit Salento, but if you want to enjoy the beach you’ll find it just 2 minutes walking. The apartment is new, very well equiped, clean and absolutely comfortable. We just loved the veranda in the afternoon and often sat there until the sun went down. We can highly recommend the apartment to anyone who appreciates privacy, space and comfortability. The owners are lovely persons who take their business seriously and professional and therefore makes sure there's nothing missing. We will defenitvely be back!

Una bellissima casa!

Una bomboniera a 200mt dal mare! Siamo stati benissimo: funzionale, organizzata, pulita in ogni dettaglio, curata in ogni particolare. Proprietari davvero molto cortesi e disponibili. Il servizio è stato eccellente, la casa rispondente a descrizioni e immagini postate sul sito. Consiglio questa soluzione davvero a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere le vacanze in un posto carino, con la possibilità di stare all'aperto ( ha una veranda e un giardino curati e godibilissimi) e di non utilizzare la macchina. Tutto è a portata di mano. Se si hanno bambini, davvero ideale. Mare bellissimo : cinque vele e bandiera blu meritate al massimo. A presto!

Fantastica! A meno di 2' dalla spiaggia!

Che bella casa e che soluzione! Siamo ritornati nel Salento per il secondo anno consecutivo e questa casa è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: pulitissima, ben arredata, funzionale, dotata di ogni confort, giardino godibilissimo! padroni particolarmente cortesi e attenti. Insomma, assolutamente da consigliare anche perchè la distanza dal mare è praticamente irripetibile: solo 2 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il lido. San Foca è davvero molto carina, un paesino di mare con spiagge belle, acqua limpida, ristoranti tipici che propongono menù a base di pesce ma anche tradizionali di questa terra bellissima. Cinque Vele tutte meritate! Esperienza da ripetere ancora e casa assolutamente da consigliare.

Simply Fantastic!

Everything was superb! The apartment was perfect in every details, all the necessities of life were provided and Lori and Paul could not have been more kind and helpful. We stayed for 1 week and San Foca is a really nice and quite village, 10 minutes far from Otranto. We found some excellent restaurants. There is a supermarket 2 mins walking. We did not have a car but this was not a problem as the bus station is only 3' mins away providing a good service to Lecce and other lovely places we visited. It's really easy to reach Alberobello, a beautiful Unesco site. San Foca is a beautiful, peaceful place . We had a wide sandy beach about 2 mins walk away with clear water!!! I definitely recommend this apartment, San Foca, Lori and Paul and the whole experience to anyone who wants to discover the real Italy!

Warm hospitality! Beautiful house

We really enjoyed our staying in San Foca in Villa Idrusa! A warm wellcome, a perfect accomodation. The house is very close to the sea. Paolo and Loredana gave us all support and are really lovely persons. San Foca is very well positioned: we have been in Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca. We'll be back in summer!

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed at the end of October for one week. The house was lovely whit a wide garden and a nice veranda. We loved everithing, it is really peaceful there! The house is in a great location, - very close to the sea and an easy walk to the beach and all bars and restaurants. We had hired a car and enjoyed a few trips out (Lecce is worth a visit, Otranto and Gallipoli too) The owner and her husband were really helpful and friendly. We want to recommend this beautiful house!

Comodità e relax a pochi passi da mare del Salento

Abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza in questa bella casa vacanze! Vicinissima al mare ( solo 3' a piedi e con bambina!) ci ha offerto confort, comodità, spazi all'aria aperta. Molta disponibilità da parte dei proprietari che ci hanno supportato anche per la visita del Salento con consigli e indicazioni. La posizione della località è strategica: mare bellissimo!

Casa rispondente a descrizioni e immagini,ottima!

Accurata e bella casa che offre grandi comodità: vicinanza davvero straordinaria al mare, a portata di passeggiata tutti i servizi, bel giardino, spazio importante soprattutto se si hanno bambini. La casa è molto curata in tutti i dettagli e la pulizia altrettanto accurata e minuziosa. I proprietario sono molto cordiali e accoglienti, pronti ad ogni richiesta. Da consigliare! Una bella casa posizionata in maniera strategica

Davvero bella questa casa con un ampio giardino: solo 200mt dal mare, una spiaggia bella anche in questa mezza stagione, piccolo anticipo di vacanza. Pulitissima, accurata nei dettagli, di gusto nell'arredamento.Dotata di ogni comodità: abbiamo trascorso una bellissima pausa pre-estiva ed abbiamo potuto visitare il Salento con grande comodità per la posizione strategica della casa.
