Das Cottage ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (. 2 Meilen) nach Long Sands Beach. Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf dem Deck, während Sie den Klängen des Meeres ein paar Blocks entfernt lauschen. Das Haupthaus (e) wurde kürzlich aktualisiert (2018) - es wird noch mehr geben! Einige neue Funktionen umfassen; Geräte, Möbel, Farbe, gewölbtes Wohnzimmer mit Holzbalken, neue Außenterrasse und geschlossene Außendusche.

Das Haupthaus (e) verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Queen-Size-Bett und 1 Twin-Size-Bett über ein Etagenbett). Es umfasst auch Parkplätze für 2 Autos, Kabel-TV, WIFI, DVD / VCR, Bücher, Brettspiele, Puzzles, Filme, eingeschlossen Außendusche (warmes / kaltes Wasser), Gasgrill und Rasenspiele (Boccia, Dame, Marmelade). Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeemühle, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Töpfen (einschließlich Hummer) und Pfannen.

Ebenfalls enthalten sind ein Strandkarren, Liegestühle, Sandeimer und Schaufeln.

Das Ferienhaus liegt nahe dem südlichen Ende des Strandes. Es ist 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Wasser. Dort angekommen können Sie in einiger Entfernung die Aussicht auf den Nubble genießen.

Long Sands

The property is amazing-like a home away from home. The 5 minute walk to the beach is ideal. We like being on the quieter end of Long Sands. The grill, table and chairs on the patio make it easy to enjoy the outdoors. You can hear the ocean outside. The cottage is very comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect

I rented this cabin for my sister and our kids. It was so cozy and the perfect place to relax between our day adventures at the beach,dinner, and the wiggly bridge. They have a ton of books, games, outdoor space as well as outdoor games and beach gear! The information binder is the cutest but also so informative for local attractions. We look forward to coming back.

Super cute cottage close to the beach

I found a last minute deal with this cottage, and the owner was extremely easy and very responsive when arriving early the cottage was already everything was clean and better than the pictures. The outdoor shower was great. I would definitely recommend this cottage and come back again.

Adorable clean renovated cottage near Long Sands

We loved our stay at this beautifully renovated cottage. Carrie has thought of everything you could need! It was so nice to have beach chairs, toys, and games to borrow and not worry about bringing them from home. Carrie helped us find a kid friendly restaurant our first night and was pleasantly accessible throughout our trip. We highly recommend staying here and hope to again next year!

Charming cottage

A sweet place full of perfect touches. Minor glitches are inevitable anywhere but the host is responsive and respectful. A rainy weekend was made enjoyable in large part because of the warmth and comfort of this cottage. Will happily recommend.

Main(e) Cottage

This was our second time renting this cozy cottage. We love the quiet neighborhood and the quick (under 5 minutes) walk to Long Sands beach. The cottage is neat and clean with a deck and grill, so meals were a snap. The owners are very thoughtful and responsive if anything comes up. We look forward to returning next year.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! John and Carrie have thought of everything- toys, books, kids plates and silverware, even outlet covers for our baby! The decor is beautiful and everything is clean. I was most grateful that the beds were comfortable! Any questions we thought of were answered in the very detailed welcome book, super helpful!We loved the location, a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Great area and great neighbors! Great location, Awesome deck!

We loved our stay in York. My family lives nearby, but I haven’t stayed in a cabin in York since my childhood. The cabin was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the back deck was great! My only issue, which was my fault, was that I didn’t realize there was no washer/dryer. Looking back I see it wasn’t listed in amenities. I would book this place again, just pack differently next time to avoid three trips to a laundromat.

Amazing location!

This was our second time staying at this property and it is perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower, and the size of the property was the right size for us. The best part is the location to the beach! We walked to the beach everyday as well as some local restaurants and loved not having to get in the car. We will absolutely rent again!

Cozy beach cabin

Very clean and cozy cabin within walking distance to Long Sands Beach. The hosts provided clear and easy instructions for check in and check out, as well as informative regarding local attractions. We had a fantastic, restful stay.

Great spot!

Really fun getaway for our family of 4. The place was clean and cute and had everything needed for relaxing, cooking and going to the beach. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and had lots of great suggestions for enjoying the area. Short walk to beautiful long sands beach. Would highly recommend it.
