Ein charmantes, renoviertes und ruhiges antikes Kap mit vier Schlafzimmern, einen halben Häuserblock von Spiritus Pizza und Bubalas entfernt, auf der Court Street zwischen den Straßen Bradford und Commercial im Herzen von P-Town. Dieser wundervolle Kap hat 4 Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer (8 Personen insgesamt) Zwei Schlafzimmer auf, zwei nach unten. Alle Matratzen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Es gibt ein großes helles Wohnzimmer mit brandneuen Möbeln und einem 32 'Flachbild-TV / DVD. Ein gemütlicher Speisesaal mit Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und allen neuen Küchenutensilien. Eine schöne Terrasse und Gasgrill. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Waschküche im ersten Stock. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer im ersten Stock mit einem zusätzlichen halben Bad im Obergeschoss plus eine geschlossene Außendusche für die einfache Nutzung. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden geliefert. Perfect house for a getaway

Perfect location and hosts

You cannot get more central of a location and the hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly and responsive. A rare find in Provincetown with 4 good sized bedrooms. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Week in Ptown

The location of this house is truly PERFECT. We were able to walk to everything, many of which were ~5minutes away. The house was great for 4 couples, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Allison, who manages the property, lives in the back and was super accessible if we needed anything. Looking forward to staying here again!

The house is beautiful and clean. It is very well-maintained. We were all pleased how spacious it was. There were 5 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Even if we had 8 people (which is how many it sleeps) I don't think we would've felt cramped. And the perfect location; around the corner from Spiritus! Everything is so convenient. Allison (one of the owners) was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. I was in touch with her throughout our arrival day, updating her on our changing arrival time. With her "no worries" attitude, I was put at ease that I wasn't inconveniencing her. She was there to greet us and give us a tour and answer any other questions we had. I have rented several different houses in Provincetown and this is by far one of the nicest! As soon as I entered and had the tour from Allison, I was asking to reserve it for upcoming events in 2022!

One of our favorite Ptown stays yet!

Was a perfect experience from the beginning. We are ptown vacation regulars, and you can’t beat this location, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The rental itself is super spacious, and we never felt crowded. Communication was great as well. Hoping to stay here again!

Cozy Historic Property in the heart of Provincetown

This charming property was comfortable and spacious for eight people to come and go. Located right off Commercial Street we were a quick walk to shops and eateries and the oceanfront. With a nice patio we could eat indoors or outdoors. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

Comfortable home in a great location

Our group of 7 had a really nice stay in P-town in this home. Plenty of room for us all. Spend many evenings enjoying the deck. Great location in the center of town, yet on a quiet street. Would definately rent this home again. Also, though not listed as an amenity, the house comes with 8-bikes for your useage.

Ptown Perfection

The house is kept not only immaculately clean, but stocked with supplies, bikes, and beach gear. Andrew and Tom made sure that everything was to our liking and event took a group of us out for a evening boat cruise on their boat. The location of the house is perfect - close and quiet. It was the cornerstone of an excellent Ptown adventure.

Gets better every year!

We have stayed at this beautiful house for the past 6 years, and it seems to get better every year. You could not ask for a better location or accommodations than this perfect gem. It has all of the amenities that you want, and offers so much more. Everything for the newly updated bath room downstairs, to the 8 bikes that come with the rental, this place is like your home away from home. We have been coming to Provincetown for 15 years and have stayed in a several rentals/ guests houses, and this is by far the best! Not only is it charming, the owners Andrew and Tom are very friendly and will see to it that all is perfect during your stay. We would recommend this to anyone or group looking for the great getaway to P-town, and we look forward to coming back every year. Thanks for another great stay!
