Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom magischen Brunnen von Montjuïc und dem Espanya-Platz entfernt. Fünf Minuten Montjuic Fair. Fünf Minuten von der U-Bahn und Bus. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Straße, aber nur ein paar Straßen vom Herzen der Nachbarschaft entfernt, viele Bars, Restaurants, Theater, Diskotheken, ein Einkaufszentrum.

Sie können einen Spaziergang zu den Ramblas und ins Stadtzentrum machen.

Das Gebäude verfügt über zwei Aufzüge.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig.

Die Wohnung hat fast alles neue, es hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Kingsize-Bett, eines mit Etagenbett und das andere mit einem Einzelbett, es hat auch ein Schlafsofa. Es verfügt über eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie ein Wohnzimmer. Es verfügt über TV, Internet, Klimaanlage, Heizung, Haartrockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Telefon für Ortsgespräche.
Wir haben ein paar Spielsachen für kleine Kinder, wenn Sie es brauchen, haben wir ein Kinderbett und einen Hochsitz für Kinder.

Es wurde mit viel Sorgfalt eingerichtet, um Ihnen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten und Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen zu lassen.

Wonderful stay, caring and informative hosts

Rosa and Miguel, are wonderful, caring hosts with lots of great information about the surrounding areas that they are very willing to share. We went to a number of restaurants they recommended and they were all very good. The accommodation was perfect for us including good air conditioning, cleanliness, bed comfort and location. On our check out day, Miguel even surprised us with a ride to the airport which was not expected but greatly appreciated.

Incredible and Hospitable Stay!

Rosa and Miguel were absolutely amazing and wonderful hosts! They took the time out of their day to pick us up from the airport and highlight a few sights and recommendations for the area. Rosa was incredibly communicative via WhatsApp and made sure our entire stay was incredible. The unit was clean and everything worked great. They made our first visit to Barcelona an amazing experience!

Wonderful stay!

Great location-short walk to metro and bus stops, short walk to National Art Museum, near Montjuic; great neighborhood; clean and well appointed appointment-perfect for our family of 4 (that included our adult daughter and my mother). And Rosa and Miguel were wonderful hosts-they welcomed us with a tour of the apartment and detailed recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing seeing, etc.; checked on us mid-stay and even offered to drive us to the bus station when we left. And the kitchen was stocked with juice, milk, coffee, tea, pastries and a bottle of wine. Thank you for a great stay, Rosa and Miguel!

Lovely accommodation

Everything went just great! Thankfully the host met us at the door to demonstrate the locks and such. There was a very nice bottle of wine awaiting us. Good location for walking and for public transport. We were lucky the weather was really good. There were umbrellas for us to use. Communication was great with whatsapp, if we needed anything, and if there was a change in arrival time etc. all good. I recommend this place. We were only 2 adults, but it could easily accommodate a family of 6, maybe squeeze in another kid or 2

Exceptional VRBO

Our stay at Rosa and Miguel’s flat was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. We loved the neighbourhood and being close to stores and shops, even though we don’t speak Spanish, we were able to enjoy. You can’t go wrong staying in this VRBO, Rosa and Miguel are lovely people and extremely helpful. Miguel even took us to the Port of Barcelona so that we wouldn’t have to call a taxi….

The best host!

This property was just as they described. A great little apartment with convenient grocery stores and a metro stop just a couple blocks away. The apartment was well stocked and the hosts even provided some coffee, milk, juice, fruit, crackers and wine! Plus they even picked us up from the airport. They were very helpful with tips on the metro and where everything is located.

Great location!

Rosa was easy to contact on WhatsApp, recommended taking a taxi from the airport, and met us at the apartment. She supplied the apartment with fruit, wine, bread, bottled water, milk and juice which was a bonus arriving in the evening. We felt safe and had an easy walk to several restaurants, grocery, public transportation and sights. Make a reservation at Taps for Tapas, a few blocks away, it was always very busy.

Location, comfort and welcoming!

Rosa and Miguel were great hosts. They gave us a lot of information and suggestions on places to visit and how to get to the locations. Their apartment was just as stated on VRBO; it was in a great location and had everything that we needed for our four night stay. Rosa and Miguel left a beautiful fruit bowl and other snacks and treats that were much appreciated. Definitely would suggest this property to anyone looking for convenience and comfort! Very nice, cozy and quiet apartment, located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, and Plaça Espanya. Five minutes from the metro, and bus and 20 minutes more or les from the typical Ramblas of Barcelona. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars with their terrace outside, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.
The building has two elevators, so coming back home after a long day visiting the city will be a soft pleasure.

The flat has nearly everything new, it has 3 bedrooms, one queen size bed, one with bunk bed and the other one with a single bed, it has as well a sofa-bed. It has a kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, and a living room.
It has been decorated with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at your own home.

It is in a very peaceful street.

We are in the foot of the Montjuïc mountain,and only 3 minutes from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc in the area of 'Poble Sec' with all its lovely gardens, museums, a castle, the Spanish Village, and the Olympic Stadium. We have as well many bars and restaurants where you can it many diferents 'tapas'. You can go walking nearly everywhere. You're 10 minutes from Montjuic Mountain and 15 minutes walking from the sea.
