Geräumiges Haus und großer privater Hof in der Nähe von Nauset Light Beach

Unser geräumiges Haus befindet sich auf der Meerseite der Route 6 an einer ruhigen Privatstraße, etwa 1,6 km vom Nauset Light Beach, 4 km vom Radweg und wenige Gehminuten von der Nauset Regional High School und dem Cape Cod Institute entfernt. Die High School verfügt über Sportplätze, eine Rennstrecke und Tennisplätze.

Große Küche / Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sind ideal zum Kochen und gemeinsame Zeit vor und nach dem Strand. Der erste Stock verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein komplettes Badezimmer (Duschkabine). Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Badezimmer und zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer: eines mit einem Queensize-Bett, einer Couch und einem Kamin und das andere mit zwei großen Betten und zwei Einzelbetten. Kissen, Decken, Bettdecken und Matratzenauflagen werden für alle Betten und Laken bereitgestellt, und Kissenbezüge werden nur für das Kingsize-Bett bereitgestellt.

Das Haus ist mit Kabelfernsehen und WLAN ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer und die Küche / Essbereich / Wohnzimmer sind mit sehr effizienten Fenster-Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Spiele werden für Erwachsene und Kinder angeboten.

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem ca. 2 ha großen Grundstück. Der Garten eignet sich hervorragend zum Spielen oder Fangen und verfügt über einen Gasgrill und einen Picknicktisch zum Kochen und Essen im Freien.

Eine Außendusche steht zur Verfügung, um Sand nach dem Strand zu entfernen oder unter dem Sternenhimmel zu duschen.

Das Haus ist rauchfrei und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Nice quiet area in Eastham

We had been coming to Eastham for 11 years in a row at another property. We took 5 years off. This was our 1st time at another property. This was a much quieter area off of Nauset Dr (?). Loved the peace and quiet. Able to walk to Nauset Light Beach and very close to the bike trail. Beds very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with all the stuff you would need to cook and eat with. Nice BBQ. Biggest washing machine I have ever seen in my life. Plenty of space for together time and enough room for private space. Thank you for a great return to Eastham.

Cape vacation house near Nauset Lighthouse

This family friendly Cape Cod house has very comfortable large living room in excellent condition with hard wood floors. The back yard is huge, grassy with a tall fence with picnic table. the outside shower has updated shower amenities. There is plenty of beds and two bathrooms comes in handy. there is games and puzzles, beach chairs, CableTV, boogy boards. This house is a good value for the price!

Enjoyed Eastham.

House was older but comfortable. Pet hair under beds was problem for family with allergies. More outdoor furniture would have been better & stronger internet access was needed for remote work. Location was great near National Seashore, town beaches & town ponds. Owner was responsive & helpful.

Cape Vacation 2021

We enjoyed our week in this spacious house which was nicely laid out for a group. Located in a very private area; however, the road was very bumpy with numerous pot holes. Nicely stocked with paper items. Outdoor shower was awesome!! Could use a more comfortable outdoor area.

Spacious, comfortable and private

We had great time at the house! It is very spacious and very comfortable. It had practically everything that might be needed - well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier. Large dining table and living room to chill in the evenings. We really liked that the property is in the quiet neighborhood, while still close to the beach and bike trails. The backyard is also nice and private. I really liked that all rooms had dark curtains. The only thing we missed was cozier outside seating. When we were there it had a simple picnic table and a gas grill. Some outdoor lights and a couple of Adirondack chairs would be awesome. The communication with owners was great - anytime I emailed I got a response back right away.

Convenient and Quiet

Great location that is close to beaches and restraunts. Rode bikes to the beach daily and had fires at night on the beach. We had dinner at several local restraunts and went to the local drive in movie theater. The house is roomy and comfortable. The outdoor shower is heaven.

It just gets better and better

Great Location!!!

Enjoyable experience. If you want access to beaches, food, fun and ice cream, this is the location for you. Yet, still a quiet and secluded location. Responsive homeowners via e-mail and phone. Within 5min walk to Nauset High School.

Our Stay Fall 2017

Our vacation at 150 Queen Anne Drive in Eastham was wonderful. When we come to the Cape we always stay in this rental. When I come into the house I can instantly relax, it feels like home. It is very clean and well maintained, amenities are up to date and top notch. The house is spacious and has ample room for our large family. The new outdoor shower was a great addition and we enjoyed using it and having that option. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very private. Close to the beach, just a few minutes drive or an easy walk. We typically go during Windmill Weekend. The town offers fun activities and a parade for the kids and craft vendors and such for the adults. Owners are easygoing and very accessible. This year we had the best time and the weather was awesome, best vacation yet. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Joe K

Location and comforts

Let's start with the location. If you prefer the Outer/Upper Cape (we do), this is a great spot. The house is on the northern (Wellfleet) end of Eastham in a convenient, quiet area. It is close to the rail trail for cycling, walking, scootering, whatever. It is a short bike ride to the Nauset Light beach and just a couple of miles to both Coast Guard beach and Marconi on the National Seashore. Nauset and Coast Guard can be accessed without even going out onto Rt. 6. These are all beautiful beaches on the ocean-facing side of the Cape. With a town pass (easily acquired), you can also readily access the several Eastham town beaches on the kettle ponds and on the bay side which are great with young children. The house is also close to the many small shops and restaurants of both Eastham and Wellfleet along Rt 6 as well as being just a few minutes from the central areas of both Orleans and Wellfleet. It's very close to the Wellfleet drive-in (a Cape institution) and cinema (for the rainy day). My favorite beach on the Cape, Cahoon Hollow and The Beachcomber are not far away. And Provincetown is just about 20 minutes up Rt. 6. The Eastham high school is just a short walk away on a path through the woods with open fields and facilities. The house itself was great for our family. We're hoping to go back with friends who also have young children. It is spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom with en-suite bath on the first floor is nicely appointed. The second floor bedroom with the fireplace is big and well suited to another couple. The other second floor bedroom is huge and would be a great space for several kids to stay together. The closet even has board games in it. There was room in the private yard for our young daughters to run around while my wife and I got things together for the day's activities. The house is well-equipped all the way around. The fixtures and appliances are modern/new. The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals. The WiFi worked great, and the living room TV is full HD wiith cable and a Blu ray/DVD player. The owners have clearly taken care to provide manuals for things and instructions. They also have a collection of information on local attractions, shops, restaurant menus, etc to make it easy to find what you need. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back.

Relaxing Cape Rental in Eastham

If you are looking for a nice relaxing, private, safe place to stay, this is the one. Very quiet neighborhood. Nicely landscaped, level backyard for kids to play and picnic. House is completely up to date with every detail well thought out. So nice to come back to after a long day out adventuring around area beaches and nearby towns. Owners are very friendly and highly reliable. Great for families or groups of friends. Eastham offers access to the ocean and bayside beaches. Most importantly it is a just a few minutes ride from the house to Ben & Jerry's Ice cream shop & Arnold's restaurant :)

Close to Cape Cod Institute

Some colleagues and I stayed at this property during a Cape Cod Institute Conference. The proximity to the conference location (Nauset Regional School) was ideal as we were able to walk over each morning in under 5 minutes. We also enjoyed the property's close proximity to beaches, restaurants, shops, and bike trails. The large, private yard was ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather!

Eastham home

Our family stayed at this property for over a week. It is wonderful! Everything you will need is provided. it is close(about 5 minutes) to Nauset Light Beach. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. The owners are quick to respond and very accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to return and can highly recommend it !

The perfect place

We've been visiting the Cape for 17 years now. This house is the perfect vacation spot. Clean, spacious, fully equipped and located next to everything. Beaches, shopping, restaurants and of course the beautiful bike path. We have already booked for next year!

Awesome Vacation Home!!

Centrally located, well stocked, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Close to lots of beaches, a short ride to many attractions, spacious rooms, beautiful well kept home. We loved it and would definitely book it again!!!!

Great Vacation

The beauty of the outer Cape is breathtaking. We had an awesome time and our accommodations at this house were perfect and met our needs.. It is actually a perfect place to stay in North Eastham as it is centrally located to all the beaches, neighboring towns for day trips and excursions. I would highly recommend this and we would stay here again definitely.

Enjoying Cape Cod

The property has many advantages important to a vacation on Cape Cod. It is in North Eastham approximately 1.5 miles from Nauset Light Beach and about one quarter of a mile from the Cape Cod bicycle trail on the ocean side of Route 6. There is a traffic light nearby making turns onto Route 6 less stressful. The home is in a development on a large lot that affords privacy. Unlike most properties on Cape Cod, air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms and the downstairs living area. The bedrooms are very spacious. The home has sufficient kitchenware and a grill in excellent condition. The furnishings are adequate for any group or family whose primary vacation purpose is geared to outdoor activities.
