Just what we needed

I was concerned about sharing a 1-bedroom with 1 other person and 2 small pets, but it was perfect for what we needed. The space was newly renovated, very clean and convenient to restaurants, bars and the weekly market. It wasn’t too far of a walk to the beach (use the cross-walks!) - sunsets are amazing. Nice neighborhoods to walk around in the mornings and beautiful sunrises at the little park a 5-minute walk away. Would certainly recommend this unit and Jim was very accommodating and responsive. Only negative is sharing the laundry machines with the other rental units. It’s awkward at first, but you quickly get over it.

Owner is a " REAL GREAT GUY"

Place was neat when I arrived, had the basics , needs a more firm mattress, shower nosle went everywhere, Provided no extra set of sheets I was booked / trapped in my stay for more than a month , The laundry room you have to invade the neighbors privacy to use the washer/dry ( and she flipped out on me) I went to a laundromat..to stay clear of the drama Oh and even if you pay for a parking spot , other people take your spot .. Cuz the owner just wants your money. I used my own vacuum to clean my unit . No ice trays , The owner made up this excuse that he gets charged all these taxes if he let's me out of stay early , I bet that's a lie . The location is nice , for sure, and there are good amenities around .. I recommend being very clear if you have to exit your stay , that you get your money back. I lost 4 grand .

St. Pete vacation

Enjoyed our stay very much. Mostly it was me and n My Shih Tzu so enough room for us. My husband was only there a week at the beginning of our trip and week at the end. There is quite a lot of traffic on the street . Nice being a short walk to the beach and 1 block off the Main Street with shops , restaurants and bars. We would stay there again

Great location, very clean

Great location, just across Gulf Blvd to get to beach. Walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Corey Ave close by which has a great Sunday market. Unit is one of three in complex with its own patio. Unit was very clean and nicely updated.

Loved our stay!

Close to Everything

I enjoyed staying here because it was close to the beach, a grocery store, and places to eat. It had a fairly private area to sit outdoors and enjoy lunch or just relaxing. Also, my car was parked just a few steps in front of the condo which was very convenient.

Wonderful Stay

In the mist of the pandemic, our stay was wonderful. We talked with the neighbors who apparently book there every year and gave us tips of where to eat. The apartment was clean and have everything we needed including washer/dryer. This was important because we traveled light. The apartment was within walking distance to everything including the beach access. If we come back to St Pete’s Beach again, we would definitely book here again!

Excellent Stay!

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very cute and impeccably clean. The photos reflect the space well. You cannot go wrong with this location just 1 block from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The owner is very attentive and when I had a question, he called immediately to ensure our satisfaction. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic Location in St. Pete beach area

Cottage was fantastic for our week stay in St. Petersburg. Located 1 block over from the main corridor in St. Pete Beach, we were able to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee houses, shops, and the beach. The cottage was everything the pictures show and the amenities too. This was much nicer than going back to a hotel room, which we usually do when we visit my in-laws. Jim was very responsive to our needs and enjoyed meeting him before we left . We will definitely stay here on our return trips if it's available. Thank you Jim!

Fantastic home near the beach!

This is a great place to stay, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and main road. Easy to find and parking right outside. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. We certainly plan on coming back in future!
