Auf der anderen Straßenseite von der New River Marina und Swan Point Marina. 20 Minuten von der Stadt Jacksonville NC, und 45 Minuten vom historischen Wilmington NC. Unser Haus liegt direkt gegenüber von den beiden Jachthäfen, also bringen Sie Ihr Boot mit. Sie können Ihr Boot gegen eine geringe Gebühr starten oder einen Bootsbeleg für die Tage kaufen, an denen Sie übernachten. Wir empfehlen, den Bootsbeleg zu reservieren. Der Blick auf das Wasser ist von Chadwick Bay und dem Intracoastal Waterway und eine 5-minütige Bootsfahrt zum New River.

Graduation Trip

Amazing location and such a cute house! Perfect for us three girls! We spent a lot of time together catching up on the balcony, and also the house was very well stocked with everything we needed. We all appreciate the kindness and effort put into the house, with the house being supplied with everything we needed. The only thing that I want to mention is the house would be even more perfect if there was a full length mirror in one of the rooms. Thanks for everything!

Peaceful place to stay, close to beach

We loved this place!! Nice clean property, had everything we needed. Even had Beach chairs, and a cooler to take to beach. (and bicycles.) We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and patio in the morning and evenings. Owner was very helpful and responded to our questions promptly. We hope to be able to go back again in the future.

Clean and tidy get away

This cute cottage is tucked away in a quiet fishing town about 15-20 minutes to the beach. Very happy with communication, house supplies, comfort, and cleanliness. Great spot for a girls' weekend away.

Nice brick house by the water

We had a wonderful time, and the host was very responsive. We had a lot of fun at Topsail beach (14 minutes away) and relaxing. The cottage was impeccably clean and well stocked. We hope to visit again.

Great Location in Marina

We were coming to topsail to fish for my dads birthday. Was the perfect spot for all 5 adults and our dog. We were able to put our boat in right across the street. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyable long weekend...

My wife, daughter, dog Riley and I enjoyed our stay in Sneads Ferry. The home was clean, and stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. Short trip to N Topsail and Surf City beaches which we really enjoyed. Cathy couldn't have been more helpful with her pre-trip follow-up and Cathy's son Jason's reaching out to us during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and, if not, to let him know! Restaurant suggestions were awesome and we look forward to the next trip!

A little piece of heaven in Sneads Ferry

We absolutely loved Cathy's place. It was well stocked and was so homey. We had two couples over for a small picnic and we had everything we needed in her kitchen to make a nice BBQ for our friends. The beds were comfortable, the AC and dehumidifier a Gawdsend. I have a very demanding professio so this was a overworked Mama's dream. Relaxation, peace and quiet and family. We will be back...

Everything that our host did to make sure we would feel welcomed was the most lasting impression I have. Additionally, this is a super cute property with access to the waterway, and walking to the Marina to see the boats was my Aunt Ruthie's favorite part of our stay in this home.

Cute Cottage Nice Location

This is a well maintained property. Plenty of room for a small family to stretch out and relax. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay there. The only issue we had was the bathroom and kitchen could use a little deep cleaning or possibly better cleaning between guest stays. Still a good place!

Nicest place I’ve stayed

This home is beautifully decorated and so clean and smells amazing!! She had a cute basket with coffees and creamers and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with. In addition there were condiments and spices, bathrooms had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste and shampoo etc. we didn’t get to stay long. We came in to see my son in Marines. I will come back again. Beautiful water view and patio, comfortable beds, great communication with owner. Thank you so much for all your extra touches!!

My spouse, Mike, and I have celebrated 32 years of marriage, during which we've been blessed with four wonderful grown children and a cherished grandson. Our roots run deep in the local community, and our lives have been enriched by the diverse connections we've made here, thanks to the presence of a military base in Jacksonville.

Our shared passions include golf, pickleball, snow skiing, jet skiing, weightlifting, and the invigorating rhythm of spin class. Together, we find joy in exploring the world, spending quality time with our extended family and friends, and actively participating in our church community.

Our adventurous spirits have taken us to various corners of the globe, including Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Hawaii, the Dominican Republic, Belize, Jamaica, Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, Costa Rica, Aruba, and Alaska. The sheer magnificence of our world never ceases to amaze us.

Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate expanding our travel experiences, with a particular fondness for exploring different regions of our great nation through stays in Airbnb accommodations.
