To issue the access card it is mandatory to send photos of all guests. Photos will be requested after booking confirmation and must be send WITHIN 2 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. If pictures are sent while you are in the building or 1 day before arrival, we will not be able to accommodate your request. No exceptions.

Access cards these give you the ability to roam freely through the building and 1 Hotel, as well as access to amenities within the building:
-3 Main Pools (1 is currently under construction) - Rooftop pool NOT included
-Beach Access
-All food & beverage venues on property (discount with access card shown)
-Spa (call/visit Spa directly for pricing)
-Laundry machines (card for machine can be purchased in lobby)
-Valet parking Free

Additional amenities:
-Daily cleaning (not included but can be requested for an additional fee)
-Gourmet chef service at home or frozen gourmet menu (to-go) available upon request

If this is a last-minute booking, guests take the risk of not having access cards in time, restricting access from 1 Hotel amenities. Nevertheless, ALL NAMES must be sent ASAP to be registered in the Roney Palace system.
