Great house

The home is spacious and has lots of rooms/beds for the whole family. Kitchen is lovely and worked great for our family’s meals. BBQ out back is a little beat up but still worked.

We had a very nice stay. Everything worked as the owner said it would. The only problem was the smoke detector that kept going off and the beds were quite low for my elderly parents and my husband. There were no instructions on what to upon leaving (cleaning, etc) but I think it was the owners way of taking care of their guests. All in all, another good experience.

Artic blast for 2 in a half days

We were unAble to contact owners Until Vrbo was contacted!!! According to the service man the gas had been shut off manually and because it was a smart heater monitored manually by the owners or managers. It was vrbo who who contacted the owners!!! After 2 in 1/2 days of no heat!!! Finally got HEATING on the last night of our stay

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

Home was nicely furnished with good sleeping areas and comfy couches in living room. Washer and dryer located in the garage which was easily accessible. The kitchen needs a full set of silverware and better glasses for guests use. We only found a couple of forks and there was plastic silverware in the silverware drawers which for the nightly rate we paid, we would have liked a full set of silverware and the pizza pan was totally black, yikes!! This house is nice overall but it definitely needs better kitchen utensils and silverware and regular glasses vs plastic cups. We found 5 unlocked windows and someone else's dog poo in the backyard which my husband picked up as well as there was a note not to use the green trash can for trash or there would be a $50 fee but there was half a can of trash in it which my husband dumped into the other trash can which my husband wasn't too please with. Other than this, we had a nice stay.

Weird Wifi

The stay was great, the property was nice. There was wifi but there's a note saying it cuts off at certain times and there may be an extra fee. Other than that everything ran smoothly and was great for groomsmen getting ready for a wedding

Family Getaway

We enjoyed the property immensely. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and well kept. The house was spacious with enough room for everyone. The backyard is huge and manicured and we spent a lot of time out there. The house was clean and cozy and was exactly as promised. We used it as a hub for our daily excursions. Couldn’t be more pleased. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay, But needs more cleaning

We rented this house for a 2 day stay while our house needed some work done. It’s a beautiful house. I loved the living room, and the patio is big. The house is perfect the only thing is it does need more of a bit deep cleaning. The host is nice and responsive. I would consider staying here again, just a bit more cleaning.

West Covina stay

The main issue was the cleanliness, found dirty dishes in cabinets that needed cleaning as well. We were reimbursed for purchasing ice since the ice dispenser was temporarily inoperable. The kitchen could use some dish towels. The A/C worked great, the hot water did also. The landscape front and back were nice. The host was responsive when communicating.

Great house, well kept and nice neighborhood.

Would definitely consider again. The place was clean and kept well. Everything worked well. I wish they had some coffee, few other supplies, but not a big deal - shops are nearby for a quick trip.

The house itself was fine, in terms of room and location, but was very unclean. It looked dirty and sloppily cleaned before our arrival (floors dirty, counters barely wiped, and bed linens not washed), and any kind of deep cleaning was apparently out of the question. Do not recommend

This seemed like a nice place a first glance. However the whole house was not cleaned properly at all. The floor where gross we cleaned them upon arrival and had them come clean the second day only for them to still be gross and making your socks or feet black upon walking on them. The fans where caked in dust along with the vents, there is no way these have been cleaned in several weeks if not months. The trash can smelled too. All beds where rock hard and some of them where sunken in, one even seemed to be broken underneath. Fair warning two of the four rooms have very low to the floor beds while the others with double beds are high. Only one room with a TV for kids besides the livingroom. The master bathroom light is motion sensored and it will not stay off when you turn it off so nighttime bathroom moments was not fun. The other room with bathroom shower head is not properly fit so it would constantly fall. The owner had great communication with us and refunded a small amount for the cleaning issue.

House was as pictured with the renovations being very nice. The location was great and neighborhood was quiet. Owner responded quickly to questions/problems. Fenced backyard was a bonus.

The place was great and in a great location. Room for all of us in our blended family of 8.

It was great and I’d definitely use this property again. The only thing would be next time I’d bring our own bath towels. There weren’t enough for everyone.

Great house for a family

We enjoyed the house and our stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood (would be different if school was in session since it’s next door), close to lots of shopping centers, gas station, mall, restaurants. Most of the noise was clean, with the exception of the finding of an old pizza in the oven and there were crumbs and food splatters on the stove and cupboards. It was great having most kitchen supplies to cook and eat, however, only one tiny frying pan. Maybe having a photo of the kitchen supplies would let people know what all is included. I would suggest adding on the description that the BBQ is charcoal. We liked the amount of beds and bathrooms for a bigger family. Very little or no counter space in bathrooms, would be a good idea to add a little shelf in each bathroom for toiletries. I enjoyed having a washer & dryer in the garage and the house/rooms were spacious. The house is upgraded and nicely remodeled and nicely decorated.
