Webber Gasgrill wurde für die Saison 2018 gekauft.

Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand! In der Nähe der Felsen für die Krabbenjagd. Alles, was Hampton zu bieten hat, ist zu Fuß erreichbar!

Große Einheit verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, zwei Küchen und zwei Bäder. Groß genug, um sich auszudehnen und die ganze Familie wohl zu fühlen. Generationenübergreifende Gruppen werden die Einrichtung zu schätzen wissen. Die untere Ebene besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad. Schlafzimmer 1, zwei Etagenbetten, Schlafzimmer 2 ein Kingsize-Bett, Schlafzimmer 3, zwei Einzelbetten. Frühaufsteher würden sich hier freuen, wenn die Morgensonne ins Wohnzimmer scheint. Im ersten Stock gibt es auch eine ausziehbare Couch sowie eine Couch, die nicht ausgezogen werden kann.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, Schlafzimmer 1 hat ein Doppelbett, Schlafzimmer 2 hat zwei Einzelbetten, Küche und Bad. Es gibt auch einen Futon in voller Größe. Diejenigen, die gerne schlafen, wären weg von der Hektik im Erdgeschoss.

Diese Eigenschaft verfügt über einen eingezäunten Hof, um die Kleinen zu schützen. Neben einem neuen Gasgrill gibt es Picknicktische mit Sonnenschirmen.

Die Eigentümer werden das Anwesen selbst reinigen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Gerät bei Ihrer Ankunft makellos ist

Für dieses Gerät sind zwei Parkplätze garantiert.

Bettdecken und Kissen zur Verfügung gestellt. Bringen Sie Ihre eigene Wäsche mit.

Large house convenient to everything!

House was large enough to fit 11 adults comfortably, and had all the amenities we needed. Less than 5 mins to walk to the beach, and also a short walk to the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within a 10 min walk from the property. Excellent location!

It was a great place for our family. There were plenty of beds for all of us and the cottage was just a short walk to the beach and only a slightly longer walk to the shops and arcades.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and was all that was advertised. The back yard area is very unusual for this beach town and was well kept. We had a small problem that was essentially unavoidable and the owner could not have anticipated. The owners responded as quickly as possible. The bottom line we have already reserved this place for next year so I would say that we were very happy.

Girls Weekend

Had a wonder fall weekend here. House was clean and fit our party of 14 perfectly. Has a nice back yard we were able to enjoy due to nice weather. Absolutely perfect location! beach a few minute walk away. Restaurants and bars are all very close walking distance away. Hosts responded to my emails quickly and they even let us get in a bit early. Only down side is parking .with a house that sleeps that many we needed more then 2 spots and at this time of year not many options as you can’t park on street till after October 15th and most lots are closed. Also no bedding was provided which is ok but to bring enough sheets and towels for that many was a bit much. Overall though wonderful stay and would stay again in a minute!

Great house, great location!!!!

This house is a great value with being close to the beach, located at a super convenient location and one of the best layouts! The separate floors with two kitchens make it perfect for grandparents and all of their grandchildren to celebrate the summer. The hosts are awesome and super responsive! Convenient location

The property was perfect for what we planned. We had family and extended family over various nights of the week. The yard was wonderful for the children and having barbecues. The location was perfect to get out too busy areas quickly but Retreat back to quiet when we were ready. The owners were very responsive and any were taken care of immediately. We had a great time!

Good spot

Stayed with 7 other 40+ adults and ran the half marathon in the morning that goes right by the house. Perfect spot for that! One bedroom didn't have a door, and the neighboring houses/apartments were VERY close. Might pose a challenge if you had young kids that needed to be asleep early. Wasn't a problem for us.

Making Lasting Memories!

I definitely recommend this property. It was perfect for our large family! The house and property was so clean! The owners were so quick at getting back to us when we had questions. Having the fenced in back yard was so great with the grandbabies. We were able to eat outside for dinner and I loved that! Having the two floors was perfect. We were able to get quiet time if needed. Especially nap time. So close to the beach and the boardwalk and we took full advantage of both! Thank you for helping us make lasting memories! Highly recommend!

Seafood Fest Ladies Weekend

Very happy with the rental property. :-) Fm but, we find it frustrating to have to deal with the Hampton area rentals that do not provide bed sheets, bath towels and washclothes, dish cloth, toilet tissue and paper towels, hand and dish soap. No other area we've stayed in throughout the USA or International travel expects guest to pack those essential items. I feel we should at least be able to add that to the rental cost and have it provided for us.

Great location

Absolutely beautiful area and neighborhood. We spent time at Hampton beach, traveled to Massachusetts and Maine and ate at numerous seafood restaurants. The home was clean and ready. Neighbors were very welcoming and helpful. The home is within walking distance of everthing and a 3 minute walk to the ocean. We cant say enough about the great communication from our hosts and the beauty of the area. The house was equipped for sleeping many people. Just note, there isnt alot of living space but was definitely doable for 7 adults. The fenced in yard is shard among the properties and parking is limited to 2 cars. Remember to bring linens, towels and paper products including TP and paper towels. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

Unfortunately a disappointment

I do not like to leave reviews like this but due to the issues I feel it is important. The positives-The owners responded quickly to any message sent during the booking process and on check in day. The location is ideal to get to the boardwalk and beach, just a quick walk. I have photos of all areas mentioned. Excessive Mold and growth in between screen and windows upstairs so bad that you did NOT dare to open. Shower mold on walls and shower heads. Nobody wanted to shower in there. Ceiling fan with so much dust and filth it looked like it was never cleaned. Not usable safely like this. I killed 11 jumping black spiders. Some big and some small in various inside areas of the property, most in the downstairs twin bedroom. Clearly has to be a nest somewhere. Loud evenings til 230am. Not sure where the loud conversations were from but sounded like it was directly outside the window, everyone in the house heard it and was up. It was very disappointing after spending that money to not be able to shower after beach days at the property you paid for. Instead asking friends to use their shower. To be on constant look out for the spiders with an infant... does not make for a relaxing family vacation. I hope these issues get taken care of and nobody else has to deal with this here.

The home was as described. The host Mary went above and beyond on our request to have a late check out. Our family had a wonderful time and can not wait to go again and rent this home. Fantastic location to Hampton Beach

Two minute walk to the beach, and importantly it is a very uncrowded portion of the beach that is far from the public parking areas. The house is small, and the room with bunk beds was missing a door, which we did not discover until getting there, and forced us to alter our plans. Otherwise the house was clean and met our needs very well. Also great location to some great restaurants.

We have vacationed in Hampton for several years now. When we saw this property available we just couldn't resist. There is nothing like being with grandchildren at the beach!

We think this property is the ideal location. Just a quick walk to the sandy beach! Close to everything Hampton has to offer yet not in the mangle of traffic near the public parking. Q St is the first left after the road splits. Before you know it you'll be checking in!

Fenced in private yard! A rare find in Hampton. Grill outdoors and enjoy the weather! Picnic tables are provided, as is the grill. Two floors gives a big family some privacy with 2 kitchens and 2 baths, 2 televisions. You can be close, but not too close.
