Unsere Wohnung ist eine luxuriöse 1-Zimmer-Einheit mit Bankbetten für bis zu 6 Personen. Die begehrte 7. Etage bietet einen unglaublichen Weitwinkel-Panoramablick auf den Golf. Sie können sehen, wie die Sonne zu Ihrer Linken über dem Golf aufgeht und im Smaragdgolf untergeht.
Wohnung voller Upgrades einschließlich Granit Küchenarbeitsplatten, Geschirrspüler, voller Größe Herd, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Neben einem großen Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer bietet die Unterkunft ein Queensize-Schlafsofa im Familienzimmer und Etagenbetten für Kinder und Jugendliche.
Wohnung komplett mit allem Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. für Ihren komfortablen Urlaub eingerichtet.

Great location

Love the location and Boardwalk but condo really needs updates, good scrubbing in bathroom, and paint. Overall, kitchen was equipped and had everything needed. View was amazing. Condo could really use better pillows as they were stiff and fix the bathroom sink which was clogged. Also noticed smoke alarm was taken off wall and not replaced which could be a hazard. Will return to the boardwalk but book different unit next time.

An amazing experience

Everything was pretty good, but you have to look out if everything works since the restroom sink and fridge didn’t work when we arrived. But overall the experience was pretty great.

Love Boardwalk but NOT this condo

Communication was great but they do NOT clean this condo. By far the worst condo we have stayed in. They only cover 2 armbands no matter how many are listed on the reservation and you have to go to security to get armbands and parking passes. Typically our experience is great and everything is left in the clean condo upon check in. That is NOT the case with this owner. He also owns 1107 FYI. I wish I could attach pictures of the mold in the bathroom and the stopped up sinks!!!!!

Great condo

Pros- Great condo. Bed was very comfortable. Great communication with property owner. On the quiet end of PCB so traffic not terrible. Cons- a little dated, strict pool rules (had to have armbands, even children, could not have any drinks in the pool nor sitting on the side of the pool). We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Property in need of renovation

Needs renovation and repair. Legs on chairs about to fall off. Paint on bunkbeds warn off. Couches out of a 70s basement warn and in need of cleaning by profesional towel rack about to fall off wall cabinets water damage by the floor and missing a door. Appliances rusted and look like garage sale finds. Missing 2 smoke detectors not sure of PC fire code but sure dosnt meet it. Fan in the bath room just nasty. Thats just a few things but definitely not all. The Boardwalk its self is awonderful Building and Facility. Hate they have owners like the one we rented from

Nice location

The property was gorgeous and convenient to locations we visited. The condo needs a cosmetic over haul. The bed in the master had a loud headboard that moved when you moved in the bed. The bath tub had spots of mold that needed to be cleaned. The inside of the fridge was clean the outside has been painted over with appliance paint. The door for the return air was dusty. One balcony chair was cracked and hurt if you sat on it. I feel it was okay but the cost to rent is high and it needs updated furniture. The sofa bed mattress was thin and gross.

The Condo looked as if it had not been clean. Potato Chips on the floor in the bedroom, Sheets in the linen closet were dirty and all bawled up. Bath tub had mold. I could would not recommend this unit to any one..

Not as pictured at all.

We got to the condo and their was sand all on the floor. There was a Kitchen cabinet without the door. The bed was so unstable we slept on the pullout couch and it was terrible. I then slept on the loveseat the whole stay. The bathroom exhaust fan had black all on it. I never once walked barefoot in the condo. The fire detectors were all missing .

Boardwalk is awesome!!

However the room was just ok! Bed was hard as a rock we slept in bunk beds and that’s sad!!! The sink disposal didn’t work and the towel rack in bathroom was bad. This condo has great potential just needs updated! I would probably not stay here again unless there were improvements.

Great Experience

Condo was right on the water. Terrific view of the ocean and overlooks the pool/bar area too. Made for fun nights listening to the band play. Easily accessible from the elevator which made unloading luggage super easy.

Family vacation

So when we got there I checked to make sure everything was ok. Looking in the bedroom making sure it was clean no bed bugs or anything I notice the bed was broke. So I sent a message to the owner and he called and I even sent him pics of the bed rails broken at the bottoms so the bed literally slumped down. It was late and we told him it would be fine for now but he said he would send someone out or possibly a new bed by mid week. We checked in on Saturday. I was like fine yeah no big deal. Well we TRIED to sleep on this bed and if you have any back issues whatsoever this is not the place for you. We ended up sleeping on the little love sweat not the couch because it was broke down too. It had a pull out mattress and you can feel the metal right in your back. Thank Hid they were bunk beds my husband is a smaller man so her was able to sleep on the bottom bunk. The owner had said he would make it up to us, but never had reached out to us again since that Saturday. I understand things in life happen but if I owned a condo and knew the mattress and couch was shot I’d replace it or fix whatever I could. A good memory foam mattress is not even 1000k these days and would get you far with customers feed back and satisfaction. A good couch? Not much either. It’s a choice to make a quick buck I feel. Over all the bathroom could use more scrubbing in that tub. And just general feep cleaning doesn’t look likes it been deep cleaned in a while. I didn’t mine the out dated look. The condo can be very nice. It’s completely handy! Fridge needs upgrade eventually but overall it serves it’s purpose.

Housekeeper dosent clean!

We arrived at 4:30 and the housekeeper was in the room changing the bedding, which she informed us they ran out of sheets so she had to run to the “Dollar Store” to buy sheets, which were horrible! She didn’t sweep or dust or anything but the bedding. The condo is nice but was extremely dirty! The fridge was older than me possibly and gross! The beds were the oldest and thinnest and cheapest quality ever! The balcony was covered in cigarette ashes and gross! The location is great and if you wanna live like a college spring breaker and don’t care about quality this place is fine.

Not Clean

Unit was not clean. Put in a call to cleaning because sheets were dirty and sand everywhere. Nobody came so the manager herself ended up coming that night. She was great. Communication with owner is great. We love staying at this condominium. It is at the end of the strip and the overall property is usually kept nice. Only downfall for this particular unit is the cleaning service not doing its job. This unit needs a deep clean bad!
