Willkommen in der perfekte Ort für Ihren nächsten Florida oder Disney Urlaub zu bleiben.

Unser Hotel verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Das Kinderzimmer als 2 Einzelbetten und einem schönen mickey Wandbild, dass Ihre Kinder in der Disney Magic von der Zeit, die sie in zu Fuß gestellt wird!

Das zweite Schlafzimmer als ein französisches Bett, ein 32-Zoll-TV. In diesem Schlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock sowie unsere Mickey Mouse Badezimmer, das modern eingerichtet ist und Anzüge Erwachsene und Kinder schmecken entfernt.

Auf der ersten Etage gibt es unser Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas (eines davon ist ein Schlafsofa, und sie sind ganz neu ab Juli 2014 !!) und einem 46-Zoll-Plasma-TV mit DVD-und HD-Kabel. Wir bieten auch Ferngespräche bundesweit (USA und Kanada) kostenlos.

Der Küchentisch ist ganz einfach sitzen 7 Personen und passt in unsere moderne Einrichtung.

Die Küche ist komplett mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um in der Lage, alle Ihre Gäste zu ernähren eingerichtet. Es ist auch mit einem schönen Wandanschluss und Pendelleuchte dekoriert. Es gibt aber auch eine Spülmaschine, damit Sie leichter zu bleiben.

Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in unserer Einheit.

Wir bieten auch einen kostenlosen Hochstuhl, Playard (Gitterbett), ein Kleinkind Klappbett, eine Mickey-Buggy und Sicherheitsbarriere für sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben und für Sie mit leichtem Gepäck reisen.

Wir haben auch einen Kühler, schwimmen Hilfe, ein Baby flotable Sitz für den Pool und ein paar Spielsachen Ihren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen!

Die Gemeinde ist mit 5 * und ist einer der besten um Disney. Sie bietet Sicherheit 24/7. Ein großer beheizter Pool mit Liegestühlen. Ein Spritzer Park (New 2014 !!), Tretboote, Billard, Fitnessraum, Basketballplatz, Tennisplatz, Beach-Volleyballplatz. eine nette Spielwiege für die Kinder ... Es ist ein Paradies !!!

Great and Convenient

Our family loved the place and location. The rooms were great and the decor was fun for our kids to get them even more excited for Disney! We also appreciated the communication from the owners and the amenities like pack and play and stroller that were offered (that was super helpful for us to not have to pack). Truly no complaints about this one!

For the most part this was an excellent rental. The shower in the down stairs bathroom is very dangerous to use and for a place that sleeps 8 there needs to be more towels.

Great location

The community is amazing ! Host was very quick on responding , instructions on check in were spot on . Gate/ Guard security was friendly and helpful . Townhouse was perfect for us ! Enough space to all be together and also have privacy ! Conveniently located with stores and restaurants .it was a little chilly so we didn’t use all amenities property offered , but will definitely try to stay again to enjoy those as well .

Great Vacation Stay

The rental is exactly like the pictures. The location and layout of the rental was perfect for our family's needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars (I would give 4.5 if I could) is because we ran into some issues at check-in as well as some issues with the living room and downstairs TVs working properly. However, the owner was very responsive and was able to help us quickly with our check in issue. I also reported the issues with the Tvs and she did her best to help so customer service is definitely 5 stars. I definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a nice place to stay for a disney vacation or visiting attractions in the Orlando area.

Walk in shower would much better than the big bathtub, when the owner gives instructions on the key box it would be better if she mentioned that you have to press both buttons, one on each side. Whole place needs an updating. It was ok but not the nicest and you need international phone coverage to call her.

A great sized property for our family. We loved the pool, splash pad and playground. Our kids loved the Mickey and Minnie themed room! Lots of parking and a very comfortable stay. Only recommendation would be to add a few laundry pods for the washer and dryer. Great experience overall!

A magical stay!

We last minute booked a stay and the host was wonderful! We had no problems getting in. The place was very clean and organized. Host was wonderful getting back with us. 10/10 can not recommend enough!! We will be back!

March 1-3 Upon arrival I informed Sabrina of some things that were broken(front door lock, microwave door & light bulb inside lamp dangling) told me maintenance would check after we left. I have severe allergies and asthma & I noticed symptoms were being triggered. I checked the air filter & wish I could share photos here of how disgusting it was. When I mentioned to Sabrina she told me my symptoms were from something else that the filters were changed monthly (this thing was so dirty & old it was literally shredding & falling apart, I would say hadn't been touched in a year & extra filter not available) Inside AC unit was also filthy She said it was maintenanced several times a year & told me once again air filters were changed monthly) Upstairs bathroom had mold around the tub which they tried covering with caulking & mold around the round section where you maintain water temperature and on/off. Queen bed was also dirty, had coffee or hot chocolate stains on the foam under the mattress & all down the side of the box springs cover & below that. All of the pictures wouldn't go through the VRBO app (I informed her I was trying to send, I even sent them to her phone number she has listed) following day I asked host if she received the pictures on her phone. She said no I tried again through the app & all pictures went through. No communication from host after that. Several phone calls to customers service, when one reached out to Sabrina she said she was not refunding anything.

We had a great stay! Sadly, we were only there for two nights. The home was clean and had all necessary essentials. The host was very responsive and helpful. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing basketball. It was in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. We will be back!

The neighborhood is so cute, the white picket fence was adorable, everything you need was inside and easy access to Disney world, shopping and more. Also, the security and the gated community is a plus. We did not like the soap/shampoo choice for the bathrooms. Please Provide K-Cups, it goes a long way for hospitality. Note: Not all outlets work, downstairs master bedroom tv too complicated to access with 3 remotes and no instructions, and the upstairs queen size mattress pad was lint laden, pillows were stained. May be better to ask guests to leave bedding alone and let cleaning crew handle. That way the not so good stays hidden when stripping the beds. Overall would stay again! Great licstion

Great family resort with lots to do but

My family and I had a really good time staying here. Some pros about the stay were the location was ideal. There was a good amount to do around the complex and plenty to do for the kids. The home had plenty of space and the kids loved the Disney room. Cons about this place was that there was a lot of things broken in the home. Such as the downstairs closet was broken and off the hinge, the downstairs floors were separated, the towel rack was broken on the lower level bathroom, the kitchen drawer was broken and fell off. The dryer was full of lint and was not cleaned out prior to us arriving. I mentioned all these items first day there and nothing was done while we stayed there. Also there was only two rolls of toilet paper and I know it’s not much but having these items would of helped our experience. Overall the resort is great and location but I highly recommend the seller fix these items as it would make a better experience for the guests.

Great overall spot!

The property is immaculate. The pool, playground and splash pad are amazing. The unit was clean and very homey. My only suggestion would be a larger capacity washer and dryer. Having 5 people and only being able to wash 2 towels at a time is not most efficient. There were pots, pans, dishes, plenty of dish clothes to be used. We had no issues, great property, great owner, great amenities. There is a Sam's Club, Wendy's, Waffle House, and Applebee's practically within walking distance. Wpuld definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and clean could use cooking items for the the microwave.Could use a set of Corning ware for food to cook and storage.A set of oven mitts and baking sheet.Otherwise everything else was great.The place was very close to Downtown Disney and Disney.Universal Studios and any other attractions.

We are canadians and purchase the property in 2013 and are looking forward to shared our little paradise with other families that are looking to enjoy either Disney or all the attractions Florida is giving us. We decided to buy at the seven dwarfs villas after visiting other community and realizing that nothing beat seven dwarfs. The location is perfect. The community is gated with a guarded 24/7. The community is so well maintened and all the amenities are just in top condition. The villas are very confortable, spacious and we make sure to maintained it will. We also tryed decorating it to make it more confortable for our guests and make their Disney experience much better !!

As you can read in reviews from previous travelers that speaks for themself, it is very important for us to always keep our unit in top condition. It is my only rental unit and I take very seriously the comfort of our guests. All mattresses are less than 1 years old, brand new washer and dryer !
As you can see our calendar does get booked very quickly, If you feel you just found your Disney's paradise in our home you will have to be quick ;)
