Die moderne und helle Residenz verfügt über eine zentral regulierte Klimaanlage auf jeder Etage und moderne Annehmlichkeiten sowie einen privaten Parkplatz. Kostenloses WLAN und Wäscherei vor Ort. Die Belegung ist auf 2 Personen begrenzt. Rauchverbot und Haustierfrei.

Die Details... Das Jones Locker liegt im wunderschönen Stadtteil West End in Provincetown und ist ein bekannter und beliebter Waterfront-Komplex mit spektakulärem Meerblick und direktem Zugang zum Strand. Die Lage ist konventionell und dennoch ruhig und nur wenige Schritte vom Red Inn, Wellenbrecher, Victor's und Relish entfernt. Für mehr Action ist es ein schöner Spaziergang zum McMillan Wharf (wo die Fähren ankommen / abfahren) und dem Zentrum der Stadt mit all seinen wunderbaren Restaurants, Geschäften und Galerien. Während Sie kein Auto benötigen, haben wir für Ihr Fahrzeug einen privaten Parkplatz abseits der Straße.

Die Residenz ist frisch und modern, hell und luftig in ihrem klassischen Cape Cod Charme. Die Wohnung liegt am Wasser und nur wenige Schritte vom Sand entfernt und bietet von ihrer privaten Terrasse und den reichlich vorhandenen Fenstern einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Kürzlich renoviert und liebevoll gepflegt, ist dieses Haus der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

Der Zugang zur obersten Etage erfolgt über eine Wendeltreppe und / oder eine Außentreppe von der exklusiven Terrasse. Es gibt keine Einheiten über oder unter diesem Wohnsitz, also werden Sie NICHT hören, wie Sie über Ihnen laufen.

Fantastic Condo in a great location

This is the fifth condo I've rented in Provincetown for New Years Eve and it is by far the one I've enjoyed the most. The apartment is very well proportioned with the upstairs for cooking and living and the downstairs for the bathroom and bedroom. The location is close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops and bars of downtown, but nicely removed from all the noise and crowds. Watching the tides roll in and out in the bay was endlessly fascinating - being able to walk down to the sand in low tide was a lot of fun. Oh, and the kitchen was perfect for reheating the food that we bought. Depending on how much you cook, it might difficult to prepare a lot of food with an under the counter fridge, but for our long weekend, it was perfect. I loved the unit and the whole vibe of the community.

Holly Folly Weekend Stay

Quick trip to Ptown for a long weekend to visit with friends. Location was perfect on the west end and easy short walk into the center of town. Condo was exactly as pictured , comfortable and cozy. Great views of the harbor along with some amazing sunrises.

Great location and property

I was in Provincetown for a short visit, and would have happily stayed in this unit for another week! It is very comfortable (great bed), and the separation of the sleeping area from the kitchen and living/dining area is very nice. It has great views of the water, and if you love the west end, you can’t beat the location. I hope to come back another time.

Beautiful spot

This grouping of condos on the West End is our favorite spot — we have stayed in a few of them over the years. This one was excellent! We really enjoyed the deck with the view of the bay. Kitchen was well appointed. Place was very clean, bright, and well organized. Linens were top notch! Loved hearing the tide come in— just the best. The only thing I would mention is that the bed is very soft/pillow-top (which I’m sure some people love, just wasn’t for us).

Perfect Getaway

Oh wow, we absolutely loved this place. A perfect location on the water and in a quiet part of town, but still just a 15 minute walk to the center. Relish is a cute little store just a couple minutes away that has a lot of great options for breakfast and lunch. The private and shared decks made for plenty of lazy days, along with some beach time during low tide. The unit is contemporary and clean but still has plenty of charm. With windows on both sides we always had a nice cross breeze and didn’t even need the AC. And the bed is super comfortable. Katrina has outfitted the space with pretty much everything you’ll need, including plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice beach chairs and an umbrella. She was great about communication but left us alone during our stay. We’re already talking about returning next summer. Thank you!

Anniversary at the Cape

This was the perfect spot for spending our anniversary at Cape Cod. Yes, the condo is small, but the use of space is excellent and all the amenities are present including free coffee and bottles of water - a nice touch after a long drive. The spot was cozy and perfect for two people, and it's right on the beach which is amazing! The walk into town is easy, but the location itself is quiet and peaceful away from the noise of nightlife. This was everything we could have asked for in our long romantic weekend away. The condo is clean and directions from the owner were clear. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. Sweet Heaven

The property is nested on the quiet west side of town. It's less than 10 min walk to the nearest coffee shop. The designated parking area is not too far from the property either; ~5 min walk through a nice neighborhood with beautiful homes. Personally, Katrina's home for us was "home away from home". The property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay: soft towels, hot running water, a great working AC system, ceiling fans, two flat TV's with Xfinity cable and excellent wifi connectivity. You can see the beautiful ocean from the second deck and easy access to the water from the first deck. Our favorite part was the bed. The mattress was soft and the bed sheets were high quality linen. We got a full nights rest each night. A special thank you to Katrina for the Coffee machine and K-Cups. We made coffee each morning and watched the sunrise from our balcony. What a special treat. This home was the highlight of our visit to Provincetown. Make sure to checkout: Liz's Cafe, Cafe Heaven, and walk up the Pilgrim Monument for spectacular views of the land and ocean. Perfect P-town Stay

I loved this place! The tide comes in and you can hear the ocean lapping at the piers just under your bed! The location was perfect for me, as I was with a group staying mostly at the Inn at Land's End, but it is a bit of a walk to the town center. My only complaint was that the electric lock to gain entry was glitchy, and sometimes it took some time to "wake" it up enough to input the code. But other than that, this is a fantastic option for a couple or a single traveler, and I'll definitely stay there again!

Nice.

Our condo was very cute and also very small. I knew it was for two people, but the bathroom was extremely small. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors even when they were talking in a normal voice. It’s not very close to the center of town so we walked a lot. Not a bad thing, but I would not stay that far west again. The parking spaces were at least a five minute walk away, which was fine except at night in the dark. Again, the place was nice. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. Not knowing PTown was a disadvantage as we would have made a different decision based on our needs.

Amazing getaway in Provincetown

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property in Provincetown. Everything was just as advertised. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere but just a little outside the busiest parts of town to make for very quiet and relaxing evenings and mornings. One of our favorite things to do when we woke up in the morning was to sit on the deck to take in the amazing views while enjoying a cup coffee. We are looking forward to visiting Provincetown again in the near future and would definitely stay here again.

West End Jewel

Fantastic little condo right on the water in the quiet West End. Easy 10 min walk or bike ride down Commercial St to the heart of the action, peaceful mornings and evenings with the sound of the waves coming in under that deck. Condo is cleverly laid out with excellent storage (not pictured are the large closet with at least 30 hangers and storage for bags or suitcases as well as the entryway on the ground floor). Host was very responsive and we were even able to check in early. Parking is a 5 min walk down a side street, but you won't need your car once you unload your stuff. Hot water was not a problem. Great view from the second floor and awesome ceiling fans on both floors. We were quite sad to leave this little gem and go back to Real Life.

Wonderful Getaway

Katrina and Timber's condo checks all the boxes! The property itself is modern, clean and meticulously maintained. Katrina was great to work with; all processes from booking to checkout were seamless. Location, location, location! The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of the water and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. We especially enjoyed walking the jetty to the Wood End Lighthouse, biking the provincelands trail, sunsets by the jetty, and of course lots of good food! Wonderful find!

Amazing getaway

It was my first time in Provincetown and it will NOT be my last. I treated myself to a solo trip as a graduation present to myself and I completely fell in love with the area and this little oasis on the water. It was clean, updated, and an easy walk to the busy part of commercial street. The host was very quick to respond when I had questions and provided suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area. What a gem!

Wonderful Condo & Location

This was a great place with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and fine deck. Very clean and up-to-date, nicely set up, and plenty of space for one or two people. I love to walk and for me the location allowed me to traverse to virtually any part of Ptown on foot. The property manager handled all of my questions prior to my stay quickly, clearly, and precisely. I did not have to contact her when there, but I’m sure she would have responded in the same manner if I had. Also, a condo guide outlining EVERYTHING is provided online and there’s a hard copy on the premises. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Exceeded expectations

We arrived and the condo was as described. It was a wonderful place to unwind after exploring the cape. Katrina was an amazing host. She was very timely on her replies to emails. Quicker than I was expecting. We won’t hesitate to book with her again.
