Blue Ray DVD-Player ist in die Stereoanlage integriert. Mit den Außenlautsprechern können Sie überall Ihre Lieblingsgeräusche hören. Fernseher in jedem der Schlafzimmer. Sitzen Sie auf dem Deck oder auf der Veranda (mit zwei Deckenventilatoren) und genießen Sie den Bootsverkehr oder Ihre Margaritas, wie Sie es für richtig halten.

Öffentliche Volleyballplätze in der Nähe, Golfplätze, Tennisplätze und vieles mehr. Schwimmen Sie direkt am Dock im tiefen Wasser oder versuchen Sie Ihr Glück beim Angeln. Es stehen 2 Kajaks und 2 Paddle-Boards zur Verfügung.

Das Innere des Hauses ist modern und auf dem neuesten Stand, wobei der Wohn- und Essbereich dieses offenen Hauses direkten Zugang zum See und Blick auf den See bietet. Genießen Sie die Brise, die durch das Haus kommt.

Der private Pier verfügt über eine schwimmende Bootsrampe, die für Mieter zur Verfügung steht, sowie zwei Jet-Skirampen. Das tiefe Wasser am Ende des Docks sorgt für kühleres Erfrischungswasser und der flache Bereich ist perfekt zum Waten. Wir haben eine Vielzahl von Schwimmwesten, aber um die richtige Passform zu gewährleisten, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihre eigenen mitzubringen.

Family Get Away- Lake Norman

Beautiful Lake home, nice layout with beautiful screen porch/ dock. The home was close to shopping, golf and restaurants. We rented a pontoon and took daily excursions on Lake Norman. This was a really nice lake home. Kitchen was well - stocked and it was very clean/ well cared for home. We loved hanging out in the screen porch and on the dock. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!We had some really nice family time!

Cozy lakefront holiday

My sister and I spent Christmas here and had such a lovely time. Sara the owner was so helpful and kind. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. The fireplace was so cozy and the view of the lake is amazing. The area is very quiet and peaceful. I am sure it is amazing in the summer but I also recommend it during the colder weather. This was a holiday to remember.

What a relaxing stay!

The house and location are both just fantastic. Home has everything you need to just sit back and enjoy the views. Back porch was a hit for relaxing and reading. Still close to some great restaurant choices and shopping. The owner contacts were also top notch, very impressive from booking to when we left the home. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing time on Lake Norman!

The property is very lovely with a beautiful view of the water from the screened porch. Our family gathered for a graduation which included ages 92 to 5. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a gathering. The beds are comfortable. We brought board games, but the house had several to pick from. Our family enjoyed the competition in the garage playing air hockey & ping pong! The dock is adequately capable of handling a wake surf boat with good tie offs and water depth. The location of the home is very convenient to the boat launch, grocery store and restaurants. The property owner communicates with quick response and is very pleasant to visit with! We will return!

A Beautiful Week On The Lake

We enjoyed our week in this home away from home on Lake Norman. It has everything you could need while on vacation. The kitchen is beautifully redone and fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and have very cozy bedding. The bathrooms are both very spacious and have plenty of room for your things. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the cove every morning. The small beach area and shallow water to walk into are nice for swimming. The deck is very nice for sitting outside and has a lot of shade. The screen porch is great too! This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were so comfortable here and were sad to leave. We didn't want it to end.

Great views, hospital hosts, generous amenities.

The home has a gorgeous view of the lake with a dock and generous amenities. Our host, Sara, kept in constant communication with us ensuring we were comfortable and answered any questions that arose. Our kids played on the beach, road the provided kayaks and paddle boards, and the neighbors were kind enough to give them beach toys they used for the week. The kitchen is well equipped so we cooked or grilled most nights. The home is conveniently located near multiple grocery stores. We rented a pontoon from Safe Harbor Westport which is a short car ride and boat ride away, and we docked it on the property when we needed to take a break. I can't speak highly enough of this property and our hosts and highly recommend it.

Rented a house - Felt like home

The owners, Sara and Terry, thought of every little detail and more. Lake Norman was on my hit list for a while and I booked the house for a family vacation with my wife and adult kids. The house was spotless, well equipped, very comfortable and the view is amazing. Sara was great checking in to make sure everything was fine and was very responsive answering questions. My wife summed it up best when she said it felt like we were staying at a friends house. Five stars for sure!

Amazing Home with an Amazing Host

I cannot say enough about my stay, from the moment I landed the Hosts were accommodating beyond measure! The property is located at the end of a beautiful street that over looks the Lake, with your own private dock and beach area for those warm summer days. I’ve already booked my return stay for the summer with the family and cannot wait to experience the long days of summer together. I highly recommend this property, it is in a perfect location and fully stocked with anything you can possibly could need. First trip to Lake Norman

The property was perfect for our needs. It was right on the water but had some privacy from other homes. We used the kayaks almost every day and enjoyed floating on the lake on the hot afternoons. The house was well stocked with all the amenities you need for vacation.

Beautiful, well stocked home with gorgeous sunset & sunrise views from the dock

One of the best maintained, well stocked, and clean VRBOs that I've rented. The home has a very fresh, clean and updated vibe with beautiful decor to include what appears to be a lot of prints of personal photographs. The furniture is well maintained and newer - we only used the Master Bedroom & Bath but it was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake from the Master Suite & the Deck is really nice and it's a very short couple of steps to the dock from the house. The house was, by far, the most well stocked home we've rented - there was nothing that we ran into that we needed that it didn't have - from kitchen utensils, throw blankets, plenty of pillows and down to even the little things like q-tips in the bathroom! We were there in October for some fall bass fishing and the location was great! It was close to so many great areas to fish and also to a lot of fun places on the Lake to eat / drink. The view from the dock was gorgeous for Sunrise AND Sunset! It's also really close - within a couple miles from a public ramp so it was convenient to launch the boat for the week. If I had to say 1 thing that I wish was different - the driveway & beautiful landscaping around the driveway made it a little difficult to manuever the trailer & park it for the week. I wouldn't say you should hesitate at all to rent because of this but it's just something to be aware of and plan for :) As far as the location- the house was very close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants / bars which was also very convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe.

Awesome place!

The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is wonderful and it lacks for nothing! It has more amenities than I have ever seen in my 20 years of renting through VRBO. The owner is beyond nice and incredibly helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. And the lake is amazing. I highly recommend renting here.

Full of charm water front gem

Best VRBO rental we have rented! Home did not feel like a rental but more like staying at a friends house. Our family loved it! The house is well appointed - and nicely stocked with extras. We all loved the outside areas- with the deck and outside table- the screened in porch overlooking the dock and my favorite... the dock! I loved sitting out on the dock at night and early in the morning- it was so peaceful and a prime location on the lake with a stunning view! I miss my morning coffees on the water.....The chairs and umbrella out on the dock made it so inviting .... I wanted to sit all day! The home has beautiful flowers in the yard and a ton of charm. Sara (the owner ) even had fresh cut hydrangeas for us in vases throughout the house. The beds and linens were so comfortable and not your typical VRBO. I would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to coming back to this special house full of character and charm in the future.

Fantastic getaway

Location on lake provided beautiful sunrise and spectacular sunsets. The Kayaks provided were in great condition and our son (9) loved our excursion. Our 4 year old daughter enjoyed playing on the small beach. Pontoon boat rental was very close, no need to have it delivered.

Peaceful Getaway on Lake Norman

Friends and family on Lake Norman having fun!

We couldn't have been more surprised and pleased with our stay at this VRBO property on Lake Norman. I had to give it 5 stars but would have been pleased to give it a 10 if I could. There is something for everyone and every age! Fishing, swimming, air hockey, ping pong, SUP, kayaks, etc. The home was laid out perfectly for interacting with everyone. It has the open concept kitchen, living area and dining area which seats 10! There is a romantic sunset while having an evening cocktail, a large outdoor deck with grill and patio table attached to the enclosed porch! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could ask for! We rented a pontoon (for a very reasonable price) and cruised the lake. Hiked at the state park. Just Perfect

This home was just perfect for us in every way! It was impeccably clean and exceptionally well appointed with everything we could have possibly wanted or needed during our stay. Sara, the owner and our main contact was just delightful, attentive and accommodating from start to finish. Fabulous location and neighborhood setting. Convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and Westport Marina (best pontoon rentals on the lake imho). The sandy beach area with shallow water was a hit with my 3 young grandkids who visited us daily. Great dock with deep water made boating easy. A lovely home, wonderful owners, a tremendous experience. Can’t wait to return!

We purchased the lakehouse to have someplace for our children to retreat from the city and enjoy life on the lake. The calm, the quiet of the water. They have had a great time, swimming, wakeboarding, fishing, water skiing, surfing, paddle boarding. They are now grown and we wanted to share the lakehouse with others. I am a hands-on owner and will meet you when you arrive.

Clean, well appointed lakehouse right on the water gives you the feeling of being away on one of the largest lakes in the region. We loved it due to the proximity of the water, accessibility to marinas, and all major amenities. Short 2 hour drive to the mountains. Sun all day and beautiful sunsets every night.

Our home is situated just off the main channel in a cove that provides calm waters. Wide expansive views going across the lake give you the feel of just how immense Lake Norman actually is.

Enjoy the BBQ and the sun as it slowly dips down over the horizon lingering long enough to cast long shadows. The privacy of the cove affords the comfort and luxury of being able to sit back
